Friends of ours recommended Scanapico Brothers after they did a great job on their patio. The patio they created has totally changed my backyard into a resort at home. Fantastic workmanship and quality. We had a large job and as promised the work site was cleaned better than we expected. Having the opportunity to work with James was a unique experience as he made my wife and I very comfortable to do business with. We had several contractors provide estimates for our job and James was right to the point and came in within our budget. Recent update, 2024, we used Scanapico twice since our last review. We had them install a patio around our pool to complete our back yard hard scape and they just completed transforming our front yard with a beautiful paved driveway, walk and stoop. Their workmanship, attention to detail and their friendly service is great. They shoow up when they say, they come with a large crew to get the job done and done right. We highly recommend James and his crew.

Poor communiations for estimate

Scanapicos installed a paver patio, driveway front and back steps at my dads. James was very helpful with paver selection and design. He worked with us every step of the way, provided recommendations and really showed an interest in ensuring everything was perfect. The demolition and install team were professional. prompt and neat. It was obvious they want to get the job right. James came by each day to check in and oversee the progress. James made himself available for any questions we may have had before and during the job. The professionalism and attention to detail left us with an end product that exceeded our expectations. This family-owned company is true to their word, provide excellent work that is fairly priced, and James treated my dad like an old friend. The work is beautiful. Highly recommend to any looking for renovations.

I am waiting 3 years for them to finish my job. I have called multiple times and still the work is not complete. They had been paid. I was stupid. My wife is disabled and he has been rude to her.

The Scanapico Brothers have done a number of jobs for my family and myself over the years. They installed a driveway for me 12 years ago- as well as some foundation stucco and a Belgian block ring around an ornamental tree in my front yard. I had them back this week to redo my back stoop and patio- they also stuccoed my back foundation. There has been no drop in quality over the past 12 years- they are as professional, clean and hardworking now as they were then. Their pricing is fair and the quality of the work looks like you paid significantly more. If youre getting a few quotes for a project youre doing yourself if you dont call them in. Very satisfied and will use again.

Scanapico Bros. Landscaping just finished installing 2 patios in my yard and it transformed my yard into heaven. They did a great job overall and at a great price. I would recommend them to anyone.

We called James at Scanapico Bros. To get a quote for a new patio in our back yard. He was at our house the next day to give us a quote. He told us it would be a one day job two days tops. We were in his office a couple days later picking out our pavers. The following day we got a phone call, the pavers we chose were in stock and being delivered to our house as we speak. He had a team of guys at our house 2 hours later tearing out our deck and starting the patio. They were respectful, kept us in constant communication, and professional. The next day our 20x24 patio was completely installed. I wasn t crazy about the design of the step, I called James and expressed it to him. He said absolutely no problem I want my costumers to be happy, he had a guy at my house that day to take out the border on the step. Don t get me wrong it looked nice before it just wasn t my style. I have already recommended this company to 5 friends. We plan on using them to redo our driveway, walkways, and stairs leading up to the house. 10/10 recommend this amazing company! His prices are competitive and fair. The quality of their work is flawless.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about James and Troy! They did my yard 2 years ago, and now just did my front stoop, walkway, and another portion of my yard that continued into the patio that they did 2 years ago! They do AMAZING work! Troy was with his crew every step of the way. They worked non stop from early morning until early evening and got it all done in 3 days! They are professional, neat, and do top notch work! AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. they are not clean and don t wear masks.

We had our front stairs and porch redone by this company and it has been nothing short of a disaster. The steps are too short and our guests and family members have been falling down the steps including a dear friend who broke three ribs. We have called several times and have even sent videos to the owner Jaimie who cannot remember a name, address or phone number. Steps are so dangerous we no longer use the front door for fear of falling. They make promises of coming to look at it and then go silent. No call backs and now voice mail is full. So now, we have to litigate in small claims court. What a nightmare!

They are the best! They did a big job for us over 1,500sq ft of patio and driveway in less than 3 days and did an amazing job. James and Troy are meticulous, honest, and had great ideas to help us through the process. We ll never use anyone else.

Jimmy was awesome. Informative and upfront with all the pricing on the 40 different options we asked about. We wound up going with the full paver driveway and were so glad we did. They came in and did the whole job in a day and it looks mint. Demolished old driveway and doubled up the width. Prices were significantly better than the multiple other quotes we got. They were suppose to do my driveway and walkway last spring he came and gave me a quote dropped off sample bricks then just kept giving me the run around for 2 months until they just never came to do the work was very upsetting and disappointing

Last summer we had our driveway redone with Nicolock pavers...James,Troy and their crew did a great job!..the wife and I were very happy with the design and have gotten many compliments...I called James last month and told him that I had some oil stain some of the pavers...he sent a couple of his men to my house and replaced the stained pavers with some of the extra pavers that were left over from the original job...at NO charge...once again I was very happy!...thank you James

Everyone worked very hard and Troy was with the crew all of the time while James was around very frequently and was in contact whenever needed. Nothing was unsupervised or unattended. This job was so well managed and finished on time. Everything was neat and totally professional. They had many trucks and equipment. Last summer I called them for an estimate for lawn care. I was told they would come the following day. Nobody showed up or even called. I called again. They said they were busy that day and would come the following day. Again, the following day nobody ever showed up or called. This summer, unbeknownst to me, my husband called them for an estimate. They made an appointment to come to our house. And for a 3rd time, nobody called or showed up!!! What kind of company is a no show 3 times and doesnt even have the courtesy to contact the customer?! Obviously not reliable or dependable. Very disappointing.

Hired Ronnie and his crew to build a flower bed with stones around my flagpole, build a fire pit with bluestone, and redo all my flower beds. They did an outstanding job, professional aand reasonable priced ! I would highly recommend them !!!!

James came look saw what we wanted done and said he could do the job in 3 days (weather permitting), His contract states in bold print NO PAYMENT UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE!! . He told us he would start the job on Monday. 8 Am Monday the men were here working and worked until 7 pm. Troy was great, every question you had he answered it in a way that made you glad you hired the Scanapico Brothers. All of the 7 workers were very friendly and hard working. In 3 days the job was complete. /I am very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to hire the Scanapico Brothers for other work that I need done. Highly recommend!!!

James and his brother did a great job, new copping around pool and over 2000 square feet of pavers. They have been in business a long time they are experienced and they will give you the best price. The only problem I had was sprinkler system has to be redone and front gate cant be adjusted after they removed it and a few comments I didnt care for other than that I would recommend them they do quality work.
