Called to investigate getting services for my parents place in Niagara. Sales staff was extremely friendly, not pushy beyond calling till someone actually answered the phone and very knowledgeable about their sales options. The technicians have been extremely friendly, very thorough with their applications and clean up, and even offered lots of friendly free advice on best mowing practices and such to help my parents get their best lawn. When I first considered this, I thought it was expensive, but compared to other companies, its really not, and the service my parents have received has made me really glad I went with them.

This was our first season using Weed Man services. We have been so happy with the results we are seeing! Given that our yard was mostly weeds and patchy grass,we thought it would take a few years before we would see improvement, we were wrong, we finally have grass and it s green! I ve hired Weedman for the past 17 years. I ve spent thousands of dollars for treatments and my lawn never showed the results promised by the company. We did a 400$ grub control which was guaranteed. We still have grubs..we called complained and were told if we pay half they will treat the lawn again, isn t this guaranteed? I was told no. We did. Still have grubs. We were told to aerate and intense seeding! No results. Our money just kept being thrown in the garbage basically. We trusted these professionals to be honest and not just take out money with no results. This year I m doing the lawn myself and it s never looked better!! It s really disappointing to have put trust in a company that just continues to request more money for less results! When I call to complain the sales reps are rude and unwilling to help. I give Weedman a zero! I still have weeds and grubs!! Thanks for taking thousands of my hard earned money and promising me a beautiful lawn that never appeared!!

Weve been using Weed Man for a couple of years since we loved to Welland. When we moved in the lawn in the front, and we have big frontage, was in pretty good condition, except for weeds. Our backyard, which is very big, was covered in weeds. Weed Man brought our front and backyard to where the lawns are a beautiful lush green, weed free, fertilized, aerated. Since using Weed Man Lawn Care our lawn has never looked better. We found that it takes a couple of years to see the difference but it definitely has improved our lawn.

Nothing like cancelling the service only to have them show up twice the following year. Did nothing, charged 350$. When they cant show you your purchase of service they just send you into the credit collection... crooks

I am impressed with the follow-up service provided by Kevin from the Weed Man. He had a pleasant demeanour and showed a genuine concern for fixing the lawn care problems I was having on my property. On his visit, he explained to me the reasons the condition of the lawn appeared the way it did and offered to reapply the product until the problem was cleared up. He also provided some good advice for being proactive in dealing with potential problems. He finished his visit with an assurance that Weed Man is committed to making their customers satisfied with their level of lawn care service. I am pleased with the condition of my lawn so far and hope that the reapplication of the Fiesta product will eliminate some of the stubborn areas on my property.

I have had Weedman for several years. During that time, I have been battling Creeping Charlie. This year, Weedman suggested that I keep calling for extra applications if I didnt see any improvement. Well I have called for extra applications and I must say Weedman has been here every time I called. The Creeping Charlie is not completely gone, but its beginning to die off and I will continue to call as needed until it is completely gone.

Weeds are continual problem however with recent applications there appears to be an improvement . I must admit Weed Man definitely monitors closely the condition of our lawn and provides solutions to any current/future problems. Thank you for your professional lawn care service.
