Sean has been doing my yard for years! Today he took time to walk my yard with me and go over my concerns (bent grass) unfortunately there’s not an easy fix. But the application he’s applying will kill any crab grass we noticed. Started with Custom Landscapes doing my lawn in 1979. I changed once for a couple years to save money. Big mistake my lawn suffered and I wasn’t saving anything. Look forward to many more years of Maxim/Jordan Brook lawn care. Also one of Witeless Zones oldest customers. Brad has been caring for several of our lawns for many years. He is always pleasant professional and knowledgeable. I always have questions for him and he patiently answers anything I ask. I am thrilled with Jordan Brook and especially the care Brad takes with our lawn. I recommend JB anytime I’m asked about lawn care and tell everyone to ask for Brad!

I engaged them for this season. Way better than true green. If I'm satisfied at the end of the season, I might add my son's yard and nephew's yard next year. Increased to 5 stars as they are performing perfectly.

Jack and his crew made our lawn look amazing. After our fruitless efforts after years of trying, we finally decided on Jordan Briok. And we were glad we did. One season if their care and our lawn was healthy and thick.

In 2016 Jordan Brooks came to our house and trimmed shrubs and installed a Belgian block border around some of our beds. We found the workers to be pleasant, accommodating, and hard working. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. In May/June of 2017 we called to ask for an estimate for more work. No return phone call after repeated (weekly) calls from us. After one month they called us back and informed us that they would be busy for at least the next ten weeks. Waited until Fall of 2017 and finally got ahold of the supervisor who came out and said work would be better done in the Spring of 2018. We asked when we should call. She replied early March 2018. Call on March 2, 2018 and were informed they would not be open until 19 March. She emailed us and said she would call us and informed us she would come out to give us an estimate sometime after Easter. Appointment was set for Monday following Easter when it snowed 5 inches that morning. She called that morning and informed she couldn't come and give us the estimate because of snow. Fine. She said she would check her schedule the following day and give us a call and try to come out later that week (week of 2 April). Never heard back until today, 19 April. She tried to tell me that she thought my wife was going to call her back. Wrong! I told her we were not interested in doing business with them any longer. We feel we wasted an entire year trying to get them out to get some work done. Who runs a business like that? Our gripe with this company is that they are unprofessional. The receptionist can't tell you anything and invariably refers you to the supervisor who is very difficult if not impossible to reach. They don't return calls. What do I mean by "professional". Return calls when you say you will. Be honest and straightforward. Don't string customers along. If you're too busy or you have to give priority to contract customers, then say so.
