Birmingham Lawn Maintenance in Waterford Twp

I requested a quote. They told me they aren't accepting new customers. I admire their integrity in turning me away, rather than not showing up or doing a bad job, but they should inform their referrals that they aren't accepting new business.

I have never used their services but every time my kids and I ride bikes by them on the rd they turn their blades off. They are the only company I've ever seen that does this. Every other company will just spray grass at your toddlers, it's unreal. If I ever need my grass done I will definitely use them.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Birmingham Lawn. After meeting with Joe and receiving a quote for topsoil, seed, and mulch, I confirmed my interest. Over the next few weeks, I approved the quote, expanded the scope of work, sent detailed pictures for better assessment, received an updated quote that was too high, negotiated a revised quote, and finally confirmed agreement to proceed. Despite all this, Joe informed me today, after close to two weeks, that they could not fit the job in after all the discussions and planning. This back-and-forth over nearly three weeks has been incredibly frustrating. Initially, Joe seemed professional and committed, but the sudden cancellation after extensive coordination is unacceptable. The company's lack of reliability and professionalism has caused significant inconvenience and wasted time. Additionally, the high prices quoted do not reflect competitive market rates or justify admission to the "club." Customer reviews on their website praise the reliability and quality of their services, yet my experience suggests that new customers are not as important or valued as their existing ones. This experience also contradicts their advertised commitment to excellent customer service. I would not recommend Birmingham Lawn based on this experience and urge new customers to be cautious when considering their services. Update: Joe called this morning after the review was posted yesterday and offered to come out tomorrow to perform the work. However, I had already shifted to another equally skilled competitive company after receiving the cancellation via email from Joe yesterday. Adam, the owner, also called, but by then the opportunity and the patience had already passed. I appreciate their effort to correct the situation, but it shouldn’t take a Google review to prompt corrective action. As a courtesy, one which they did not afford to a new customer, I have added this update to my review to acknowledge their attempt.

Manual and his crew have been cutting our lawn and picking up our leaves for 25 years. They are reliable efficient and trustworthy. We are pleased to have them. Charlie Dare

Emmanuel and his crew did such an amazing job every single week! Always pleasant and right on time! Appreciate that great job they did on my lawn! We will definitely be using them in the spring !

We always look forward to Manuel and his crew coming to the house for lawn maintenance. They are on time , professional, they do great work and always go the extra mile around the house. For example, They brought trash cans up to the door from the road while we were gone and they take special care when operating around new grasses . They leave the house clear of clippings and debris. The crew is wonderful to have around the house .

My Birmingham Lawn crew are the GREATEST! They are always on time and extremely professional and courteous. We’ve been using them for years and years. Would highly recommend.

Really Unfortunate Circumstances.... We hired Birmingham Lawn for weekly maintenance, sprinkler service and seasonal cleanup. In general, they did a great job, until they did not perform spring clean up (which I can verify based on Ring Cam camera activity from our 3 cameras). When I brought this up to them, the manager got angry with me and dumped me as a client. Really unfortunate that their mistake is now my problem. So much for business integrity and customer service. I miss 2019.
