Called and stated I was not happy with the condition of my lawn sent pictures there are four different weeds they told me these were just the grass receding themselves and they would not come out and look at it and talk with me very poor customer service when you tell them you are unhappy with their service the gentleman I was dealing with argued with me via email instead of calling me or coming out to speak with me and explain what he was saying he preferred to argue would not recommend them for anyone

When we first moved into our home in Bellmawr our yard was 90% weeds and hardly any grass, we used green side up for 2 years and our yard is completely transformed! A full yard of lush grass for our kiddos to play in now, thank you for all your help!

I used them for mosquito service and also requested full service. After the mosquito service was don the owner called me and said they could not service me/new clients because they were short handed. I had recommend my neighbor right next door and found Green Side up doing their lawn today but not mine. I was told it was the owners decision . Why, because I am a woman and my neighbor is a man??? I really dont understand. I used their service years ago and I wanted to use them again. I know my other neighbor used them , but I am the one who recommended my next door N to them. Poor ,Poor Poor service!!!! Very unprofessional!!! I am very disappointed. They use to be highly recommend, but not in the last years. Going down hill!!!

Used Greenside up for three of my properties in Haddonfield for last three years. This year their quality of service has gone down. Never came out to see what my problem was. All they did was move up my scheduled service two weeks early. That didn t help. Don t use this company.

Every person that has come out has been very courteous and knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I receive information about the process that is performed with each treatment. I see other lawn companies just show up and you dont even know they were there or what was done. GSU lets me know when they are coming and I highly recommend them to everyone!!! Thanks guys!

Ive been using Green Side Up for a few years and I dont know a company whos better at responding promptly. Ive had a couple issues with my lawn, as things go with mother nature, and after an email about my concerns they had a tech out the next day to diagnose what was going on. We made a game plan and my lawn rebounded over the next couple weeks. I actually just met the owner the other day and we discussed this coming season and how to bring my lawn to the next level. Im thrilled with GSU!

Very rude and unprofessional.

Do not use this company! We used them to aerate and seed our lawn in Fall 2019. They also applied the final 2 fertilizer treatments for the Fall. We called back this week (early April 2020) to begin the spring treatments and the owner, Russ, wrote a note on our file not to service our property any further. I questioned why he would write this with Kim who answered the phone. Kim telephoned me back the next day and informed me Russ does not remember why he wrote it but will not reverse his decision. If you want to be left high and dry by them, then by all means, use them! I, personally, will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend you do as well.

Poor quality, more expensive and owner is obnoxious. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Weve been a customer of GSU for 10+ years. We utilize many of their services including mosquito control and aeration. Any concerns or questions are promptly addressed. We recently had Russ, the owner, stop by to discuss some problem areas. He was very professional and helpful.

Ok. You have to point out areas that are really affected.

We have been using Green Side up for a few years now and have to say their work has been very good. With the recent pandemic they took to completing the job and using their online portal to set up payment. I received emails when estimated arrival was going to be. I m not one for leaving reviews but recently I was left a note stating that they could not lay down the fall fertilizer because of the leaves. A week later (and a day before I actually raked them) they returned and because I did not get around to the leaves they proceeded to move the leaves off the lawn before laying the fertilizer. Now we are not talking a perfect job you would pay for but it was definitely sufficient to get the job done right without wasting the fertilizer into the leaves. It is this going above and beyond taking the time to complete the job correct makes me take the time to write this review. One good deed will hopefully pay you back tenfold if people read this. Thanks guys!

Could not be happier! I was very hesitant to stop doing my own lawn chemicals and trust a service instead, however I am so glad I did. They kept my lawn looking amazing and the whole Green Side Up team is super responsive, friendly, and informative. Plus the rates are very reasonable. Just renewed for another year. Highly Recommend. Never dealt with a company as unprofessional as this one No communication within the office or its employees. Seems the employees have no knowledge of their jobs there are lots of of outfits that offer better quality and knowledge. Sorry I didnt read the reviews before I hired Green Side Up.

Horrible service. Never called to give us a heads up when they were coming. We paid for service for the entire lawn and caught them a few times on our home security cameras not even going into the back yard. Called the owner, Russ to tell him this and he cursed us out and said he didnt want our business anymore. I found out from other neighbors who use his service that they werent doing the entire lawn that they paid for either. High price for sub par service. We switched to True Green and are extremely satisfied with their service and they are less expensive.

Im with Robert and Tom reviews. The people at Green Side Up are very friendly on the phone and in the field. My lawn looks great.

A great family owned operation that really cares about your lawn!

Have dealt with Russ for over 10+ years. He has always done a great job and my lawn gets many compliments. The two homes I have lived in they both had unique circumstances and Green Side Up handled them like a champ. They notify you in advance of coming out, work with your schedule and leave a newsletter at each visit filled with important hints and information. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly as is Kim in the office. I would recommend them to any friend, family member or neighbor.

Russ runs the most dependable lawn service we ve dealt with: they get the job done the first time - without any follow-up. All the time. Our neighbor also signed up with Green Side Up. Within one week we had received a notice from the firm so advising us, and informing us of the $60.00 new customer credit. Green Side Up s a pleasure to do business with.

Arrived conviently on a Sunday as I desired to talk with the technician. He had 15 plus years experience and knew what he was doing. I requested double aeration before seeding so when hecwas done, there were a lot of plugs on the surface and lots of holes to receive the seed. Id definately use them again and when I tire of doing my own treatments, they are who I will call.

Great service. On time and efficient. They even helped me to find my lost dog, no Kidding. Spent an hour helping me locate my dog. Bailey is happy to be back home. Thanks Vinny and Andrew!!!
