About
We are a residential landscape maintenance, design, and construction firm serving estates in metro Boston. Our estate care services include fine gardening, spring clean up, fall clean up, lawn care, mowing/robotic mowing, plant health care, mulching, annual plantings and container gardens, tree pruning by certified arborists, deer protection, fertilizations, and irrigation. Our design and construction projects include full estate plans, pools, patios, firepits, outdoor kitchens, vegetable gardens, drainage solutions, landscape lighting, lawn renovations, plantings, etc. We have an account manager model, where every maintenance client is assigned a single point of contact who serves as our clients' property steward and landscape consultant.

NatureWorks is exceptional! Everyone on our team does a high quality job. The mowers are careful, gardeners who weed the beds, deadhead/stake plants etc are amazing and very knowledgeable and our property manager is quick to respond to all questions/requests. We love having all services coordinated under one company and our property has never looked better!

This is a first-rate company, from top to bottom. I hired them to design and install a “Beacon Hill” style patio and garden. My project was probably small, by their standards, but they nevertheless gave it the full range of their efforts. Every member of the team was knowledgeable, cheerful, courteous and patient. They answer questions and respond quickly. They really care about every detail and want the client to be happy with the final result. They are a pleasure to work with.
We have used NatureWorks since we re-landscaped our yard about 6 years ago. They have been amazing. The attention to detail and superior care for all plants in our yard (big trees to small potted plants) has been outstanding. Our rep, Karin, is fantastic. She is on top of every detail and anticipates needs long before we do. Our yard looks the way we hoped because NatureWorks helps keep all our plants healthy and well-maintained.

While definitely not inexpensive, NatureWorks has been a pleasure to work with. Our property manager, Laura, is very responsive and accessible. Be it a problem with our irrigation system or our flower beds or grass, she emails us back immediately and has a team at our house within a day or two. Their snow plowing and shoveling is amazing. We are always plowed and salted before we wake up. We are very pleased with how our landscaping looks and we credit that to NatureWorks.

We have used Natureworks for more than 15 years. We started working with them years ago for a large pool, outdoor cooking area and landscaping project in Medfield. From their earliest days, their mission was to not only be top notch technically with design, install, and maintenance, but also to truly partner with homeowners to help them create gorgeous outdoor spaces. We have relied many times on the superb job they do working with other contractors- such as pool companies, general contractors and electricians. It takes stress off of us, and guarantees a better quality outcome. When things come up, as they always do with projects large or small , Natureworks communicates with us clearly and always presents solutions, not problems. We rely on them now for our home in Needham and when we bought a house at the Cape and needed a large scale redesign of landscaping there, we think so highly of the Natureworks team that we paid to have them travel to the Cape and design, install and maintain a large project there. Every single Natureworks employee is professional , hard working and a pleasure to work with. The key to the relationship is our client manager- Laura Harrigan who is a trusted advisor, deeply knowledgeable and all around wonderful person. She designed our Cape project with great care, a deep understanding of the look and feel we were hoping for, and an abundance of horticultural knowledge. We were blown away by the results of our Cape project and we know from experience with Natureworks that things will somehow look even better in a year or two as plantings mature . Natureworks is not the lowest cost provider, but in light of the quality of work, professionalism and fact that our yards bring us so much joy, we feel the investment in our homes is well worth it. Would highly recommend them.
