Been waiting for an Exmark mowers dealer in the area and LESS has got the full line up for all of our commercial needs. We went all in on the new Vertex X stand on and also wanted to point out that their service is excellent. Had our equipment back in no time, ready for season. Every part of my experience was great. I needed a routine service for my push mower. I first called and was given great customer service and information over the phone. The service for my push mower was quick and finished on time, as promised. Every employee that walked past me said hello and was pleasant. I was offered a free drink (Gatorade or water). I was also offered help with getting my mower in and out of my car without needing to ask. Their prices are fair and they explained everything to me in simple context. Great experience, will use them again for me next service.

I first engaged LESS when my large pressure washer was having some issues and I feared a huge bill. an hr later they said they had a chance to look at it, it was a issue with the carburetor and they had it fixed way below expectations (Less than $100) the customer service was great. So, in the last week I got fed up with my existing Toro zero turn and decided to up my game to a bigger zero turn mower. the people at LESS was nice to work with. No pressure at all and I got a good deal.

This place is great, nice store, very clean, with a great selection of lawn equipment ( American made) but the best was their honesty. I have a toro trimmer and one of the gas lines broke. I called a couple places that fix lawn equipment and both estimates were over $40 because I needed a new gas unit. So I brought my toro to Less and after about 10 minutes waiting, my trimmer was fixed. I didn t need a brand new gas unit, just a replacement of both gas lines and total cost was less than $2 bucks!! I couldn t believe it. This is the place to go for all your lawn needs.

First time there.. Had a warranty problem with a backpack blower. The GM was behind the counter and ask if he could look at it. Fixed it!!! The entire shop is awesome. The number of top quality manufacturers represented was unbelievable. They have my business from now on.

Great experience. I went in for a zero-turn mower. Walked out with the mower, trimmer, blower, and premixed gas. Mark didnt sell me anything, he explained my options and allowed me to buy. I would recommend LESS to anyone!

I ve only purchased parts and weedeaters from these guys. Oh, and a giant tree dolly too! I just haven t purchased a commercial mower unit. Their selection, stock, knowledge, and helpfulness are above average. They are worth driving past another shop to come to them.

Great bunch of guys that are happy to help you with any of your needs. They carry just about all lines of commercial equipment. I was dealing with an outfit in New Port Richey (i will not name) that refused to do warranty work on a Wright Stander. I brought the machine to Less of Wesley Chapel and Brian took care of it right away. My business is in New Port Richey but I now do business with Less of Wesley Chapel due to the excellent service. It is well worth the drive.

I have really enjoyed the mower Less. I actually look forward to mowing my yard again. I am still learning some dos and donts in the operation of it but minor stuff. Just common sense stuff. I did have to re-activate my old age brain though. Love it!

It s interesting to me that on Monday 9/26 you had generators for $500 but on Tuesday 9/27 your salesperson said the same generator was $700. Extremely shady, not to mention illegal during a state of emergency, it would be a shame if someone reported this! Glad I put down a deposit on Monday and had paperwork showing the lower price

I have been a customer at LESS at the Pinellas Park location for years for my commercial lawn and landscape company. I have NEVER been disappointed in the service, and the quality of work provided at LESS. They sell great products for the industry and stand behind them 100%. Very professional staff who treats the customer with the upmost respect. The Wesley Chapel store is no different. True professionals work there, and it shows. They will always have my companies business and have earned it. Do yourself a favor and go to LESS. You won t go anywhere else after that. Those guys and gals bust their butts, and get the job done right, day in day out.

What a GREAT place! Found them online as someone that could service my Husqvarna chainsaw. Dropped it off and the gentleman diagnosed it on the spot and gave me an estimate to replace the fuel line. They had it ready THE NEXT DAY! I also picked up some premixed fuel (cheaper than Lowes) and a new chain (price was within $1 of Amazon and Lowes doesnt carry it in stock). The service charge was very reasonable and the people there were friendly and helpful. The showroom looked like it had a lot of options if I were shopping for new equipment. It was definitely worth the drive from Land O Lakes.

IWas looking for a new Z448 zero turnbyhusabarna, mark was a big help getting me. The mower I wanted,I put the mulch kit on mine and it does a great job for me the place I will shop .

Great store. Had a problem with my lawn mower and they took time to look up the parts and order. When they found that it would take sometime before the part would come in, Husqvarna representative Steve let me try a new Husqvarna mower, which was a cut above my old mower. Mike provided great customer service and the repair team was friendly. Guess where I will buy all my lawn tools in the future ? Less !!!

Great Service Department! I have had a Kohler that has ran very badly for years. In and out of shops and still just a Little better than when it went in. Took it to Less and they found 5 things wrong and it now runs like new. I now send friends and family here and they have all my work!

These guys are customer oriented and know are to deliver their message. Great customer service, they took care of my riding mower, a Troy Built, kept me inform of all repairs and unbelievable price. Picked up and delivered of course for a small fee. Thank guys I will be back I am sure for a new riding mower.
