Ok here is my unfortunate experience with this company. Last month I unfortunately signed up with this horrible company for their pest control services. Theresa the sales representative told me there was no contract that I needed with their company. And she said I could have the payments come out of my checking account at the end of each month. So imagine my surprise when they charged me for the service at the beginning of this month instead of the end of the month. When I called to complain they acted as if they could care less. And to make matters worse they wouldn’t honor their word for the billing date. Worst company ever!!! Don’t be fooled by this bate and switch company.
After 5+ years of using Sureguard, we canceled all services. We have had our regular quarterly pest control services done but couldn't afford the expensive termite yearly inspection right now. Well, apparently, that doesn't matter to this company, and they sent someone out to remove our termite stations that we have paid in over at least $1000 over the last several years. They are not loyal to their own customers. Good riddance. I'm sure another company will appreciate our business.
Hired sure guard for pest control. First appointment you would think they would set a time to come out look at the home and meet the customer. Never a call saying we are headed your way, never a text message email or anything. When I go to the front door, I see a tag saying someone did service our home. I walked the exterior of the home, and you can’t tell the tech did anything besides hang a door sign and drive off. Webs and dirt mounds everywhere. Even a web on the front door. Horrible integrity and do not recommend. By the way I was still charged $163 for this service. Was told they can send out another tech but was not interested why should I have to be here to chaperone their employees. This isn’t a honest mistake and a miss of a couple spots. This is bad business! Update to my original post. Afte this review I received a call from a sure guard manager by the name of Steve. He came out to meet me and make things right. He was tentative and agreed that the tech before him did not do a good job. I sent me his number to reach out should I ever have any issues. Since then, Steve has shown excellent customer service and is truly the only reason I will give sure guard a second chance.
Posted on behalf of my Nana! I would give negative one star if I could!!! The technician was excellent and very thorough but everyone else I worked with in the office/ on the phone was terrible!!! I was quoted one price and ended up being charged over a hundred dollars more than my quote. I was told that there was guaranteed coverage for a year for fire ants and chiggers. Then the technician told me there was only a month long guarantee on chiggers. Not even two weeks later, I’m being eaten up by chiggers again! I called them and they told me it would be $65 to come back and spray again! What’s a guarantee if you have to pay again?? The only guarantee I see is that they GUARANTEE that the bugs will come back!
I was home all morning and tech performed outside treatment but never tried to come inside to treat. I always want inside treated. Walked thru recently wet flower beds leaving large boot tracks.
Chris is always great. We recently had a new, small insect infestation and he took our photo to determine exactly what kind of insect got into the house. They were all dead, of course, because Sureguard regularly treats out house for pests.
Louis consistently does an excellent job. He is always on time, pleasant, polite, personable and asks me if I'm having any specific problems. After he treats my home, he shares exactly what he has addressed. I also like that I have had the same tech for about 2 years.
I have been able to spend so much more time outside my home, caring for my flowers and enjoying my outside space, since I became a customer of Sureguard. I chose the PC Bi-Monthly Gold package because it made the most sense for my situation. Sureguard sends a technician out to the house every other month to spray inside and out and they are always punctual! Tyler Schmidt was my technician on October 10th and he had a very unique knock when he arrived that made me laugh. I found Tyler to be very professional and I loved the way he introduced himself by telling me his name and the company he worked for to put me at ease. He was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about not only his individual application technique of each product, but also about Sureguard and how previous treatments had affected the pests in and around the home. I could tell that he took personal responsibility for the work he was doing. You don't see that in employees very often these days.

We had a horrible infestation of house crickets. Killing over 10 bugs a day. They came out and treated. Bugs came out of everywhere for the first week dying and half dead. 3 weeks after the technician came out I notified them that we had about 80% less bugs. Huge improvement.

I had my quarterly treatment today and the technicians name was Leo. He was very thorough and went the extra mile cleaning the webs around and under the patio. I can say he took more time than the other tech. I will certainly request him again. Great company and wonderful tech!!
The technician was pleasant and helpful. I asked about wasps around our patio, and he had already spotted them and treated for them.
Jason was our person from Sureguard to change out our mosquito pots. He was the original installer of the 3 pots last month: one on the front of the house and 2 pots on the back. Service was completed today. To our dismay, he only refilled two pots: one on the front and one on the back patio. He failed to change out the pot by the hot tub - in plain sight. We want to like Sureguard, but it seems the details keep getting in the way of the service.
I posted a review just stated that this company was unprofessional. Soon after I was contacted by a employee and HR also the owner of this company and was treated that if I do not take down my review. I stated no and they got aggressive towards me on the phone.
The service we received with Luis Carlos was exceptional. All I can say is that he was professional in every way and we are very happy with Sureguard s service.

Jason was friendly and informative. I learned a lot about what kind of ants I have and how they might be getting in. Jason and his assistant knocked down some wasp nests we couldn t reach. I will certainly be having Sureguard back in the future.
Kenny was very friendly and cooperative with our need to secure the dog in one area, then move him to another area because 2 areas inside the house plus the outside were sprayed, which caused a delay to complete the service, but Kenny did not make one complaint. I am very happy with his service.
