Would never recommend this company to any one. After they missed doing the service to out lawn, they still charged us for the service. After call in and was told by the office they take off our bill they didnt. After 60 day later we got a bill. The office told us since it was 30 days past they sent to a recovery service that put a bad mark on credit report over 117.00. This company did not do there job but you still have to pay.

I mainly use LawnPlus for spiders every fall. I used to try to spray myself but after they sprayed for me I realized that their product works much better and is totally worth it. No more massive wolf spiders!

After 3 years and a lot of money spent with my previous lawn service, that had a service rep totally wreck our lawn in Troy Ohio this year, we hired lawn plus toward the end of summer. Lawn Plus completely repaired the damage and brought our lawn back to beautiful. Thanks guys!

I just want to say thank you to the guys at Lawn plus, last week sometime there was a worker that was doing work on my block that had happened to run over my sons basketball rim on accident. After the accident the worker reported to me that the basketball rim was damaged. I reached out to the company about the accident ,the company reached out to me in a timely manner and reassured me that they will replace the basketball rim, and did exactly that.Not only did they replace it they dropped it off put together and filled it up with water.Even though I was not the one being provided the lawn care service I can advise with the customer service I did receive in regards to my son basketball rim. They are a very stand up company and thank you guys for everything you did.

We expressed unhappiness with our service. We are not big complainers. However, it got to the point where we felt like they were doing absolutely nothing to our yard, we had to speak up. And when we did, it sounded like they didn t want to take responsibility. Which is a shame.

Lawn Plus has been my lawn care provider for quite a few years - with terrific results. My lawn was damaged from heavy equipment during home renovations. Lawn Plus crew - Hunter, Sam, Brad, & Darrin - transformed the damaged area. It was a big job but they prepared the area for the sod with great care, providing a good base for the new sod. They answered all my questions & provided written care instructions. It was obvious that they took great pride in their work. They cleaned up after the job. They were a delight to work with. I highly recommend Lawn Plus for their service, knowledge, & quality of employees.

When we moved in our house 4 years ago it was a disaster we had weeds galore, dead spots, etc. Within 2 years lawn plus program had our lawn looking great and each year it gets better and better. Just add some water and mow at the max height mower allows and let Lawn Plus do their part you will have a great looking green lawn.

This was my first time with Lawn Plus and I was quite pleased with the service by my tech Mike Parker. He was very friendly, conscientious and knowledgeable. He applied fertilizer, and pre-emergent. He also sprayed weeds left over from last year. He also left a couple of dog treats for my dogs. So far I have been pleased with the service.

Lawn Plus has consistenly provided great service and prices, and the employees in the field and on the phone are always polite, informed and helpful. Darin and Brent were very helpful today describing maintenance and lawn care, upcoming treatments, they took the time to answer the questions I had. Top notch service!

Beginning 3rd year customer for fertilization and weed control. I have also had supplemental services such as aeration and seeding. They always call a day ahead and will gladly reschedule if needed. Techs have always been pleasant and take the time to answer questions. This includes current tech Adam Schaar who serviced us March 2022. Invoice is detailed and includes specific products used. Calls to their office are answered professionally. They are consistently responsive to customer concerns.

The technician was very thorough, kept me well informed, and helped keep my fur babies safe with his attention to detail, closing my gate, etc. I just started with LawnPlus as a customer last year but I ve been amazed at how easily my yard has improved by just letting the professionals handle it correctly for me. All of my personal efforts during the previous years with treatments I purchased at retail stores and applied myself were all such a waste!

This was my first treatment with Lawn Plus. The technician Darren Jones came out and noticed hed never been here before. He walked around and looked where he had to treat and explained what he was going to do. He was very professional.

