This is the second year we have used bryces services for fall cleanup. They do a great job, they have good communication, and they do the job quickly but well done. The team consisted of Katherine, Ryan, Alex, Hector, and Stephen.

Weve had some overgrown shrubs that weve wanted gone for some time. Stephen and his crew did a great job clearing everything out. Best money I ever spent. My yard is relatively small, but very steep in some areas. This year I tried out a few lawn cutting services and Bryce s takes the cake! They send out friendly and efficient crews to get the job done in less time than it could ever take me to cut this lawn. They pick up dog toys and lead leashes, and they put the downspouts back once they ve finished. They use weed wackers to keep areas trimmed up. I love this service. Anyone in this area looking for a good lawn service, you should call Bryce s because you won t be disappointed.

We are thrilled with every aspect of this company. Communication and professionalism were evident every step of the way. Stephen and his crew were here today edging our trees and putting down mulch, we had river rock put around our house. They edged the whole area put down weed barrier and what a difference. My husband can t stop looking at it. The team today was exceptional in the way they worked together and how respectful they were to us and our property. This is a top notch company. Bryce obviously knows how to hire great people and he must treat them very well. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. We will have them back in Spring for more landscaping work. 10/28/24 We had Ethan and team back today to do mulch and edging around the rest of our trees. They did an outstanding job. I couldn t figure out how to do a separate review of this second visit. Highly recommend Bryce s. 11-15-24 We had Ethan and his team back today to plant 3 sugar maple trees in our backyard. They edged them and mulched them. As always we are very happy with their work and Bryce s in general. They are extremely efficient and professional. More to come next year! I think we are done for 2024.

Alex and his team of 9 backpack blowers just completed our fall cleanup at Trillium Waters on Okauchee Lake. What an amazing job they did! Clearing relevant areas on 3 acres! Leaves are gone. Worth every penny! I would highly recommend Bryce s. Thank you Alex and team!

Attention to detail, timely and professional

We ve been using Bryces for several years and they re the best. No matter the task at hand, they are professional, on time, flexible and their attention to detail is second to none. The crew was just here for Fall Perennial Cut Back and Fall Clean-up. Once again they did a fantastic job - the planting beds are ready for winter and there isn t a leaf in sight. Hire Bryces if you re looking for lawn care, landscaping, fertilizing, regular maintenance etc.

Had my fall cleanup done by Bryce s lawn service. Once again, Alex s crew does a fantastic job. Cut back all my perennials, cleaned up all the leaves. Left the yard looking spic and span if that s possible on the lawn. Would highly recommend this company. If you need any kind of lawn care service you will not be disappointed with Bryce s.

The Bryces crew did an excellent job with our fall clean up. They cleared debris, weeded beds, created a border and laid mulch. The first one was very rude and only cared about selling services we did not need or want. The second one didn t bother replying to phone calls or emails. Then I called Bryce s! They were very nice and got me a quote right away! I received a window on when we could get on the schedule and they fit us in sooner than expected! They followed up right away and really seem to care about the customers which is very refreshing these days!! Service was great and they left a summary of the services since we were not home! Work was done within the estimated date. All aspects of the contract were performed in a thorough, professional manner. Old mulch and yard trash were removed. Areas to be treated with new mulch were reshaped and cleaned. A thick layer of very good quality mulch was applied. Work was done in one trip. Cleanup was excellent. The overall appearance of the yard after the work was done was even better than we expected. My wife and I are well pleased and do recommend Bryces Lawn Service.

On time did what no others where willing too thank you

I got my yard cleaned up Sunday, they came with a large crew and several trucks to clean up the house across the street. They blew the leaves to the ditch and the sucked/shredded them into the truck. 30 of my driveway was covered in leaves and leaf dust and my side of the ditch was as full after they finish. I just cleaned it out and know it wasn t before they started. They cleaned the road but left my drive and the other neighbors a mess. I went out and blew it back into the road and the crew was absolutely clueless as a huge cloud of leaf dust, debris and leaves went back into the road. Even a worker saying hi and it never clicked in. Why would you make that mess, clean up the road and ignore the neighbors yards????? I used them for weed control, but that was marginal work at best. Missing spots, racing through. After this I won t use them again.

Bryces Lawn Service did a very thorough job doing Fall maintenance on our property. They cut back shrubs and perennials, trimmed a boxwood shrub and disposed of the debris, leaving the yard looking great and winter-ready. I would recommend them and will use them again next season.

Moved to Bryces for weekly lawn cutting and to have them do fall cleanup. A good example of you get what you pay for, they do a real nice job weekly with the lawn cutting taking time to not ground out the blades or cause damaged by rushing. Happy with their services and will continue to use them next year.

