GreenCare performed surgical work felling two trees without issue - including one tree that reached over 4 fence-lined properties. They offered the most competitive price and even squeezed me in a few days earlier than planned. Most importantly, every member of the company - from the person who did the initial quote, to the front desk staff, and the arborists themselves - were all helpful, respectful, and honestly a pleasure to talk to. They left such a tidy arrangement of logs I had asked for and no trace of the rest of the shredded branches. Without exaggeration, it was a rare customer experience. If I ever get jaded about the political/cultural/economic/etc climate, I may ask them to cut down a any old tree just to reexperience the peace of mind I got knowing that there are great people at great companies doing great work out there.

Our experience with Green Care was basically flawless. From the estimator to the booking process to the arrival and subsequent work needed. Most people dont know what a job like this should cost and until you get your estimates in you have know way of knowing. We found that some companies with maybe a stronger name profile were charging hundreds of dollars more for what we needed done. Green Care came in with the best quote and we took a chance that they would deliver and they did. Weve had arborists in the past tell us what they were going to do not what we wanted them to do. Green Cares arborist / trimmer worked with us at every tree we needed done. Results were amazing. Their cleanup was great, youd never know they had just spent five hours raining down branches and sawdust. When they left everything was as before, except the property had a fresh new haircut.

Our neighbours trees (sideyard) were so overgrown that they were encroaching on our homes siding and roof. They were also causing shared fence to bend due to the weight of the overgrowth. We contacted several arbourists for estimates and GreenCare was the most responsive with quick, courteous and professional advice. They came out promptly and quoted us a very competitve estimate! They pruned back three of the neighbours trees and we are so happy with the results. They provided fantastic results for the price! We sent out 4 - 5 inquiries for branch removal from our neighbours overhanging trees. Green Care Tree services was first to respond and sent someone out to do a quote very quickly. The guy who came to quote the job asked about our expectations, and was very knowledgeable answering the questions that I had. A couple days later, the team showed up, no nonsense, cleaned up the trees and removed some dead branches from within. We had 3 trees done in total - and now we get sun in our backyard again. The guys were quick with cutting and removal and even left 2 sticks for our dogs to play with when all was said and done.

GreenCare recently took down a sick tree which had several large branches hanging over my house. They did a great job taking the tree down quickly and without causing any damage to my house and yard. The process was very smooth and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes I received. The crew was friendly and got to work immediately when they arrived. A few small gripes: - My booking email and reminders said the crew would arrive at 9am, but they arrived at 7.45am. Better early than late, but I was not ready to meet them and would have liked to be informed. - When draining the bucket on their cherry picker a bunch of dirty-looking water poured into some potted plants. - While the tree debris was cleaned up well, I found 5 - 6 half-empty water bottles littered around the driveway, and behind the bbq. All in all it was a great experience, and I would use them again.

Salim and his team did an excellent job cutting down a very large maple wedged in between 2 large sheds and a fence. The tree was dissected section by section and brought down with so much precision that it was incredible to watch. Neither sheds nor the fence was ever touched. A big shout out to Ken and Dio who engineered and executed the plan to bring down the tree and to the ground crew Tyler, Luke and Clarence who left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend GreenCare Tree Services and will add that Salims quote came in 40% cheaper than that of his competitors.

Outstanding! I had a larger tree overhanging my neighbours swimming pool that we wanted removed. The crew were friendly and true professionals. The guy had all the proper safety gear, climbed the tree in a minute and carefully removed the branches one by one. Within an hour and a half the tree was gone and the work area cleaned up perfectly. Not a single twig landed in my neighbours yard. Very Impressed.

Really enjoyed my experience with GreenCare Tree Services. Salim with the quote (and being a young business owner) is fantastic to work with. They were thousands (yes, 000s) cheaper than the competition (there were a few others in their price range for the record as well). The actual work being done was great as well. I had Ken, Trev, Luke and Ty at the house in the rain and the cuts were not only fantastic but the clean up was as well. Given the cutting location (right over top of a garden) they still manage to only hurt one plant which was outstanding. The only negative I have towards the experience was some gaps in communication with the office. There was a few times I had to chase to get updates regarding scheduling days versus the rain. Admittedly, this season has been rough though which is why I kept this at 5 stars. Overall, do yourself a favor getting quotes and call GreenCare.

We had GreenCare come out and trim the tree in our backyard. Salim was great with the quoting experience and got us in fairly quickly due to a cancellation. The gentlemen that came to work in our backyard were professional and made the yard look like they were never there. We had a stack of branches from when we tried to trim it ourselves and they seem to have mysteriously disappeared thanks to the team :). I am super impressed by the service I ve received from GreenCare, both on the admin, dispatch side and the actual job done. I had an emergency, and the guys were dispatched within 2 hours to fix the issue. The guys are knowledgeable and they also know what is safe. My tree was dead and hollow due to animals built nest into it. There was no way to climb it and cut. The guys immediately figured out a new way of bringing down my 10 ft dead tree without damages to any property. Well done GreenCare. I did recommend to my other neighbours where we share a forest. Company owner was quick to respond only 1 of 2 companies to get back to me after 8 quote requests. On the day I was amazed at the skill and knowledge of the team , The removal was halted after the tree was felled due to the late hour in the day 6 pm the job was commenced at 4 pm, due to concern for the neighbours which was very considerate. Im sure others would of continued the job but it was decided to return the following day for clean up which was very thorough. Fully recommend this company for tree removal ......
