They do snow removal for the elderly couple I work for and they are horrible they are scammers you pay in advance to ensure that when it snows it will be taken care of but they don’t answer it’s Christmas Eve this are the things you signed up for this is so wrong they are high in scammers and if you are elderly don’t use them they will just take your money and never come do the service it not even that much snow but the way they drive way set up you can’t drive up this is terrible it’s

Lawn maintenance and weeding are stellar. I appreciate the guys being mindful of the pool. Recently team reseeded and raised soil level around pool deck. Looks great! Thank you!

I use Leone Outdoor services for snow plowing yard mowing and landscaping, like weeding and mulching. I am always satisfied by their work and attention to detail. And that’s it.

I had requested a bid for brick pavers and also for some repairs and the Owner was out in 2 days. He gave me a quote and ideas on how to fix the proplems I was having. I had the company do the job and I am very happy with the outcome The crew were very respectful and did a great job. The Owner came out and checked on the job and was very appreciative yo his employees which I thought was great!! When anyone comes over and ask about my pavers I tell them to call Leone and I know a few have them have already done so I will call them for any further jobs I need done!

This is a great company..the owner is very realistic in his prices and has great ideas to make your dreams come true...his workers are very friendly and does a great job...you wont be disappointed

Leone services always goes above and beyond for my lawn services needs. I always get a ton of compliments from my neighbors. I would recommend them to anyone. Greg is very professional and is very knowledgeable with any lawn care needs/wants. 10/10 services!

I am a repeat customer and up to this point, was very happy with works completed. So much so, that I've given several referrals. This year, service to my small court-yard was horrific at best, but I still sent payment and left a vm and finally an email (June 6th) expressing my dis-satisfaction & concerns. 1. Hydrangea's were not cut down as requested. Instead, the dead flowers were cut off 2. The Trimming of the Japanese Maple (JM): - Not trimmed "down", simply trimmed - Shaped uneven in spots - Lacks symmetry - One side extends 2 &1/2 from trunk - Other side extends 4 ft. from trunk 3. Mulch - Some Hosta's were covered; a couple were trampled down - Some Pachysandra was covered - Debris from JM trimming left in Hydrangea bed To add insult to injury, to date (June 20th) I've not received "any response" (phone or email) to my concerns. So, I paid someone else to complete part of what I requested. I can only say I hope the $250, losing a customer, and the "word of mouth" to follow was worth it. I'm giving one star because I can't post without it. CYM

I moved to Waterford in January and have been using Leone Outdoor Services since to maintain my lawn. They do an amazing job!!! I just hired them for my fall cleanup and will probably have them do my snow removal as well! Definitely give them a call!
