Used the Weedman for our lawn. Looks so much better. Definitely use them next year.

For years we had Weeman Muskoka look after our cottage. We have been in our home for 34 years and always seemed to have lawn isues. Last year we deceided to give Weedman Waterloo look after our home. WE COULD NOT BR MORE PLEASED!!!

It s a good experience, had lots of bad patches in backyard tried many things and finally I was about to give up, but Weedman fixed most of them now, would recommend the service from them

Looks like this is a theme already looking at some of the reviews - these guys will show up at your place unannounced and bill you. I inquired in which I said I ll get back to you (wanted to shop their competitor) and then randomly they just show up to do the work. Really unprofessional. Don t waste your time or $.

Spoke with them March 27th about getting a quote. Said they wouldnt be out until April and would call to book something. Its March 31st some guys just showed up unannounced and entered my property without permission. I obviously had some questions about the service I needed/wanted and didnt get that opportunity. Completely unprofessional.

Would not recommend.

This small family run office provides excellent services. I don t usually leave google reviews but I ve been using this company for the last couple of years and feel inclined to post this for anyone inquiring. My lawn has never looked better; complete 180 from when they first arrived. Would highly recommend.

Matt was phenomenal. Didnt try to oversell me on anything. Took his time, responded to all my emails in a timely fashion, and shared a wealth of knowledge on how to address my lawn issues. Top notch service!!!

Ive had really experience with Weedman this year!

I dont particularly care about my grass. But when youre surrounded by neighbours who are heavily invested in their own lawns, you feel like you need to try. Weed Man makes my grass look better than its ever looked, with no effort on my part!

Weed Man has always been super responsive when I contact their office and they have consistently done a good job with their services. I requested they always contact me before coming to aerate the lawn and they have always done so (unlike their competitors) so that I have a chance to mark some buried pet fence wire that needs to be avoided. Their web site makes it easy to see what services have been booked and what is available to add. The option to prepay for the following year at a discount has been a good value for me.

I have used Weedman in both Windsor and Kitchener and overall their services are good in kitchener. Except for weed management which is not what I had expected for the services, my lawn is improving. I think a couple more years and my lawn will look just as beautiful as it did in Windsor. Will continue to use the services as I am confident the results will pay off moving forward. Thank you

Weed Man are very good with weed control and pest control for lawn. Their fertilizer application is inadequate. I would give them 5 stars if they had one more application of fertilizer Positive

Seemed thorough at the beginning. Came mid summer to do an inspection of the grass. They stated there were no church bugs, but there were a lot of patches dying I tried reseeding myself, but nothing grew. I tried calling and texting them to ask questions about the dead grass patches and that and what the next process of the lawn care would take place, and they havent returned any of my messages. Pretty disappointed.

The service was a waste of money, it did not decrease the number of weeds in my lawn. I provided feedback in a survey which they followed up on providing excuses and pointing the blame at me for the lack of results because I didnt purchase their additional services. Why would I purchase additional services if I was not happy with the initial service.

Worse customer service ever!!, I called them twice and both time they hanged up on me while I was talking to them! They don t value the customers.

This review will speak to their service to date so far. From the first point of contact Weed Man has been very informative, prompt and take the time to explain everything. I cant speak to the quality of work just yet as it is still too early to tell but will be happy to update the review when time permits. I have been dealing with Matt and again have nothing but good things to say. The ability to manage and view invoices and services online is also a great feature. Look forward to the quality results.

I told them I dont want their service but they are relentless and dont take no for an answer. They continue to call me when I asked them to never call me back.

Sprayed my lawn and garden without permission. Children play there. If I see them again I will be calling the police and have their employees arrested for destruction of property
