Naturescape has been doing my lawn care for several years and they are always quick to respond to any concern I may have. They are quick to answer phone calls and also emails. No hassle and they always correct the problem.

I was a first time customer of Naturescape. They came out to do the first weed control application, however they only covered 80% of the yard. Their guarantee is that they ll come back out within 72 hours to apply more if you re not satisfied. I call and no one came out after a week. I then called again and they said that a manager would be calling me and they ll come out to reapply. A manager never called me and they failed again to come out after another week. I called to try to get a refund and they are telling me that they will not refund me fully since they already did an application. Their 72 hour reapplication guarantee means nothing

Not very reliable

They have failed to spray our 16000 square foot yard for mosquitos even after 5 calls. They have broken promises in effect lied to me. I ve used them for 4 years but no longer.

I used NatureScape for several years and then they continued to drop the ball so I gave up on them. I thought I would give them another try as I need my yard aerated and over-seeded. I paid them and never heard from them. I was away so a month after paying them I called and they finally put me on the schedule. I realize its hard to know where every yard line is so I made a point of putting out little flags to show the lot lines and reiterated it twice to the woman on the phone. They didnt show up when they said they would and then missed more than half my yard. Long story short, they never call back, they dont show up when they say they will and they only do half the job. Once again, very disappointed I choose NatureScape. Update: I received a call from NatureScape apologizing for their poor performance so I updated this from a 1 star to 2 star Update 2: The guy just showed up to do the part of the lawn he missed and had a total attitude with me, I guess because word got back to him I gave a poor rating. Then, since it has now rained a ton since he was here the first time, the machine totally tore up my yard. What an experience! Back to 1 star!

Dont use them. They aerated my lawn and tore the hell out of it, then didnt respond when I complained about it. Im going to have to do spend a lot of money now to repair it. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I have been a customer of Naturescape for a long time and I have always been extremely pleased with their products, treatments, and customer service. The office staff is wonderful--extremely knowledgeable, and they respond to questions in a timely manner. The staff is always respectful of my property and very thorough when applying the treatments. The mosquito control is a game changer! We live near a marsh with standing water, so without the treatments, we cant be outside in our yard in the summer or fall. After the mosquito control treatment, I rarely see a mosquito in our yard. Its magical stuff, and safe for kids and pets! In terms of fertilizer and lawn treatments, our yard was mostly weeds when we first started the treatments, but after a year of caring for it according to their advice, it is incredibly healthy, and essentially weed-free. Our neighbors noticed how well the treatments worked, and started treating their yards too! Win-win :) Overall, this is a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for lawn care and/or mosquito control.

We use them for our fertilizer, grub control and mosquito control. They are reasonably priced, responsive and the guys are professional with their applications. I have used all of their lawn and tree services for many years. The office staff is outstanding in my opinion. They are friendly and easy to work with. They listen to any concerns and are very responsive. Whenever I have had a concern, they have addressed it by scheduling additional visits or giving me a refund if the visit is not possible due to weather conditions. Naturescape is very reasonabley priced and provide either granular or liquid lawn applications, the customer s choice. I order their services for the coming year in December to take advantage of their discounted pricing.

Our family has been using NatureScape at two properties for nearly 10 years now. Recently added the second account this year. Our lawns have been weed free ever since and any trouble areas that might emerge are promptly addressed with a quick call and special visit to address. Mosquito spray works great and protects your dog.

We have a lot of creeping Charlie: in our yard, I showed Francisco our more troublesome spots and he put extra care into that area. He was very careful and thoughtful. A very nice and mannerly young man

Paid for summer mosquito treatments in advance and never saw a technician unless I called the office first. I do not recommend paying up front, I assume their business model is to address customers who they can collect payment from after service. I received my monthly service just six days apart at one point durung summer of 2019. Canceled service after receiving just one of four treatments by end of July in 2020.

Highly effective control of mosquitos in our yard. Always timely and quick to respond when we need extra attention. Very cost efficient compared to other mosquito services.

AFFORDABLE AND GREAT SERVICE. We started using Naturescape two years ago after our service kept raising their prices. Naturescape was much less expensive so we thought we would give them a try. We have been pleasantly surprised by their service. They do a great job keeping our lawn looking great. We also used their mosquito service a couple times before a party and found it to be very helpful in keeping them away.

I had the mosquito repellant done in my yard and I was able to enjoy my back yard mosquito free, it was wonderful! I highly recommend doing this in your yard if mosquitos are a problem. Great customer service.

I have used them for three years now. The mosquito spray is excellent. Better than any other product I have ever used. And they take the time to spray the entire lawn and all the trees and bushes. I can leave my door open all day with no worries. I live on a channel that connects to the chain and across the channel is a forest preserve so mosquitoes WERE a huge problem. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I can definitely say theres is top-notch. Very responsive, handle all the questions and concerns immediately,. And a very knowledgeable about their products. when the flood in 2017 hit, my entire yard was submerged and all my grass was destroyed. Under their advisement and fertilizer program my grass was lush and thriving faster than I thought possible. Highly recommend them.

I signed up for mosquito service in June and did not receive my first treatment until almost one month later. After the first treatment I still had mosquitoes so called for another spray. 1 week later and still am waiting for the treatment. At this rate I may not get to enjoy my backyard this summer due to mosquitos and lack of follow through. When I call to speak with a manager the note gets put in my file but no return call. Very unhappy with lack of follow through this far.

Nope. 4 treatments we had to call 5x to get our last 2 treatments. They just werent coming. Never got an explanation why it was such a problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Plenty of other options out there.

Naturescape has serviced our lawn reliably and consistently for several years. Almost no weeds in the whole yard and when there has been a weed and I called, they came right out and addressed it without any additional cost. In addition, the better quality grasses (kentucky and fescue) have pushed out the crabgrass, creating a nicer looking lawn.

I think they are great! We had so many weeds in our lawn it was all weed and slowly over time we now have a great lawn! We pay before the season starts and they come out- so simple! About a 1/4 of the price of other companies and they do a great job! I have always found the customer service to be good!

Hired this company to do a 5 step yearly fertilization. I have had nothing but problems with their service, and after their last treatment, my front yard is left burnt. They obviously have people that do not know how to use fertilizer. After repeated phone calls and emails, they still have not rectified the problem they caused and will not get back to me. Horrible customer service. Do not use this company.

Worst expierence ever ! Terrible service , Ive been calling and calling and no one has came to my house to address this problem -they burned my grass in my front & back yard ! PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE CALLING THIS COMPANY !.

Ordered aeration this spring. They stuck an aeration machine on my front yard. when they was removing the machine they made number of track holes no my and my neighbors lawn and did not fix it. Terrible service.

I have been using Naturescape for the last few years and I always prepay my account so I can save money with the discount. I have been very happy with their service and customer service is excellent. They always let you know what they apply on the lawn and are very prompt with their services. Very happy to have them.

I have definitely noticed a change in the mosquitoes by our house. We have had a really nice summer without those bugs. I had a thing happening at my house on a weekend and the mosquitoes were starting up again as it was time for another spray and they were coming the following Monday. I called and they went out of their way to spray on Friday instead and we had not one mosquito bugging people over the weekend. That is good customer service.

Signed up for the 5 treatment fertilization plan. Cancelled after the second application as my yard had developed dark green stripes due to improper application and inconsistent coverage. The final straw was the most recent application, where the technician thought it would be helpful to fertilize the driveway, sidewalks and garden. We used Naturescape for years but seems like their service has fallen off a cliff.
