Breckenridge Landscape in Wauwatosa

Craig and the team at Breckenridge saw the potential with our backyard that we never did. He listened to our ideas, wants, and needs and created a thoughtful patio and landscape design that was perfect for us. The install crew was professional and never stopped moving when they were here. They were on time every day, and cleaned up the area each evening. All of our questions and any concerns that came up during the install were answered promptly and professionally.

We loved what they showed at the spring home show for our outdoor project. We scheduled time to meet with Craig, and everything was very professional. He said we would get a quote within 2 weeks. After two weeks, we reached out because we had not heard anything. He replied back to say that after looking at our project, he wanted an engineer to come out to take a look because of the structure of the house. We replied back, and then heard nothing, and no one called to schedule the engineer. While we loved the work we saw, it left us thinking that our $50,000+ money was not good enough for them. We signed with another company after Craig never responded. When I saw him at the home and garden show last week to tell him not to bother with the engineer and that we decided to go with someone else, he seemed releaved and said "ok". The lack of follow up and communication would leave me to believe that you should document every part of the contracts with them.

I hired Breckenridge to do a paver walkway and some plantings. The owner, Eric, was very professional and helpful. Eric suggested buried downspouts, which I had never thought of. This really made the project look more clean and neat. It also made mowing easier. He also assisted me with picking out the perfect bricks for the project. Lastly, he picked low maintenance plantings which really finished off the project nicely. I highly recommend this business.

Personally, I wouldn't work with or recommend anyone else. My wife and I just built a new house and we needed a landscaper that would be able to put the right finishing touches to make it a home. And wow, Breckenridge delivered. What I found most valuable about their services was in the delivery/collaboration. The team listened, adjusted the vision based on our ideas, and went above and beyond with the finished product. What was most notable was their communication. It was absolutely exceptional. At times, our builder and Breckenridge had to collaborate. Throughout the collaboration, our builder made multiple comments that Breckenridge was by far the best collaborator and communicator they have ever worked with, which has led them to refer to Breckenridge for future builds. Breckinridge 's design plans for our new patio in our backyard were very unique and not at all like the basic designs were were getting from other Landscape companies. We knew immediately after seeing their design that we would contract with them. They were very professional, patient with all of our questions, and when they started the work, it was done all in one week. We enjoyed our experience so much, we will be using them to redesign our front yard.

Breckenridge Landscaping did a fabulous job, we had them do our whole yard. Craig came up with a great design and them executed it well. We have been loving our yard. Our neighbors have been very complementary and say what a beautiful job Breckenridge has done. Everyone we worked with were very professional and great to work with.

We had a pool installed 3 years ago. Breckenridge actually was our key to finding the necessary materials to build our pool deck. We knew nothing about permeable pavers, but that was besides the point. The design and workmanship was top notch and efficient. They were able to predict each phase of the plan with accuracy and add subtle touches to the design that were always on point! The team cleaned up after each day of work, which was just another feather in their cap!
