Fantastic service! Responded quickly and started work immediately on a hot sunday and finished on monday around lunch! Removed shrubs, lava rock, white rock, replaced tubing for sump pump exhaust and added down spouts and dirt! Also removed a large concrete post deep in the ground.

Rafael was extremely responsive and quick to come out and coordinate a quote. He and his team then came out to complete the landscaping project and clean up a few days later and worked around anticipated rain in the forecast. Rafael and his crew did an amazing job on our yard!! They literally transformed it from a huge mess to a beautiful place. They edged, created stone borders, put in a stone pathway, aerated, took down the old vegetable garden and built a new one, trimmed the bushes, cut tree branches, reseeded patches in the lawn, and took out some old lilac bushes. We are beyond happy. Very highly recommend!!

Rafael and his guys are top-notch! They have done mulch beds for us, among other things, as we have requested. I would highly recommend them. Great service at a fair price. UPDATE They were good while it lasted, but they just stopped showing up. Rafael is unresponsive to calls and messages. If you are looking for someone reliable and consistent, maybe this is not the best choice. Also, after looking closer into the mulch they installed, it was a very thin layer that did not hold up for long.

Im very picky about my turf, hardscaping, and the landscaping at my property in Hawthorn Woods. I rarely post reviews but am on my computer minutes after Rafael and his amazing crew left. Rafael has an impressive vision and all around great personality. I hired Durans landscaping to remove quite a bit of topsoil from my mulch beds to lower the overall grade of the soil to make a better growing environment for my mature shrubs. This was alot of hard work and the crew jumped right on it and removed about 5 yards of material. They planted two very healthy Magnolia bushes and spade edged the entire property. Next was a dry well to drain off a troublesome area that joins into a lareg ornamental tall grass area. Rafael designed a very attractive river of stone with large washed river rock and bordered by larger aggregate. It looks unbelievable and now a focal part of my yard instead of just an ordinary dry well. Rafael then suggested some more plantings to finish the side of our home and he knocked it out of the park. Color, varierty, you name it the perennial selection was superb. He then went above and beyond and planted some amazing pink perennial flowers and filled a large planter on our patio with beautiful flowers. To top it off Rafael and his crew placed two ornamental Sandhill Crane statuaries and other ornamental pieces to the property that BEYOND impressed my wife and I. I have never enjoyed a landscape project, but Rafael took it from just ordinary to outstanding. Rafael said he included the Sandhill Crane statuaries because he wanted us to know that he appreciated the business and that he wanted us to loev the yard everytime we walk into it. I am beyond impressed with the work, the price, and Rafael is a true professional. Customer for life!

I was looking for a good landscaping guy for long time but whoever i meet used to just come in and ask me how would i like to get thing done. Where as this guy suggested me of what to do and what can be changed to make my house look good. He did a great work. I have shared one before and after picture. My house looks so clean and beautiful now. Rafael did a great job.

We had experience before that people come in do the work and don t care about customer service after they are paid. Rafael was very thorough with his work, him and his team gave 110% in making our yard look good again and with a reasonable price. He came back after few day without us calling him to make sure how my yard looks with new plants that were planted and gave me tips on how we should take care of them. Really good service overall!! Duran s landscaping supposed to mow my lawn last Wednesday, but Rafael Duran came knock on my door instead. He told me my lawn is too dry (because of the recent drought conditions ) it shouldn t be mowed or it ll leave marks on the lawn. Rafael and his team have done a phenomenal job with our landscaping. We did not know where to really start when we removed most of our landscaping in the front yard. It is clear that he is passionate about what he does and is invested in doing great work for his clients. Our front yard looks great! He was up front about what we needed to do to help our sod stay and also made sure he picked low maintenance plants for us that would return yearly along with some very nice looking bushes. They cleaned up the entire area and did it very efficiently. He even made suggestions to transplant some of our existing plants that worked out perfectly and helped improve the look of other areas of our yard. He did such a great job we had him come back and do some improvements with the backyard. His team is great. They leave nothing behind and get everything done so quickly. Rafael and his team went above and beyond my expectations! My yard was in need of some major work. The team did a great job cleaning out all of my beds in both the front and backyard. Removing the weeds and overgrowth. They did a great job trimming the bushes and trees. They even had to cut down a tree that was dead. The icing on the cake was they shaped the stump and Rafael came back with a nice planter full of flowers to help give the vacant spot some décor. Free of charge. Raphael and his guys were absolutely wonderful. We saw their truck/trailer at a neighbors and called them. They came over within 20 minutes and Raphael walked us through the yard and gave us a very reasonable quote on the things we were wanting done, even our gutters. Scheduled an appointment for fall cleanup and they were here right on time. They spent 2 hours or more mowing, raking, leaf blowing the gutters, in between the plants and trimmed our front bushes as well. Raphael showed us some of the plants we have (we moved in 2 months ago) and made suggestions about pruning and planting in the spring. Raphael and his crew are definitely on our speed dial. Rafael works with a wonderful team that is careful with existing landscaping and follows a careful plan of action before starting the job. Not a flower was broken while mulching and walkways were clean when finished. Hard to reach shrubs were nicely trimmed and beds edged. He knows the plantings and advises on treatment if needed.
