I called Mr. Ortiz on a Friday morning. He responded by early afternoon, and was at my house by Friday evening to see my property. He gave me a very reasonable quote for a very big job. 3/4 of an acre of overgrown (albeit embarrassing) weeds and trees. He treated me fairly, and understood my situation. He promised me his team would be by at 8 on Monday, weather permitting, and just as promised they were there on time. I will be using him again, and referring to many!

Mr. Ortiz came out with his crew and did a great job clearing the back 1/2 of our acre property! We were very pleased! Highly recommend!

Mr. Ortiz started out as an ok lawn service guy until he started not answering my calls or replying to my texts. He told me that he was going to come by and mow my lawn on Monday but never showed up. I didn't receive a phone call or a text saying that he was running late or wasn't able to come at all. To me that is a terrible way to treat your customers. I believe in standing by your customers and not letting them down! If I could give him 0 stars I would!
