Not thrilled about leaving a negative review but have no choice in the matter. Started this service two years ago and this year my yard has never looked worse. There may be a logical reason but I have reached out multiple times. Left numerous messages through the portal, text messages and voicemails with no response. As stated before, in the almost 8 years it has never looked so bad. The pictures I have attached are a week older, yard looks even worse as of today. Communication goes a long way and maybe some answers. I would have given a One rating but they were pretty much on schedule.

Last year was my first year with Pristine lawn care. Eric was prompt and thorough. So much better than my previous lawn care service !

Eric is awesome and always responsive to my text or email. Great to talk to and love his advise. I want to have the greenest grass in the neighborhood and Eric is helping me achieve my goals. Thanks you.

I hired this company to take care of my grass for weed control and fertilizer. The owner of the company promised me to make our grass greener, healthy, and strong, I paid $400.00 up front and I asked him how long it would for my grass to be green and healthy. He promised me within a year my grass will be green and strong. I bought this house in 2018, I put new sod in the front yard, and it cost me about $2.000. Now after the treatment I received from the company, my grass now is dry and almost dead. I don’t know what he did last month when he came to do another treatment. After that treatment my grass started to dry slowly. I kept watering it, but nothing happened. I called the owner of the company twice now to discuss the problem and I left him several messages with no response, and I haven’t heard from him again. It’s been 45 days since I left him the messages. I don’t recommend this company. They don’t honor their work, communicate with their customers. Here are some pictures I took to show everyone what happened to my grass.

Make sure you get a DETAILED bid of the work to be completed. Our mother who is 82 yrs old asked him to dig out a stump. We went over the scoop of work and explained exactly what we were looking to achieve. He claimed to understand exactly the scoop Of work we wanted done. To which he said it would cost 600. His quote not ours. Bottom line he made the situation worse. We paid for him to move some dirt, create a water retention in front of the neighbors basement window and lay sod. He did just enough to take her 600. He only made the situation worse. We would have gladly paid for this to be done correctly. We looked to him to provide direction and what needs to be done. He claims to be the professional This guy is only in it to make a quick buck and clearly doesn’t care who he takes advantage of (elderly). We made several calls to him asking him if he would be happy with the work that was done and he refused to answer only to say I did the scoop Of work for 600 dollars. That is not what we asked for!! We told him what we wanted and he gave us the cost. Get a detailed bid/receipt and don’t pay cash. He has yet to provide us with a detailed receipt of the work completed. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company all together.

If there were 10 stars, they'd get 10. This is a world-class service that exceeds my expectations year after year. I've referred them to several friends and the only other lawns that look as good in my neighborhood...are theirs.

I've been using Pristine for over 2 years and they have transformed my yard from 80% weeds to one of the best in the subdivision. Can't recommend them enough.
