We moved into our house over 5 years ago. When we moved in, the lawn was awful. There were multiple large naked/brown patches all over and the grass that was alive, was only green-ish. We tried to manage it ourselves to no avail as we had no idea what we were doing. We ended up hiring an initial lawn company who did little to nothing to help our lawn. Because of our experience with the initial company, we decided to venture on our own again, only to come out with the same results. We finally decided to go with Best Lawn Care based on reviews and by seeing a sign in our neighborhood in a yard that always has beautiful green grass. At this time, we have been with Best Lawn Care since the end of Spring, and I can tell you that our yard has never looked better. Our yard is so beautiful and green (my dad even complimented how green it looked) and all of our naked/brown patches have nearly turned green. To be fair, all of the patches would probably all be green if we were more diligent on watering haha, so thats on us. In addition to their treatments, their communication is fantastic, and I really like how they send notifications on when they are coming and follow ups on recommendations. We have had several different technicians - Im awful with names but I think they were Austin, Lee and Tristan. Im sure Im missing people, but everyone we have had has done a wonderful job. I absolutely recommend Best Lawn Care and we will continue to use them going forward.

Everyone at Best Lawn Care has been a pleasure to work with! Our yard has made an excellent recovery from the dry mess it was before. This morning I had a raccoon trying to come under my fence. My two goldens were barking but the raccoon was not scared and wouldn t leave. For 30 minutes l tried to scare it away. No neighbors were around but I noticed Best Lawn Care workers two doors down. I yelled for help. Austin ran down and was able to get it into the woods. He was so kind and patient. Because of Austin I am thinking of changing my lawn care. My neighbor says they do a great job. Wildlife Rescue says the raccoon most likely has distemper.

Best Lawn Care literally saved our yard. We moved into our new home (a new build with brand new sod) Fall of 2020 and spent about a year aggressively working to keep the yard alive - dumped tons of money into an irrigation system to keep the yard hydrated, aeration, overfeeding, fertilizing, etc., just to see it fail miserably. We were feeling very defeated and were desperate for someone to help us save our investment before facing the harsh reality that we may have to start all over and resolve or start with seed. My brother-in-law, whose yard is immaculate, recommended Best Lawn Care and we have never gone back. We learned so much about Lawn maintenance (how the soil was actually our biggest problem, proper watering cycles, etc), they took over all of the heavy-lifting, and the cost was truly a break-even. We were warned it may take several seasons before our yard gets to a good place with as bad as the soil was (the builders literally just dumped whatever fill they could find - including a massive chunk of sidewalk we found buried in the yard while the team was installing our irrigation system in year 1). I am happy to report that after just the first season with Best Lawn Care, our yard looked healthier and greener than it ever had and it continues to get better year after year. Our neighbors now compliment us on our lawn and we finally have a sense of pride instead of disappointment! There are tons of Lawn Care companies out there, weve tried several in the past at our previous home and all felt like a scam and waste of money. This is the first time I have ever felt a Lawn Care Company was worth the investment - AND theyre a local small business! I cannot say enough about this company. Give Best Lawn Care a shot - you wont regret it!

When I bought my home, it was clear the yard was not cared for as every spring dandelions would take over and weeds sprouted everywhere. By July my yard was nothing but a field of thick clover that constantly clogged my mower. I was referred Best Lawn but my ego told me that I could do it myself. However, I struggled for years with different chemicals and fertilizers to see if I could correct the issue until I finally realized that I m spending more time, effort, and money than I would just paying company to help me get my lawn on the right track. Thats when I called the pros over at Best Lawn car this year and while I m only few months in with 3 treatments, I can say that my lawn looks the best it ever has since I ve lived here. Weeds are dying and staying dead and my grass is starting come in thicker/greener. They also provide weekly tips and are responsive whenever I have questions. They ve been doing so great so far that I even had them liquid aerate and plan to purchase their seeding package in the fall to help me with some thin spots in my yard so I can have the beautiful thick full lawn that we all dream of. Fact of the matter is, even the most stubborn DIYers need some help from the pros sometimes and I m glad I called Best Lawn Care!

We started using Best Lawn last year, a recommendation from our father in law. Jeff is our lawn tech, and is extremely knowledgable, hes my lawn coach. Just within a year, our lawn was a spotty, clover and dandelion-ridden, mole infested yard that we couldnt get anything to grow on. These pictures are 1 year after starting the service. Weve used several local lawn services over the years, and Best Lawn Care is a step above all the others. They actually spend a decent amount of time treating your yard at each visit. And theyll come back out for free if you have any weeds that are hanging around between treatments. What I like about them best is they actually have really great local customer service. Its very easy to get ahold of them by phone or text if you have any concerns. We arent big lawn people, and weve had multiple neighbors compliment our yard, which is all due to Best Lawn Care.

This company lives up to its name. This is our third year we have been using them and also this is the best our lawn has ever looked. We get compliments on how thick and green our yard looks. When searching for a lawn care service to provide fertilization, weed elimination and an annual service plan, I reached out to my friends and family to ask for a recommendation. Best Lawn Care was the first recommendation I received. I called them and from the initial call many months ago to today, I have to say that this is the greatest customer service and communication I have ever received from any vendor. I have always done yard fertilization, weed control myself and got fantastic results. But, full-time commitments were not getting any less - Work, graduate school, full-time father, etc. I was excited to try BLC last spring and signed up for the program. On the first visit, I noticed that they did not cover the area of the backyard that I expected - Namely a hill (approx 100x50) and a few other areas near the home. I let them know on the second visit. Still, it was not addressed. I was paying for this coverage and not getting it. Its a saving for them, and costly for me. That is not acceptable. I continued with the service for the entire year. This is what I found: - They use a heavy machine that puts tracks/ruts in my yard if it is the least bit moist. - Hill and other areas not covered. - A half-acre seemed to take them 10 min at the most (well, lack of coverage). - Their liquid products made my yard and surrounding area smell like a dutch oven. Neighbors were complaining to me about the smell of my yard after the treatments. - If there is any dog dirt in the yard, it gets run over and spread about. I clean it regularly, but it there is some out there, its almost like the driver aims for it. - Way, way too many texts. - The heavy machine was driven right through the area I just put new grass seed down, leaving deep ruts in the soil. Thanks for that. I canceled my service at the end of the year, providing an image of the yard damage from the machine, and got no reply until several months later. Again, no follow or anything. I continue to get emails from them asking me to come back. I have unsubscribed and still get them. If blocking them doesnt work, it looks like I will be joining the witness protection program.