This was my first time using Bryce s service. Was very pleased to see they mulched the fallen leaves rather than carting them away. Lawn and beds next to house were cleaned of all leaves and perennials that I had trimmed were removed. Other perennials were carefully cleaned but left for wildlife and winter interest. The crew was friendly and hardworking. Will plan on using Bryce s again in spring. P.s. compared to other larger lawn services, price was fantastic!!! 2022 fall: Changed review to 4 stars because price almost doubled. Still did great work

Cost prohibitive. Regular mild snow falls in 1 month could cost thousands of dollars for a single family home based on their pricing. Ill keep the service for the year as I dont have a choice but wouldnt recommend and wont use again. Large chunks of sod in my snow banks make me think spring will also show I have lawn damage to repair now.

Called for a quote for lawn care (fertilization) and was told it will take a week. I have no intention of waiting for something that other firms provide in 10 mins. However, the owner called me immediately to correct the misunderstanding and provided a quote.

In a time when companies are stretched thin and rarely respond in a timely manner, Bryce s was incredible to deal with. Awesome communication. We had Bryces come in and plant some arborvitaes for privacy in our backyard and they did a phenomenal job! The team that came was very professional and got the job done quickly. One of the trees was leaning a bit after it was planted and they came back and fixed it no problem. Great communication and they helped explain to us how to water the trees to help them grow.

After local deer decided to turn my backyard flower garden into their salad bar, i decided i wanted to convert the garden into lawn. I hired Bryces team to convert approximately 700 sq ft of garden into lawn. This also required raising the grade to match the existing lawn. Bryce came over to discuss the project and provide the estimate. He spent time with his team lead (Stephen) so that when the team arrived i didnt have to explain everything. Stephen was excellent to work with. He showed that the most important thing was that i was satisfied with the finished project. We talked through the project at the beginning and at critical steps through the process. Stephen and his team were a joy to work with. Stephen allowed me to ask questions and express concerns. They took great care of the other part of my lawn they needed to traverse to get to the backyard. Each day they did a great job cleaning up the job site. I highly recommend Bryces Lawn Service. BRYCE IS VERY OVERPRICED. He charges my neighbor $900 for a big job using 6 workers. He charges me $400 for a 2 person, removal of small bushes. He overpriced me for lawn apps, then I gave a review and he apologized profusely and gave me the appropriate price for my lawn, which is $65. Very unprofessional. His crew blew all the dirt and debris from my neighbors driveway and blew it all in the street, instead of sweeping it up. He gave my neighbor a 10% credit, but wouldnt give a senior discount

I used Bryces LS to have my lawn aerated and over seeded, they did a tremendous job! Very easy to inquire, get a quote and have them come out...It all was very quick and easy. I found them on google... I took a chance and glad I did. I will be using them again in the future.

We began using Bryces service this summer. We are very pleased with the results. Service is always prompt. The mulch they put down has stayed put and really changed the look of our property. Bryce goes above and beyond. I had many concerns before I employed him. He addressed it all and followed though throughout the winter season. The workers are clearly dedicated, they were in and out quickly and the job was substantially better than the plow service we previously had that took twice as long. Even came back at the end of the season to repair any damage that had happened due to naturally plowing (small mark on the lawn next to the driveway, placed dirt and grass seed?!?! Awesome)

I was looking for someone to do a spring clean up for my yard, trim some bushes and do a weekly mowing. I tried Home Advisor first and nobody ever contacted me. I Goggled lawn services and Bryce s Lawn Service popped up. Bryce s caught my attention because the website felt friendly and approachable and that customer service was a top priority for them. I emailed Bryce and he got back to me in a timely fashion. He sent someone out to look at my property (didn t have to be home) and within a day I had an estimate which was reasonable and affordable and that fit my budget. When the crew came to do my cleanup they were super efficient and friendly. They did a great job cleaning up my neglected yard. They paid close attention to not disturb any plants or flowers that had started coming up. What was truly impressive was their knowledge of wild flowers, ie Trillium, Mayapples and Jack in the pulpits and were careful not to disrupt them. When I thanked my crew, the woman thanked me for allowing her to work in my yard!!! Who does that??! Later on that week, the gentlemen who will be my regular lawn care keepers came out to mow my lawn. They trimmed all the edges and gave my lawn a neat and tidy trim. Both men introduced themselves and said if I ever need anything to let them know. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Bryce s Lawn Services. He does amazing work and is a man of integrity and hard work. He did some work fo us and the bricks started falling apart he contacted the place he got them and they gave him new ones. He came out and worked hard in the sun & heat to replace them. He didnt charge us anything because he wanted to make it right.

