We had Waukesha Lawn Service bury some downspouts for us this week. Anthony, Shane, and Mitch did an thorough job with high attention to detail. We got rain the same night which understandably washed out some of the reseeding they did but they came out to next day to correct it. They have earned a future repeat customer.

Great work. Turned all our flower beds from mulch to stone, re-edged, planted new flowers and new grass. Completely opened up and changed the front of our house! Tony, Mitch, and Shane did great work, especially in the hot weather! Definitely have my go to service picked out for the future for anything lawn service related!!
We could not be more pleased with the work that WLS did for us. Anthony came out and talked through the project and gave a very reasonable quote. Tony and his crew worked tirelessly to get our lawn back in to shape! We are also very grateful to Tony for his understanding during a family medical emergency. Above and Beyond! WLS resurrected my yard from a rock and stump pit into a nice, level lawn that my family will actually be able to enjoy. The owner is a great listener and we had nice discussions about the project before it started. He even came to check on the progress of a retaining wall that I was building on my own. The real MVP was Tony, who did all of the excavating and regrading. We need more motivated and thoughtful young people like him. He took the time to understand my needs and even helped my elder neighbors patch some holes in their lawn just out of kindness. I didn't feel like they were just trying to "get it over with" like with many contractors I've worked with before. I wish I had more work for them right now.
This is the first time I have had to outsource maintenance around my home and frankly, at my age, I am having trouble letting go of control! Fortunately, so far, Waukesha Lawn Service has made this process extremely easy for me. From my first contact requesting an estimate, to my last question, and there have been many, they have been responsive, timely and a pleasure to work with. So far I have had three services performed; Spring cleanup, first fertilizer application and first mowing of the season. In each and every case, the crew was professional, friendly and efficient. So far it has been money well spent.

Waukesha Lawn spent the day mulching our many flower beds .Tony & Mitchell did such amazing work! They started by edging the flower beds, they then installed my Preen and paid close attention to consistency and thickness! They cleaned all of the debris off of my walkways and driveway as well! We could not be any happier me!
We had multiple lawn services throughout the years and Waukesha Lawn Service is by far the best we ve had. Our lawn has never looked better. They do not upswell and they are very reasonable. Anthony is great to work with. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
I scheduled a visit for a quote 5 days ago. They called a few minutes before they were supposed to arrive to say I lived too far away. Google Maps says I live 20 miles away (22 minute drive). This sounds like bogus excuse to me. ***UPDATE: Anthony at WLS contacted me later in the day to apologize and went out of his way explain and correct the situation. He sent out a partner contractor who was at my house within the hour. I genuinely appreciate Waukesh Lawn Services commitment to making things right.
Had the pleasure of having Anthony place my sump pump lines and downspouts underground. I would highly recommend any job that Anthony is in charge of. I wouldn t hesitate a second to recommend Anthony and his team at Waukesha Lawn. It was my first summer in my new house this past year and I had a lot more work to do outside than I anticipated when I first bought the house. Most of the work I felt would be impossible or cost a fortune that I could never be able to afford. However, the quote at Waukesha Lawn was more than fair compared to other estimates that I received from other lawn services. In addition, the service itself is phenomenal. Anthony would be in constant communication on when his team was coming over or if he had any questions about how I precisely wanted something done. In addition, he was always a great sounding board who I trusted when I couldn t decide how I wanted something to be done on my lawn, always responding over text proactively. He was always open and honest with you, and I appreciated that because his main priority was making the customer happy and saving them money rather than trying to price-gauge you or convince you to get more work done. We look forward to Round 2 next spring when we have Anthony and Waukesha Lawn over again for (hopefully!) the finishing touches on our landscaping and lawn.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Anthony and his crew. Right from the start when Andy came out to quote the job I had a good feeling that WLS would take great care of me and my lawn. Anthony and I bounced around ideas for what my yard needed and came up with a great plan that would fit my budget. When his crew came out they were nothing but work and it was a hot one. The guys did a great job and explained what they did as well as cleaned up after themselves. Anthony said what I should see from the lawn and assured me he would be back to check on the progress as well as give the lawn a treatment. I could not have gotten a better service to take care of my lawn and Anthony and his crew are top notch guys to deal with. They have a customer for life!

After 3+ years of sitting, our back yard looked like something out of a scary movie. Im 55 and the weeds were taller than me. We hired Waukesha Lawn Service to remove all the weeds, level everything and lay down new grass seed. They were amazing. Got it done within a few days and even left their construction equipment overnight so that my 3 year old son could see it up close. Best decision we made. Were so happy with the result - Its so nice to have a back yard! Thank you Anthony & team!

I have been doing business with WLS for a year and could not be more pleased. Quality work - competitive prices - timeliness - outstanding communications - what more could you ask for? Anthony even called this week to suggest NOT mowing (due to recent drought). So while he is running a for profit business, hes not looking to wring every dime out of you for services not really required. That says integrity to me. I respect that. I have told Anthony that my business is his to lose - but I doubt that will happen. Five well earned stars!
