Would not recommend.

First, let me say that Four Seasons does GREAT work. For that I give them credit. I m very pleased with the outcome. However, if you use them, I advise you to ask the following question when receiving your estimate: Does this estimate include EVERYTHING we just discussed? Then go item by item and be CERTAIN that you make them list EVERYTHING you are expecting on that invoice. Case in point: Chris - really nice guy by the way, and made the heavens part to get my work done- met me at the property. We directly discussed the following: 1. Bring in soil to fill in low spots and redirect the water flow. 2. Add grass seed and cover with wheat straw. 3. Trim bushes at the front of the house (I actually did 4 of the 5 myself before they came out anyway as they were blocking the front walkway). 4. Add mulch in the area along the front of the house and in a new bed created when the soil was added. 5. Mow around the house on all four sides. 6. Clear brush from extended back yard (later deleted). And here s the important one: 7. Cut low hanging branches blocking the view of the house, and to allow more light to the new grass seed. Chris himself even added they would remove the branches that were hitting the roof and siding - something I hadn t even NOTICED, and I thanked him for seeing that. So far, so good. The estimate was received, and the quote with the clearing of the back area deleted was $2800. Now this is where my advice earlier to make sure each and every item you DISCUSSED is SPECIFICALLY included as a line item in that quote. I guess that was my bad, as, even though we had specifically discussed every one of the 7 items listed above in person, items 4 and 7- the adding of mulch and trimming of the trees - was not on the estimate. So, when the invoice was actually received, it was $3775! $975 - or 26% MORE THAN the estimate. This additional expense - as listed on the invoice was for: Tree work: $245 - limb up two tree - haul off cuttings Mulch / Pine Straw: $730 - install mulch in front beds and newly formed bed above the wall $595 - install pine straw around both trees $135 All except the pine straw was SPECIFICALLY DISCUSSED IN OUR ON-SITE MEETING. Now while the pine straw was definitely needed, and I have no problem at all with that $135, I believe the tree trimming and mulch SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE as part of the original estimate as they were SPECIFICALLY discussed. on site. And when this issue was brought to light, no compromise was even offered. This is where I recommend that EVERY SPECIFIC ITEM YOU DISCUSS APPEARS ON THAT ESTIMATE - and then Ask the question Is this everything you will be doing? That would have uncovered the need for the pine straw which should have been added. Expensive lesson learned. Hopefully on both sides.

Four Seasons Lawn Maintenance does an amazing job every trip. They always ask me what I would like help with and they just knock it out! grass cutting, weeding, ivy control, etc. Dont know what I would do without them!!

There are a ton of companies that will cut your grass. The reason I love using Four Seasons is because the level of care they take with my yard and attention to detail they give. I have watched the crew go out of their way to do the littlest of things to make my yard look even better - beyond the scope of a normal lawncare company.

Chris and his team are top notch. Out of all the vendors and contractors we have worked with, he actually answers his phone or gets back to you nearly immediately. He leads a great company and great team and we are happy to be associated with them.

Requested this company to come out and give an estimate on landscape design, installation, and maintenance. He was very quick, and didnt seem to want any details on the project. He didnt take any measurements, notes, or pics, as other landscapers did. He told me he would send me an estimate that night, but then just ghosted me, and never sent a quote. I sent messages to him, and he wouldnt respond. Grow up....if you arent interested in a job, then simply be an adult and tell your customer you arent interested, instead of wasting my time waiting on an estimate.

We hired this lawn service for a year. The men who did the service were very good workers and did their job well except they would blow the leaves against the fence, not picking them up, leaving them to blow back across the lawn. The real issue I had with this company is Chris. He never seems to show up when he says he will. He s unresponsive, unreliable, and undependable. I hope he treats his employees better than he treats his customers.

Chris and his team are amazing and kind people! Due to a family member being hospitalized, I reached out to Chris and asked if he would be willing to do a one time cut at their house to help us. He responded immediately and was more than willing to help out. His crew went to the house that same day and did an amazing job!

We had this company on two yards. At least 4 times between the two yards, they would just mow the front and not the back yard. The last time we brought it up, the owner made excuses about the grass growing fast but there was a clear line and even a circle where a riding mower had left a circle of overgrown grass, I guess when they just gave up on the yard and left. When my wife brought this up politely he predictably talked down to her and said he didn t like the way he was being talked to. You will be dealing with a child not an adult here. We cancelled.

My family recently moved to the area and quickly noticed that we would need help maintaining our grounds. After contacting another service provider and being disappointed with their lack of promptness, I found Four Seasons and left a message. Chris called back right away and made it out to our house within the hour. He was knowledgeable about the various vegetation, had great landscape improvement ideas, was straight forward and personable. He also shared how he started his business in the TENTH GRADE and that alone made us want to work with him! The same day we received our estimate and it was very reasonable. We look forward to working with Four Seasons and would encourage others to give them a call.

I hired this company to do my lawn. I could only budget to have it done one time a month and we did the maintenance ourselves. It started out fine but after awhile they stopped showing up. Then I d call and try to see when someone was scheduled. The call would result in someone coming to my house. I asked multiple times if I could just be on a regular schedule. No answer. Eventually they stopped answering my texts and calls. I finally got ahold of someone and was told they didn t have time to take small clients like us. In addition to the way things transpired, I asked for a quote on the same landscaping project at least 6 times and my question was ignored each time. Being ghosted and then told a company doesn t value the business you are giving them was definitely a terrible experience.

My lawn looks great. Daniel is great at his specialty. After being continuously frustrated by the local guys, we made the switch and couldnt be more pleased.
