Baileys Pro updated a few solenoids, relocated the sprinkler heads in my backyard, built a small retaining wall and layed sod. The crew was friendly and efficient. After completion, there were some sprinkler heads not working correctly and a portion of the yard had already begun to sink after only a few days. I was able to get someone back to fix those issues. I'm disappointed that no consideration was made by the crew whatsoever for the slope of the yard, resulting in much of the lawn feeding toward the home and deck (sharply at the borders). I didn't think to bring up proper slope as an expectation during our preliminary walk, because sloping a lawn away from a home or deck is a commonly held best practice. The ground is uneven throughout and will need remediation early next year before the sod takes root. In order to access the backyard with machinery, I suggested removing a portion of the fence, but rather than put it back the way it was, the fence was leaned against the posts and screwed in to place at an angle. I noticed today that some damage was done to my siding during the project, exposing the sheathing, but nobody said anything to me. For the amount of money this cost me, I'm frustrated that not only do I have to look forward to drainage issues next Spring, I now have the added burden of repairing my siding and properly reattaching my fence. *A positive note is that they did install an extra hose bib next to the new valve box. I was in a hurry to beat the frost and this was an expensive lesson on the virtue of patience.
Excellent work hands down. For starters I put in a quote request on their website, before I had a chance to put my phone away Joel called me back to set up an appointment. He quoted me two days to put the paver patio in. By the end of the first day they were already laying them in. They finished halfway through the second day. The entire team was outstanding to work with. Can not say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.
Joel came out and talked about irrigation sprinklers and landscaping my back yard. Crew arrived, very professional and hard working. Had some issues and Joel and crew got issues corrected and I’m a happy girl. I would hands down recommend Bailey’s pro landscaping. Proud to give them 5 Stars!

The professional communication I received from Joel was honestly a breath of fresh air. He’s responsive and his commit dates as to when a project will be completed is excellent. Landscapers arrived on time, and they were friendly. They corrected issues of water not draining properly in my yard. They also replaced sprinklers in the flower bed with a drip system. I would use Baileys Pro Landscaping again and I recommend them to others.

They did a fantastic job on our yard. We had a huge project, lots of ripping out of plants and old concrete barriers trees... Ext... They did a great job. We also had them build a retaining wall for us which they did is such great time and quality! We will definitely be calling them with future projects!
I was very impressed with Joel Bailey. I was able to set up an appointment online which was very convenient. Joel arrived on time for the appointment, reviewed the project I wanted him to complete and then provided a detailed estimate of the cost within an hour. Even though my project was relatively minor, I appreciated his work ethic and professionalism and would hire him again to perform a larger project without question.
Joel installed a 500 square foot patio at our home.His price was higher but he was clean cut and polite.He followed through on all his promises and the job came out amazing.i spend more time on the patio then I do in the house ....thanks joel

The company never showed up for the first appointment that was booked. I tried again and booked another time on their appointment calendar and again a no show. I have been waiting for some sort of response/communication since December 8th.

The Baileys did a beautiful job on our lawn. We asked for something that was very easy to maintain, beautiful but simple. They planted many different types of flowers including annuals and perennials that didn t require any maintenance. We also a new Magnolia tree that I have longed for for years! I can t tell you how happy we are! The Baileys are true professionals and I highly recommend them!!!
