Best company out there for your lawn and landscaping needs. Most professional and helpful staff I have known.

We found them at the Home and Garden Show. They came out pretty quick and we received a quote the next day (my husband missed the email as it it went to spam or he accidently put in trash-so he replied a week later). In the meantime, I happened to look at the reviews and told my husband about theyre rating. He said not everyone is going to be happy, well get that wherever we go. Ok, so he replied to the email and got a response. He had a couple of questions and then crickets, calling/emailing for several weeks, nothing. I was excited because they said mid May to start. Well, now were looking elsewhere with a start date in August. In any case, sounds like we dodged a bullet.

These guys came to do some work. I had some unique challenges in my back yard that they worked with perfectly. I am very happy with everyone there who was involved in my project. It looks fantastic.

I drive by their office on a regular basis, so when I needed some landscape work done, I decided to call. I should have checked the reviews here first before wasting my time. Like others have said, their follow up is non-existent. I called them for a quote and Chris came out within a couple of days. We talked about the landscaping/grading project and he took measurements and was going to email me the quote so we could get on the schedule. One week went by and still no quote, so I called Chris and left a message. Another week went by and I called and got Chriss voicemail again, and since the first message didnt get replied I decided to go to the main voicemail. I left a message there, explaining that I had already left a message with Chris and didnt hear back, and was curious on the status of my quote. Once again I got no call, or email reply from them. To not even call or email is very unprofessional so I will be looking elsewhere.

Just almost got rammed off the road, they purposely used their company truck as a threat because my car stalled at a stop light. This kind of act represents how careless this company s employees are.

Very unorganized and unresponsive. They came out a month ago - still no quote and no returned phone calls. Ive left 4 voicemails (one each week) with no response. No acknowledgement of my phone calls at all. I keep calling and the receptionist says my only option is to leave a voicemail - doesnt seem to care when I mention that my calls are not being returned.

They never called me back.

I have used Badgerland Lawn & Landscape for a variety of projects. The results have never been less than phenomenal. John and his crews are perfectionists and give great attention to detail. When they finish a project the property is cleaner than when they started. I have used Badgerland in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Great service! I use them for my weekly lawn maintenenace and Patrick does an awesome job weekly! They Also do my mulch and trim my bushes twice a year. I couldnt be happier! John runs a tight ship. If you are looking for a great place for all your landscaping needs give them a call.

They completed our landscaping for our new home last year including sod installation. Great to work with and John was very responsive throughout the process.

Im writing this solely to warn others of this firms deceitful business practices and poor workmanship. I do not want or expect anything from Badgerland (a response or otherwise). I signed an agreement with Badgerland in early 2016 after working with them on a landscape design over the winter. At that time, I gave them an $8,000 deposit. After completing about 20% of the job, they (Mike) stopped showing up and started feeding me false updates and promises to come, month after month, rarely actually showing up. I have 5 months of texts with all correspondence. Because my yard was torn up (and Mike continually told me more work was just about to start), I had no choice but to wait. Beyond never actually completing the project, the entire job was poorly managed and poorly performed. They installed fence posts on my neighbors property, they misjudged the slope of my yard so a thicker more-expensive limestone stoop was needed, their bluestone walkway had stones popping up only a couple months after being partially installed, they showed me edger samples from 3 years ago that ended up being brown instead of grey when they actually arrived, etc. etc. It was a complete unorganized mess. I finally spoke with the owner (John) and even typed up a summary of the status of each item listed in our agreement. I did everything in my power to help them complete the work. John initially said he wanted to figure out a way to get the project squared away, but quickly became unresponsive (at one point I had sent John several unanswered texts and left 3 voice messages asking to discuss a real plan to actually complete the work). He eventually sent a text that said because I implied a substantial discount was due (completely untrue), I should proceed with my idea of finding another landscaper to complete their work instead. So, after some back and forth, I was forced to find a reputable landscaper to redo virtually all of Badgerlands work the following Spring (which was completed within a 2-month period). In essence, I wasted an entire Spring and Summer with Badgerland and paid them $8,000 for an uninstalled limestone stoop and to rip out a bunch of bushes. Summary of Complaints: 1. Badgerland only completed about 20% of the work, and then stopped showing up. After 5 months I was forced to find another landscaper (in October 2016 to start Spring 2017). The new landscaper completed the work in 2 months, redoing most of what Badgerland did. 2. Badgerland installed fence posts over our neighbors property line, which my new landscaper needed to remove. Badgerland was provided with our property survey, and I let the owner of Badgerland (John) know of the situation and never received a response. 3. Badgerland installed a bluestone walkway with very poor workmanship (the stones started popping up after only a couple months). The new landscaping firm had to rip out the entire concrete slab, purchase new bluestone, and start from scratch. 4. The overall management of the project was a mess, workmanship was poor, and communication was deceptive. The weather was flawless and the materials were all fairly standard (other than a custom stoop). Again, Im writing this review solely to help others avoid a painful situation with this firm. In retrospect, Im happy we were forced to move on to a different landscaper who had the workmanship and ethics I expected. I also now know why Badgerland never had any signage in our front yard for a 5 month period, while virtually every other landscaper prominently and proudly displays their companys sign when completing work. This is the worst company Ive ever worked with.

We had badgerland come in and suggest a solution for some drainage issues we had at our home. The were very adamant their solution would solve the issues. They actually made it worse, and then refused to respond to us or help us make the situation right. Eventually stopped responding to my (polite) calls and emails to help work things out.

We hired Badgerland to remove our old deck and install a paver patio. We were given many options, pictures and suggestions before making our final choice. Without exception, the crew was here early every day and worked hard all day long. They were FANTASTIC. They went the extra mile to make our patio the exceptional patio that it is. We were extremely happy with the end result and recommend their work. We have had many contractors do remodeling and updating work on our house and this experience, by far, was one of the best. Thank you Andy, Drew and crew for your hard work!

Ok work, horrible service. After only 9 month we had 3 trees, and 3 bushes all die. Called to have them replaced under the 1 year warranty, they came out to look at them and havent heard anything since, that was a month ago. Never again will I use or recommend Badgerland.

Approachable owner, knowledgeable staff, made me a priority and met me last minute to get me the shrubs and mulch I needed. Delivered that day. First year having them do snow removal as well, no damage, no issues and they stayed on top of it during storms. Thanks guys!