I recommend Lawn Plus with complete confidence in their professionalism, knowledge, and their responsiveness. We started with simple lawn fertilization in 2019. In 2021, we experienced the dreaded Army Worms that invaded this area of Ohio. I contacted Mike Parker, who has been our technician for two years now, and he was out the next day to treat the lawn. We then added Tree & Shrub care with outstanding results for fertilization and insect prevention. Last fall, we had them aerate the lawn - Weve had it done many times, but none have done such a complete job as Lawn Plus. How often do you have a lawn tech that you know by name, texts you when hes there and checks to see if there are any special needs during his visit?

I have used Lawn Plus for several years for spring aeration and weed control and very happy. They always call prior to coming and will work with me to reschedule if the yard is not in the right condition...too wet or too many leaves. Always friendly if I talk to the worker who comes out and he explains issues or problems. I had another lawn service in the past and they were ALWAYS telling me I needed more services. Lawn Plus is no pressure. They suggest but I dont feel like guilty if I say no.

Lawn Plus is amazing! Prices are very reasonable and they re very personable! I am on my 2nd year with them and have already noticed significant changes in my yard after one season! They call me days in advance before they come out and always leave a very detailed message about what they saw in my yard and what they put down. Nick Lamb was the technician that came out today and he was very thorough,explained what he was going to do and pointed out the weeds that are beginning to pop up,he took his time and was careful not to spray my flowers. I have used multiple lawn care services from different providers and I think Lawn Plus is my last !!!!

we have used them for two years however we are constantly seeing dandelion and other weeds in our yard we have called and requested they come back out they never do we have owned our home for 15 years always had our treated no issues until we changed to this company . we have canceled and will never use again I dont think they are using any product at all !!!! Professional, neat (even used a blower to get any fertilizer off of sidewalk and driveway). Came when they said they would and emailed me ahead of time. This is my first treatment and first time with this company. The Technician was Darrin Jackson. He also left information about what he did. So far, very happy!

Last year was the first time in 21 years that I had my lawn treated. I have about an acre of grass and it had become overcome with clovers and violets. It looked good last year but even better this year. All the weeds are gone and my yard looks great! Having Lawn Plus treat my yard again this year

I really like Lawn Plus. They do a good service. My lawn was a mess when they started last year and has improved tremendously. Still have a little way to go but with their help it is improving. The tech today, Mike Parker, was very informative and answered my questions. If I had anything to say about service, the only thing I would like to have improved would be notifications on when they are going to come to my property. I understand the weather hasnt cooperated this year but my expectations were an earlier arrival but with all the rain I do understand.

Our lawn was such a mess before we found these guys. They were recommended to us by our landscaper to treat for bag worms in our trees. We signed-on for a full compliment of services including insect control, treating the trees/bushes with fertilizer + insect control, and lawn care. Lawn Plus has been treating our yard for almost 3 years now and have done an excellent job. We began utilizing them after we purchased our home. Initially our yard had dandelions and several other common yard weeds. After they began treating our yard the weeds became noticeably less and have since gone away. Our yard looks wonderful and we get frequent positive comments from our neighbors. Their technicians do a very good job. They always take time to answer questions and never leave a mess. Lawn plus does a great job on my lawn. Travis Brooks has taken my lawn from awful to super, and keeps me up to date on what he does and what I need to do to keep it that way!

I pointed out a couple of lawn issues to Technician, Travis Brooks, while he was on-site for a scheduled lawn application. Travis addressed the issues immediately. He further applied material by hand in a rain soaked section of lawn to prevent potential machine damage.

Just signed up with them, details later. After two years, dandelions are a thing of the past. Had them put in a drainage system in the yard which solve a loooooong standing problem.

Weve bee a customer for several years and have been moderately pleased with the service (except when they damaged our rose bushes with weed control). However, called them today requesting that they take care of some weeds in our yard. I was told that we would incur an additional service charge since its been over 30 days since our last fertilizer/weed conrol application. Unfortunately, I dont recall seeing that there would be an extra charge anywhere...must have missed it in the literature.... Now we have to wait til the next application for them to spray for weeds....Guess Lawn Plus will live up to there motto... Give a weed an inch and theyll take a yard.