Our lawn needed some help after spending all summer on the baseball field. Bryce came over and did a walk through of the yard and provided a quote for some landscaping. Once approved, he scheduled a crew to come over. Kevin and his large crew were all so very professional and polite. They got the whole job done in a day and worked like a well oiled machine. The crew who came to do the work were very polite, they worked extremely hard, completed everything as outlined in the bid and cleaned up all worksite debris completely. Everyone was very friendly, polite and hard working. Phone calls were made to update on scheduling and the crew leader outlned everything to be done on the day of the job and asked if there were any questions before leaving. Very happy with everything!

We have been a customer since the fall of 2013. The crew that has been taking care of our lawn are courteous, carefully respecting our neighbors flower beds, and where they park their equipment so as to not interfere with traffic. Our lawn looks great and is cut each week on a schedule whenever possible, weather permitting. Sticks and debris are picked up and removed, sidewalk and driveway are blown clean as well as the road bordering our property. Our lawn is treated for weeds and fertilized on schedule. The fall cleanup of our flower beds and removal of leaves was tremendous this year (2019) especially since we had the snow storms in October that challenged our crew to complete the assignment. We highly recommend Bryces Lawn Service.

After many years of minimum maintenance, my yard needed a major clean up. I sought Bryces assistance and was not disappointed with his prompt response. We decided to trim or remove existing plants and shrubs, completely redoing the front garden area with new plants. The total yard area was edged and replaced with new mulch resulting in a very professional landscape appearance. Lastly a cosmetic tree missing in the front yard for years was finally replaced. Bryce s is a great company that delivers in their promises. We had a lot of overgrown buckthorn that needed to be removed from our property. The team came out and did a great job removing and grinding stumps. We then had 20 techny arborvitae planted on our lot line. The trees are beautiful, and installation was done perfectly. First experience with Bryce went well. We then called for him on two separate projects and he said he couldn t take them on plant seed around pool area -area that for damages putting the pool on. He also said he didn t do stone around pools and couldn t take on that project. I always thought that IS what landscapers do but apparently not in this case.

I have extensive gardens and hundreds of feet of rock walls that had not been weeded for 6 weeks. I didnt even mulch this year so everything was a mess. I hired Bryces Lawn Service for a one time weeding fee and then the weed management price per month option. They did such an amazing job. My yard looks beautiful. They were thorough and fast. I am so excited to have them taking care of my gardens for the rest of the summer. I would highly recommend this crew!!!

My mom hired this company for repairing her lawn after tree removal. Spent alot money she doesnt really have and the grass has not come in good at all. They started end of may, early june, and grass is spotty, weedy and alot of bare spots. She was told twice that it takes time to grow and any bare spots should come back next year. Wth is that bs! Never recommending Bryce ever and they better fix her grass soon or bbb will get involved.

This is our first year working with Bryce for lawn cutting. On one of our early cuttings one of the crew went out of his way and removed some branches from our patio w/o being asked. (I was going to eventually do it but he did). There were a few mistakes in the beginning but when we told Bryce the crew would come back the SAME DAY to correct it. Going forward our crew did a great job. We also had them mulch our entire yard..that crew also did a great job. The head of the crew was very personable and accommodating. We are glad we found this lawn care company and hope to continue working with them in the future! Jobs well done !!

We just purchased a new home which had been somewhat neglected. We hadn t even moved in yet, (and were still living out of state), but we put it in Bryce s hands. They came in and cut back the overgrown trees, trimmed shrubs, edged all the beds, mulched them, demo d an old trellis and removed a large planting box and hauled it all away, and seeded the area. Received a quote almost immediately. No hidden fees and fair pricing. Even though there service is more than what Im looking for, they were helpful and referred me to someone with my unique needs. Excellent customer service.

The customer service extremely poor. They misplace checks and are rude in their collection efforts. The next year I inquired about a pre-payment option so I can avoid their tight receivable turnaround and was told that is not an option. I am late on one payment (still a reasonable window as we were on vacation) and was told that I can no longer receive services without pre-paying due to my poor payment history. How insulting. I will be happy to find others who would appreciate my business and recommendations to others. While the owner did apologize via email, the treatment from the office staff is more than I care to deal with.

