Worked with Paul & Terry Lawn Care for grading a large stone walkway and mulch bed installations. We also use them for routine lawn care. They have been very professional, timely, and responsive beyond what you can find elsewhere in the industry. They stand behind their work and if something didnt turn out as expected, they do what they can to make it right. You can trust them for your landscaping and lawn needs, big or small. We will continue to use them for future projects!

We were on a vacation and scheduled and paid the deposit for snow removal for both our driveway and our elderly parents driveway. Luckily our neighbors were keeping an eye on the house, and contacted us letting us know we wouldn t be able to get in when we got home as no snow removal had occurred. When we called, Colleen said it was in the system wrong. Our email registration, which she had instructed us to do when we had first called inquiring about their services, stated clearly and correctly that we needed 24-hour snow removal after the snowfall from Friday, 1/12 - so the only way it would have been entered into the system wrong is if someone on their end entered it wrong. We understand humans make mistakes, so we asked what PTS could do to remedy their mistake as we were coming home at 10:30pm that night and we still had 18 + of snow on our driveways and would not be able to get into the houses (again, with elderly parents and 3 young children in tow in -10F temperatures and -30F windchills). She would not offer any resolution, stated she could not move us up her list, didn t recommend any other companies that could help. We ended up contacting another company who was able to help us the very same day so our families could be safe. PTS s error impacted the safety of not one, but two families, and they offered no resolve. Can t speak to the services of PTS considering the work was never completed, but the lack of accountability and effort to make right what they screwed up was unlike anything we have dealt with before. Better yet, they still have not refunded us our deposit on the services that they never completed, and it s been over 2 weeks.

Called Paul Terry Services, they came out same day and cleared my property of the heavy snow fall. Looks great! I would recommend using their services. Thank you for your immediate response.

So how do u give a 6 star rating with a 5 star rating system. Seriously these guys are da bomb. So good in fact that if u look up service in the dictionary Paul, Colleen and their teams picture is there for all to see. Both Paul and Colleen are a dream to work with. The team they send is EXTREMELY respectful and attentive. Words like THANK YOU flow freely from their mouths. The work is top notch and if u need something special done it is always met with a smile and a sure, no problem. Mind u the work is with in the scope of the original quote but what I like is the on scene team leader can adapt plus has the experience to get it done. In summation I have used PTS many times and each time is equally enjoyable year after year. Hire them. U just cant find a better team. As a matter of fact if u want to chat about them for a job ask Colleen to give u my number. I am happy to tell u why they rock!

Very disappointed in them was told they would snow plow for me. When I called back to give my cc info. Was told they couldnt snow plow because I did not have their lawn service. I was considering trying their lawn service in the spring. But wont now.

I am not just happy with the service, I am OVER THE MOON! I had 2 areas of my property I lost control of years ago, and finally had to call in some professionals. Paul Terry Services came in and did in a couple hours what Id been trying to do for years, and the rates were very reasonable. They did an amazing job hauling out gravel from a collapsed patio and reshaping the lawn, then removed the stump of a weed tree growing too close to the foundation- Id cut it down numerous times but now its gone for good. I can enjoy the backyard again! Special thanks to Colleen for talking this noob through the process, too! I will be recommending them to everyone.

PTS did a fall clean-up and mulch installation for us. It was a total transformation of our property. They are very conscientious and pay attention to the details. The end result was a yard we are very proud of.

While the front desk customer service at Paul Terry Services seems very good, unfortunately, the teams did not follow through on my specific wishes both times I had them come to my property. So, ultimately, I was disappointed in their work, because it was not done the way I had asked it to be done. I did give them a second chance, and had the same experience the second time. Not the best choice for a picky gardener who cares about her yard.

Health and time restraints required help with the leaves and fall clean-up this year. They were prompt and thorough and reasonably priced.

Terrible service. Dont use this company. They said they would shovel our sidewalk, but each time it snowed they had an excuse as to why they never did anything. I was still charged $25.00!! Super rip off!! And now they even have the nerve to say they did their best!! Let me tell you, their best is what most would call extremely poor business practice. Dont use this company!!!

I called January 17th to get a quote for maintenance on a property in Waukesha based on a referral I had received. The woman at this company told me theyd get a quote to me soon, and after 10 days passed with no information, I called to inquire the status. The same woman answered told me I must have the wrong company and that they dont do quotes. How unreliable!

PTS has great customer service but questionable actual service There may be a group of plow happy strangers randomly doing bad snow removals in New Berlin. (Because PTS are now questioning if they even did the work?). There may be a PTS driver who is still lost in the snow, unable to communicate with the office (because PTS says they would talk to the driver about the work and get back to me.. im still waiting on that) PTS may change the website after you agree to service and they don t feel like following what the website says (website said they would plow within 24 hours- when it wasn t done and I called them on it they changed the website). A driveway full of snow may be too difficult for PTS to plow- they might mistake it for ice ( was told they may not have been able to plow do to ice- even though my driveway was clear before the snow) and if PTS does come out and cannot plow for real or make believe reasons, expect to pay $25 for nothing. And if you post or question anything about their service on social media, expect to get an email from them asking you (in a very happy, like they are your friend way) to take down the post. the first time they came it was great.. second time.. well don t say I didn t warn you.

Lesson learned --orginal message-- Very friendly on the phone, but they havent shown up to mow the yard. Rainy weather in forecasts but plenty of opportunity to mow over 1.5 week time frame and scheduled 2 weeks before that. Neighbors have mowed their lawns twice. I keep waiting since PTS phone response is always maybe today or tomorrow. I hindsight I should have mowed our yard myself, but now the lawn is too long and I had purchased a Groupon to use. Not sure what is going on.

I highly recommend Paul Terry Services, LLC for lawn care services. They are very friendly and do a great job. AND, they were the only service from 5 that I called who would do an emergency one-off mow. All the other services wanted long-term contracts only. So, if your long-term service is a no-show, like mine, or if your mower breaks down call Paul Terry Services!

Paul Terry Services removed a very large tree limb at a very reasonable price with speed, and efficiency. Very pleased with concern by everyone at the company for my misfortune. With the exception of a tree scar, one would not know I had the limb come down in my yard. They also helped save another crabapple tree that broke the fall of the 30 ft. Limb. Thanks for a great job. I highly recommend. Super guys.

Terrible company very rude

I needed a simple fence put up quickly before the ground froze for the winter. Paul got out to my house quickly, Colleen put a rush on Diggers Hotline, and the crew put up the fence just 4 days after my first call. It looks great. The guys were careful about our plants in the area as well as the overall aesthetic, carefully moving a bush and removing some overgrowth that would have pushed on the fence. Im so happy with their work Ill likely call them again in the spring to fence an even bigger area.

I would not recommend this service. Service was completed 2 weeks later than scheduled. No communication, had to continuously follow up with them. Needed garden edging redone, they cut the edges a foot away from original edge and did not remove the remaining grass or weeds in the beds. I had to redo all the work myself.
