He found several black widows in places not previously explored and he went above and beyond to clear out webs in my garage. He event gave advice on how I should trim my trees to reduce the risk of carpenter ants from entering the home. Overall, Dustin set a new benchmark for how to deliver high quality service. GR has been taking care of our houses, 3 in total now, for 4 years. Finding the Hornets the hard way was not a pleasant event. I had no idea about ground hornets except they attack and hurt. As I looked for a local exterminator, I luckily came upon Golden Rule in Weatherford. I contacted them because not only were they local but they did everything. The Tech come out the next morning and inspected the hive and identified them as European Hornets. The following morning they arrived at 630am and put on their protective attire. After being at the site for 30 minutes they came back with large amazing hive with hundreds of dead European Hornets and larvae. It was interesting. But glad its done. Updating - Weve had monthly service for 5 months now and are still in love. Tim does a great job. He always inspects the areas my kids play because he knows its important to me. The scheduling is quick and friendly. On the first visit Tim texted me and my neighbor (who had to let him in) on his way and called me with an update afterwards. He looked in all the cabinets to check for spiders because I was afraid spiders moved into them while we were gone. He was so friendly and kind. We have been using GR for about 6 months. They first helped us with a rodent problem. This is our first house and we have never had to deal with rodents before so this seemed overwhelming but GR came in with a plan and the problem was resolved quickly. We have continued to use them for weed control and for regular pest control. Also with the warmer weathers came the fleas and they responded quickly to our special request to spray for fleas asap because our poor dog is allergic. Ive worked with Cade and Brent and both have been professional, friendly, considerate and on time to perform services. I highly recommend Golden Rule because I trust the quality of their work and their serviceman are good people - you dont want just anyone hanging around your property.

Ben and the other gentleman did a great job . They called me back quickly were early to the appointment explained everything that needed to be done answered all my questions got to work and removed a ground hornet nest then sprayed our bushes and house . They then spread granules on the front and back and sides of the house and we watered them in . We haven t seen the ground hornets since I recommend giving them a shot at ur place
