The work was fine but I had to cancel them due to personal issues. I prepaid and ask for the remaining money to be refunded. They said they would be keeping 15% of what I asked to be refunded. I told them I couldnt believe they would try to keep part of my money after I willingly prepaid them before any work was even done. How is that fair. Eventually they did refund me all the money but trying to keep part of it was unacceptable and just bad business

Team turf fried out spots in my yard, tried to bill me for treatments that they didnt apply and when I called them out on there fraudulent service, they denied it(even though i have on tape) and they were horribly rude to my wife. Instead of admitting they just stopped showing up all together. Very poor service. Strongly suggest using anyone else.

We purchased our new home 4 years ago and the lawn was full of weeds and less than desirable. After using Team Turf over these past few years the transformation has been great. We receive compliments on the difference.

This is our second year with Team Turf. They have really turned our yard around. It was full of patchy, sickly grass and dandelions. The first year brought a lot of improvement. This year it is lush, green and beautiful! It takes patience and few bucks but it is finally the yard we had hoped for. Hi were back for year 3. We are now in our 4th year of service from Team Turf. When we first bought this property, the lawn was nothing short of a disaster, especially the back lawn. We went with Team Turf and by the end of our 1st year both back and front lawns were looking great. We continued using Team Turf over the past few years and the lawn has gotten better and better. Probably the nicest lawn in the neighborhood. Key thing to remember is, dont mow your lawn too short. Raise the mower deck and youll have a thick, lush lawn in no time.

We ve used Team Turf for years now. Service is always what I would expect. Special requests like having them call a day in advance is always done. Their fertilizer treatments and weed control give me the best results I could expect from diy or any other company.

When I meet the technician who services my yard, he always takes time to describe to me in detail what service he is going to do and why, always leaves the written description of what he has done as well as sends an e-mail with the description, but what is most important - my lawn is much better then it was prior to the TeamTurf services. This is why after using their services in 2021 I continue using them in 2022. Oh, the prices are very comparable (a bit lower) than TrueGreen, but TeamTurf is a local company, and Id rather support local busyness.

I have used team turfs lawn service since 2007, their prices are right on and their work is excellent. When I call to have mulch delivered they know me by name. I recommend them for your lawn service.

The staff at Team Turf takes the time to explain what they are doing and why. They also set expectations on the results you will see and tips you can do to help along the way (ie, take snow mold, proper mowing height). It takes time and patience but the past 2 1/2 years has had a great impact on the yard.

Don t do business with this company we paid 510.00 up front for four treatments they came for first treatment then when it was time for second they delayed coming out numerous times so we said ok . Just refund us the difference that was 3 treatments. They stoled 65.00 for cancellation and they were the one s that was not providing the service and always delaying .. so some advice don t pay up front they will steal your money .. just pay only when they do there POOR service !!

Very reasonable price for delivery of stones

I have three large dogs and was told I would get a call when they were going to be here, they just said in the morning. I was just letting my dogs out when I noticed that they had already sprayed. One dog got the application on her and I was by myself but I rinsed stuff off best I could . I recently had shoulder surgery and that was extremely difficult for me to do. I am not happy about no phone call when told I would receive one so I could make sure my dogs got out BEFORE application now I have to wait till it dries up to let them out!!! Not a happy fur momma!

I have had a great experience with team turf. I first worked with Chad 2 years ago when we were selling our last house. Our HOA was being a pain about poison ivy in a corner area of the lot. Chad came out and inspected and then went out of his way to communicate directly with the HOA for me to ensure they would be satisfied. Once I moved I decided to contact Chad about lawn care at the new property. He has been great about recommending treatment but not pressuring me. I am able to text him and get prompt responses and the level of personal care is really what led me to choose and continue to work with Team Turf. Overall great service provided and would definitely recommend

they did a really good job with quality and being careful with looking out for my dog,the only thing was they did not leave any sign or message to tell me what they had put on the lawn.i can understand about they health issues but I still would be nice to know exactly what had be done to lawn

Ive used them for 5 years and up until a few weeks ago was happy with the results. Three weeks ago they applied an application to my lawn. The following morning a well established, previously healthy weeping cherry tree was 75% brown. This tree was 15 years old and a part of our front landscape. I contacted TT to explain and they sent one of their crew out to look at the tree. In the mean time I had taken one of the branches to a local nursery where we had purchased the tree 15 years ago. They said the problem could be attributed to the application, given that the tree was so far along in the discoloration. It should be noted that the tree was completely green and in good condition the morning of the application. The TT person applied a fungicide to the tree saying he wasnt sure what it was but it couldnt hurt. I was told to water the tree for half an hour a day for a week and they hed be back to check on it. We did as instructed but the tree continued to whither. They came back and applied another application of fungicide, however this did nothing and by now the tree was all brown and the leaves were dry and crumbling. Another of the managers came out and while he said nothing that they put on the tree would have caused this they werent 100% sure. I received a call from the local manager (Mark) who was quite defensive about the matter, insisting there was nothing they applied that would have caused it and stating that I was looking for them to admit they were at fault. I explained that my issue was that I have a perfectly healthy tree one day and that the day following my lawn treatment its all but brown. This ended in me cancelling my service. I got a call from Chad within half an hour who said he was really upset that this happened and that he didnt want to lose my business. He apologized several times and said he would take care of it and that they would make it right. He also said that he would handle the matter from here on and that I wouldnt be dealing with Mark or anyone else. He was going to come out and look at the tree over a week ago, which he didnt and I had explained to him that the tree was coming down in a few days as it was an eyesore in front of our home. Having not heard back from him in over a week, I called three days ago and left a voicemail asking where things stood. We spoke this morning and essentially, he reversed his stance and said that Mark was now going to handle the problem again. Chad went on to say that in his experience nothing they put on the ;lawn would have caused my issue. He went on to talk about blight and different species of trees that are affected, etc.. He then said he was going to come and see the tree and that Mark wanted to come and see it and maybe meet with someone from the nursery to see if they could explain how they thought it was the lawn application. I told Chad that the tree had been removed and that clearly Im back to square one with no resolution. Its quite evident that no one at TT will acknowledge one bit of responsibility for the overnight demise of my tree and that in spite of saying he would make it right, Chad deferred back to the local office. This is no longer about the tree, as much as we hated to see it die. Its more of a matter of the way it was handled by management and even when promised it would be taken care of, they do a 180 and nothing is done. Im a small time customer with a small yard and they dont make much off of me. I suppose if I lived in a 300K house on 5 acres theyd be all over this. Oh well. Call me very dissatisfied and Id never recommend TT to anyone.
