Vinny has been a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and has a hard-working team behind him. He plowed and shoveled our driveways and walkways last winter, and so when the time came to do Covid renovations, we asked him to bid on a host of landscape projects, as well as to take over lawn maintenance (which had not been going so well with our prior service). Although our lawn will need another season to get back to health, it already looks much better. He built a back patio and walkway, with fieldstone walls, which look beautiful. He also did the site work for a generator install, which required trenching across our paved driveway and a fair bit of hand digging. We are looking forward to working with Maple Tree in the near future on other projects.

Maple Tree provides me with year round service from snow removal, yard cleanup, lawn mowing, and surprisingly, some smaller jobs such as installing gutter guards and house washing. Vinnie is accomadating, good to work with.

We are big fans of Vinnie and Maple Tree! Weve used them for snow plowing, shoveling, and salting for a few years. They do a thorough job, including setting up marker poles as an included service at the beginning of the season. Unlike many other companies, they offer shoveling of walkways; this was a must-have for us. They send out timely emails before and during storms to keep customers reassured that they are on the case. Highly recommended!

I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but I cant pass this one up. I would not recommend Maple Tree. This season has been filled with lack of and mis-communication, unclear scope of work, and lack of transparency of costs. When there was a disagreement on scope of work and expectations, I spent time trying to handle the situation with the main office folks, who told me that the owner (Vinny) would reach back out to me to discuss and figure things out. After multiple calls to him and after a long e-mail I had written to address the situation, still no response after 2 weeks. I finally get a call from Vinny once theres payment missing, when in fact, it was intentional, due to all the discrepancies. Are we suppose to call you back every time? he said. Well, yes, a resounding yes, especially when were told you will, and if a customer is clearly trying to get a hold of you. In what world is it okay to ignore all of these, and then go ahead and charge the customer extra fees? Vinny and folks at Maple Tree - please do better, your existing clients deserve it. Everyone looking for new service - please dont waste your money. There are so many options out there.

As a homeowner for going on 3 decades, I ve seen it all. I know a great business when I see it Originally, I did all my own yardwork. I kept meticulous standards, and felt only I could do it right. Over time, I got too busy with work and family life, and began to delegate more and more to professional landscapers for my seasonal services. It hadn t been easy Each would do great at first, but eventually ruin one part or another of my yard (mowing to the dirt mid-summer making large expanses of grass die, speeding through the job just to move on to the next (7 minutes for my half-acre), repeatedly scalping my willow s surface roots eventually killing the tree it literally fell over!), running roughshod over soft areas (leaving nothing but deep mudded divots in their wake), and the worst cracking my expensive bluestone patio with their heavy equipment. One even retaliated after I complained by drawing multiple figure 8 s with their mower s tire rubber, then had the audacity to deny it. So it was on a hope and a prayer that I contacted Mapletree Landscaping. I d admired a neighboring property suddenly beautiful, lush, and meticulous, and saw Mapletree s sign. At first, I just used Mapletree for my starts and ends of season cleanups. Each time, they did a beautiful job. Then, they offered full-season yard care and maintenance to my town. I signed on, fingers crossed, for full-season care I ve never looked back. My yard is *gorgeous*. So much so, my neighbors, including back-yard *honeybee* stewards, have inquired my reference, and started using Mapletree for their yard care and maintenance. Having used Mapletree for several years now, I ve found them responsive to every concern I ve had along the way. By now, management knows know what I want and what I don t. Communication is vital, because things will always come up it s the nature of homeownership and contractors. But Vinny, Lucas, the office staff, and their teams on the site listen and coordinate, as necessary, to fix whatever needs fixing or adjustment. Mapletree s services aren t cheap. But they consistently deliver what they promise. Time and again, I m pleasantly surprised by how above and beyond Mapletree s on-site teams have gone to beautify my property. For once, it s possible I ve met my match.

Spring clean-up of plant beds was done early April, then after perennials came up, weeding and mulching of beds in late May. A detailed estimate in advance specified the work to be done, with photos to show what areas would be included. The work was very well done, at a reasonable price, and the crew removed all debris and cleaned up thoroughly. We were very happy with their work. Weve used them before, and will use them again.

Vinny will tell you one thing, then when he sends the bill with the contract there is something different in there. His pricing is deceptive. If you work with him, ask for the contract up front. He told me a price included blowing the leaves in the fall, he made it sound like fall clean up, but when I saw the contract he wanted $750 more for fall clean up. He claims he wasnt deceptive. Hes very personable, so be careful. I dont work with people that lie or deceive. I terminated by contract with him

I reached out to Maple Tree Landscape to inquire about a few quotes regarding various work, and got in touch directly with the owner, Vinny. He not only picked up right away, but he also stayed in close communication with me and met me later that week to estimate the job. He provided a quote the very next day, and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Entirely fair cost, and honestly in hindsight, a bargain for the quality of the work. There is no guessing, or ball parking. He has it down to a science, then sets the price, and it stays there. He and his team showed up to the minute that he told me they would start. Vinny was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgable and personable. His team were kind, responsive, courteous and professional. We have used Maple Tree Landscape for the second time this year. Vinny came to our home to provide an estimate within two day of contacting him and scheduled our job in less than a week after we accepted his estimate. Vinny is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, responsive and great to communicate with about our needs. His crew provided cleaning and edging of beds, mulching, transfers of some plantings, cutting of small trees, aeration/fertilization/repair/seeding of lawn, installed a rock perimeter around a new brick patio and installed an irrigation system for a problem water flow near the deck. Vinny was willing to add jobs not on our initial list. He and his crew provided excellent work and they cleaned up every day. They certainly went the extra mile to ensure that you got what you expected. I highly recommend Vinny and his team!