After our first full year with Bryces Lawn Service We are really happy with the quality, timeliness of service and most of all the results. We struggled for several years with other services and I decided to try a local company. Bryces has been fantastic. Our lawn was not in the best shape after one of the big name guys burned portions and just missed entire areas. They misdiagnosed an insect issue. When we asked Bryces to be our team they had us looking great in only one season. Even the insect areas are growing well. 2018 wasnt the best or wettest weather year but Bryces revived our lawn and kept growing well. Best service we have ever had and I would recommend them.

I had heard about Bryces Lawn Service from my son who recently purchased a home which was being serviced by Bryce for cutting and lawn care. My previous lawn service, or should I say, lack of service was first showing up very late April or May for their first application of pre-emergence crab grass and fertilizer. Only received excuses as to why they were so late which was continuing now for the past two years. I received a quote from Bryce which was competitive with my old lawn company and I went with them. I am so impressed with Bryces service. They were out to my house the next day and put down the needed applications to get my lawn caught up to where it should have been by this time of the year. Their technician was so thorough when applying the applications. My old service would breeze through the lawn missing weeds in their haste. Bryces would even hand spray in areas that could be missed by their normal sprayer. I have dead dandelions like I have never seen before. These people really care about how your lawn will look. Our lawn has never looked better! We were plagued with dandelions and crab grass and Bryces got it all under control. They are professional and very conscientious. We recently had some outside painting done and it also was the day that Bryces came for a weed application. Although they could have worked around the painters, they instead chose to come another day so as not to disturb the painting project. We live on a pond and Kevin is very conscientious when applying the fertilizer so as not to get too close to the water. He also noticed some dandelions growing under a group of evergreens and stopped his machine to manually spray under them. I would recommend Bryces to anyone who wants a conscientious lawn service and a great looking lawn!

This is our third season with Bryces Lawn Service and our lawn is like thick green carpet. I am mowing twice a week, I would highly recommend them.

We asked our neighbors about who they would recommend to do some landscape work and everyone we talked to indicated Bryces Lawn Service. We called and Bryce came out promptly. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a beautiful design to replace three beds that needed old overgrown bushes and foliage removed. He didnt mind my countless emails to understand the design and the plants. His team that did the work was super friendly and professional -- they really took time to listen to our questions and answer them. This past week, my husband thought some of the old bushes were growing in. I contacted Bryce and indicated what we thought and that the remainders should be removed. He came out promptly and emailed me that the remainders were actually weeds! BUT, he offered to come out once and weed complimentary! Talk about going above and beyond! I told him that was our job and we would handle it. This is a really great company to work with. We are continuing with more landscaping next spring, and this is who we will call.

Great Job, Friendly Team

I switched to Bryces to do my commercial lot plowing this winter. After their first month I have to give them a great rating. They showed up every time I believed they should, and did a great job. Their first bill was accurate to their quote and the times they were here.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I made an appointment in the fall to have someone come look at tearing out all the plants in my mulch beds and replace with a new landscape design. I took time off of work to make the appointment, because it worked best for Bryces. Unfortunately, they were a no call- no show... an awesome way for me to spend my day, waiting on a lawn service. So I emailed and expressed how unprofessional I thought that was. They said they would have someone out to meet me the next day. This time the guy showed up. We talked about what I wanted to do, and he gave some nice ideas. He said he would go back and work on some mock-ups, and would email me design over lays so I can see what he was thinking. Well, its February, and I still have not heard anything from this company. How incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was disappointed because I had heard such nice things about these guys, and how considerate and easy they were to work with.... Guess Im the exception. ****update**** After this review was posted I was contacted by Bryce. He apologized for the mistake and offered complimentary lawn care to make up for the error. He seems like a nice enough guy and his quote was reasonable.

I started using Bryce lawn service this summer and am very happy with the service. I have a difficult lot to mow and alot of hedging and every week they do a very thorough job. All of my questions are answered promptly by email and the price is fantastic. I should have hired them years ago.

I have a very difficult drive to plow, trees on both sides of the drive (not much room). I have had plowing done by other companies in the past and Bryces is by far the best service I have had yet, I plan on keeping them as a service next year as well

I live in Texas and my family and I are very satisfied with the outstanding services provided by Bryces Lawn Care Services. They are always timely and provide all requested services, even when the Wisconsin weather is not cooperating. Timely is especially important for homeowners living out of state, because my hometown, Oconomowoc requires sidewalks must be cleared of snow and ice within twenty-four hours of snow fall and lawns must be mowed on a regular basis to meet Oconomowocs appearance standards. I want all to know my Oconomowoc properties meet Oconomowocs standards. I have not received a fine from the City of Oconomowoc since I contracted with Bryce. No fines in the last three years. Yes, without hesitation, I can say: they meet their commitments to their clients.
