Jerry and the LSI team created beautiful landscape features for our new home that stand out in a tasteful way. The work included steps, bluestone walks, foundation plantings, new lawn, flower beds and edging, and storm water control and filtration. They came highly recommended with experience from several similar projects. The workers were professional and respectful of our neighbors and careful not to damage existing site conditions. We had a great working relationship and discussed several options, budget, and timeline -- and LSI met our goals. Jerry returned with follow up visits, maintenance and care advice, and monitored the lawns progress to make sure we had a well-established lawn and completely finished project. The process that got us there was well thought out and we are very happy with the results.

They were very responsive to any questions and provided suggestions to make our landscape great. Working with LSI was a frustrating & disappointing experience. There was a reluctance to provide a written bid & quote, often receiving confusing & different information as to pricing, what work would be done and when. Communication was difficult; needing to leave several messages before receiving an answer. Unreliable with scheduling and completing work; decided not to complete the project without proper notice or explanation. What he charged us was paid promptly. By having to find another landscaper to finish the project, we found that not all work was completed as promised and was extremely overpriced.
