We were very pleased with Rodney through the entire experience from when he came out to look at our job, to the final walk-through. We feel confident he engineered everything properly. He has good ideas and suggestions, and he listens to us. He’s a good communicator and easy to work with. His attention to detail and quality of work are top notch. His crew is friendly, hard working, and respectful of our property. Kudos to Rodney and his crew, they did a really nice job for us. We highly recommend them.
We hired Landcrafters to rebuild our backyard patio space and front walkway. We had an absolutely fantastic experience from the design phase through completion! The communication throughout the the project was wonderful. And the final product- oh my! It is gorgeous! We have a backyard patio space that is so much more than we expected! Their attention to detail is amazing! Our part was effortless- Landcrafters took care of everything! We are ecstatic with the result and would HIGHLY recommend Rodney and Landcrafters Landscaping for any project!!
I consulted with Rodney last year and we discussed the project and he later returned with 3d images of the project and the projected expenses. Him and his crew came to complete the project and they did a marvelous job. Everything was completed as specified and we did have to add in a few other details for drainage so it was not a big issue. Rodney and his crew were courteous, on time, and great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to increase value to their home through landscaping, the addition of a patio or deck. Thank you Rodney and crew for doing an outstanding job on my driveway, entry way, patio, and deck.
Rodney listened to what we were looking for, drew up an awesome design, had great suggestions and kept us well informed leading up to and throughout the process. He and his crew were professional, responsible and respectful. The project was finished within the time frame they gave us and looked exactly like the design Rodney rendered. I’ve had Landcrafters at my home for two consecutive years for two interrelated landscape projects. I am totally pleased. From the estimate and proposal to the execution and final product- awesome. Rodney does a great job keeping you posted about the timeline and any variances in costs from the estimates. Very detail oriented from estimating the costs to doing the work. Great team he has working with him. 2 thumbs up.
What a great job Rodney and his team did with the landscaping around my house. Rodney was super to work with and had great ideas. I told him my vision and let him do the planning. His attention to details is superb. Great job!!! I love the results and couldn't have asked for better workers and service. So professional and hard working. I just have to say-these folks create incredible works of art! We desperately needed landscaping work in our backyard and were very thankful we found Landcrafters Landscaping. Not only do they provide a beautiful finished product, they are also very easy to work with. Communication was top notch from the start. No surprises and they stand behind their work. The end result is a beautiful, quality landscaped yard that will last for years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Landcrafters Landscaping cares about their work and customers. Rodney and his team are experienced, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Rodney went above and beyond to work with us every step of the way. We purchased a new construction in March and met with Rodney when there was still snow on the ground. He was able to quickly provide a detailed estimate with pictures of all the plants. Several months later when our builder caused a backup due to them not completing our rough grade on time, Landcrafters was willing to work with us to make sure we stayed in their busy schedule. They stayed on time and on budget. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. After working with several contractors in the area, Landcrafters is second to none in this aspect. Weather is always an obstacle for landscaping, which Rodney made clear to us from the start. Rodney was upfront with all the pricing and he always gave a lot of options whether it was rocks, plants, or type of grass seed. He followed up with care instructions and I know that if I ever need to reach out he will be more than willing to help.

There simply arent enough words to express how thrilled we are with our landscape project! From start to finish, Rodney was professional, conscientious and polite. He went above and beyond on numerous occasions and willingly undertook unplanned additions to the overall plan and made them work perfectly! His attention to detail and the pride in his work was unmatched. Ours was not an easy project, with a LOT of rock and LARGE boulder work and Rodney and his crew sailed through everything and showed up with smiles on their faces every day. Ours was one of, if not the last of Rodneys projects in the Fall of 2018 and it looked beautiful then, but we cannot wait for the snow to melt and to see everything come back to life in all its splendor in Spring. Landcrafters listened to the goals for our water-front landscaping, then designed a plan that both honored our wishes and reached beyond our dreams. Rodneys design blended seamlessly with our site elevations and natural surroundings. Our meandering walkway is flanked with over-sized boulders and perennial beds that lend a sophisticated, yet casual feel, to the overall project. Since we were unable to visit the site during the project, Rodney provided frequent email updates at the end of workdays. We stayed true to budget and, upon completion they left the site impeccable. Our start date was altered due to weather delays, however Rodney promptly informed us of the revised start date. At the end of the project, he provided a detailed maintenance plan for the new plantings and grass. The finished result truly exceeded our expectation and we would recommend Landcrafters for any landscape project.
Stay away from this company, they say they will show up and then they don t. Than when you contact them about missing the time frame that they told you, they say well we haven t gotten to you yet, we got more important things to do. So again, stay away from them if you want to have some kind of a time frame of a company showing up when they tell you there going to show up.
Couldnt be more pleased with our new patio and landscaping. They more than met our expectations, were flexible, easy to work with and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the project. The quality of their work and attention to detail was impressive and I appreciated their willingness to answer my many questions about ongoing maintenance. I hired landcrafters to do a project to do on my property on the Wisconsin river . My wife and I took of the week they promised us they would be there. There reason for being a week late. They had a bigger project that was more important than ours. No kidding. Next they ripped out the wire I had buried underground bringing power down to my dock. 10 minutes after they asked were the didnt want me to compact. No kidding. After the job was done and I got back to my cabin, I found out the drove over all the wooden skids they brought the rock on and buried them in my driveway. Bury the metal banding in the woods. No kidding. Then this year this spring walking my dogs I seen a skid on large stone that I paid for buried in my neighbors woods under a no trespassing sign. No kidding . Youve been warned
