No follow up on initial inquiry. I was amazed that the office staff gave me over five back and forth emails without having a single sales representative come out for a bid. Some landscapers really care about their craft while its painfully obviously this outfit does not. Do not waste your time with them!

Im not quite sure why a company would employ someone dumb enough to drive a truck and trailer with the company name plastered on the side in a reckless manner and flip potential customers the bird after cutting them off twice, but this is my impression of Best Choice. Totally unprofessional and I would never recommend this company to anyone based on the behavior of their employee. Your driver is either going to kill someone or display his middle fingers to the wrong person someday. Maybe thats why this guy cuts grass for a living.

Best choice landscape was always prompt, courteous, professional. I was alerted before each application, the garbage cans were removed and were replaced into their right positions, tags were left on the lawn.

The crew did a nice job of mowing! And the fertilizer program really greened up the lawn.

Wont due a free estimate. 75 dollars is a lot of money to come out to see if I even want to hire them. No thanks

Sometimes the cut is too short and I can see bare dirt.My lawn is uneven so I don t know what can be done about this.

I used Best Choice this spring for a general yard clean up along with edging, mulching and removal of some old, overgrown shrubs. They did a very nice job and I thought the price was reasonable. After the work was finished, they walked me around the yard to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction. I plan to hire them next spring to do similar work.

Our yard doesnt have good soil - lots of clay, so it is hard to keep it looking decent. There were lots of weeds and the first lawn service company that we used didnt change it much. We switched to Best Choice and there has been lots of improvement on our yard. The weeds are minimal now and the grass looks much better. They also aerated our lawn and over seeded it. This is our 3rd year with Best Choice Landscape and we definitely recommend them.

Really appreciate the mosquito control. We can enjoy our patio all summer long!!

Apparently this company thinks it s a good idea to unload their leaves on the freeway. In my opinion that s not safe or the best choice

Best Choice Landscaping was able to treat my lawn for less money per application than i could do myself. When a downpour washed away the weed application they just sprayed, they came back the next day after I called to come apply the weed treatment again. My lawn looks great.

I prepaid for a lawn care program. It started out fine having received 2 applications by 6/15/20. Unfortunately, the Summer Slow Release Fertilizer was not applied until 9/25/20 at the same time the Late Summer Herbicide was applied. The driveway, patio, & public sidewalk were left covered with the granules which I had to clean up. I advised the office that I no longer required their services. They were sorry for my disappointment . I then requested a response to determine if all the services were provided as I may be due a refund. Absolutely no response. My lawn has never looked this bad.

Best Choice Landscaping really lives up to the name. My wife and I had landscaping done this past summer and love the work that was done. It was very reasonably priced and they had a very friendly crew at our house. When I couldnt figure out something with the motion sensor lights, one of the owners came out to my house and helped troubleshoot for me. I cant wait for the next landscaping project my wife conjures up. Best Choice will be OUR choice!

Best Choice did a fine job of keeping my lawn maintained this past summer as I settled in to my home without access to my equipment. They were timely each week.

Great customer service, friendly crew, reasonable rates . We have been using their services (landscaping and lawn care and snow removal in winter) all year round for several years.

Unreliable. I filled out the form fill on their website over a week ago and no one had followed up on it. Unbeknownst To them I had 25k for a landscape project. Winner winner chicken dinner someone else gets the job.

Solid company with fair prices

We have employed Best Choice Landscape for six months and could not be happier with the companys services. The guys working on our yard did/do a fantastic job with edging garden beds, laying mulch and cutting the grass. Additionally, the staff is detail-oriented and very friendly.

Great choice to go with for all your lawn and yard work.

Hired them last season to maintain our lawn. By fall both the front and back lawns were dead. They would not take responsibility for a poorly done job. First I was ignored, then told it was my own fault, then invited to hire them at full price for another season so they could fix the damage. The owners are very young men with a lot to learn. [I am adding information and a photo after receiving a voice mail from owner Brandon asking me to take down this review.] They eventually gave us approximately a 10% refund which were applying to lawn repair to get it looking like it was before. Both the lawn service and the customer service rate one star and that is this senior citizens opinion. (Picture is of the Best Choice truck in front of my lawn a few days ago. )

I have had Best Choice handle my lawn treatments for the past 2 years and I have been nothing short of impressed. Its unrealistic to think that 5 lawn treatments can make your lawn perfect in under a year.(some people think lawn treatments are a magical potion) Their team was very upfront with let me know what they would be applying each time and what results I could expect.( I have a newly planted lawn) They have given me suggestions to improve my lawn and have been very open and honest with their treatments. If I ever have an issue the owner will work with me to resolve. Top notch service with great employees who will take the time to explain all the services they perform.

Love Best Choice Landscaping! They have been nothing short of amazing. 2 years ago my Moms lawn was in Horrible shape. We had them out to see what they thought, and we were extremely impressed with the owners ability to know exactly what needed to happen. We were quoted a very fair price and now my mom has a lawn that she is proud of. The following year I had them to my house because my lawn was covered with weeds and I had some dead spots. I had never hired anyone for my yard because it is a smaller city lot, but I wanted it to look great, even if it is small. They started treatments and my lawn is full, green, and amazing now. Hired Best Choice Landscaping to mow, trim and blow my 1.5 acre property in Pewaukee and I couldnt be happier. These guys are perfectionist and always leave the place looking like a Major League Baseball stadium with the lines in the grass and everything. I also had them do our lighting and redo our entire landscaping plan. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and it is easy to see he has a passion for his work. Do not hesitate to hire this company.
