I had an excellent experience with Chris & Keith this afternoon--from the response time to the customer service I received. They were able to come out to my house same day and plow my driveway, including the walkway leading to the front door. Chris was very knowledgeable and even took the time to explain everything before getting started. He quoted a fair price & I was able to process payment immediately. Once started, they were done in no time. I will definitely use Baypointe Lawn & Snowplowing again in the future!

I had contacted 2 services prior to Baypointe being recommended to me. One was a no show and one cut my front yard and then never heard from them again. Although I wasn t on his normal rotation, after an opening in his schedule he came right over and took care of my leaf clean up. He and his crew did a great job and my lawn looked perfect after. Like so many others have said, owner Chris is also a super kind and friendly guy.

Chris and the whole Baypointe team are the best in the business and couldnt recommend them more highly. Weve used their team for the last few years for lawn cutting, spring and fall clean up. The lawn always looks perfect, stripes up nicely after cutting. For the spring and fall clean up, they come up a few times and keep the yard looking clean of leaves. They are always on time, responsive over text and call. Definitely go with Baypointe for all your yard needs.

Chris was amazing! I was cutting my lawn and struggling pretty badly with my mower dying. I have been attempting to cut my lawn for a few hours. Chris was cutting my neighbors lawn and saw me struggling for a while and he came over and he zipped through my yard quickly to help me out. I am so thankful and grateful for what he did! We have used the Baypoint team for the last 2 years with great satisfaction. From Summer lawn care to Fall leaf cleanup to Winter snowplowing Baypoint has done it all. They are trustworthy, timely, & respond quickly when questions arise or schedules need to change. Their website makes payment a breeze too. I have respected their integrity in servicing our home even when vacant for a few months by promptly notifying us if they elected to not mow due to drought conditions.

Hired them for a quick leaf cleanup in our yard and they did a great job. We were able to get it scheduled next day and the yard looks great. Would recommend and will use again.

The ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE ! So RESPONSIVE to SENIOR CITIZENS that get plowed in and desperately need HELP ! Rapid resonse, so friendly and polite. I was DESPERATE to get out of my drive-way 3 days after a snowstorm when my ASSOCIATION FEES we pay monthly would not offer us their help. I called Baypointe and WITHIN 10 MINUTES HE ARRIVED and did a wonderful job. I need to keep the apron to my drive-way clear for Fire Department/911 calls my husband has needed to call 3 times in the last year. Chris has done a wonderful job cutting my lawn. When I first moved in it was more dirt and weeds than grass but with his advice it was one of the best lawns in the neighborhood by the end of summer. Chris is timely, honest, and does great work. I strongly recommend his services.

I don t know anyone who enjoys doing a fall clean-up. My wife and I finally decided to try a lawn service this year and boy am I glad we did! The guys at Baypointe Lawn were perfect! I got Chris to start mowing my lawn last year after a recommendation from a neighbor. I had issues with lawn mowing services cutting the grass too short and hitting sprinkler heads. I asked Chris to cut at 3 and he was great! He did exactly what I asked and couldn t have been more friendly. This is the kind of lawn service that I can really appreciate. It s hard finding good help and I m really happy with Chris at Baypointe! I would highly recommend his services if you love your lawn and want it cut timely and with care!

Called for a quick plow of my driveway. I was out of town during the last snow and it was too heavy for me to shovel. They came out within 15-20 minutes of my call, did a great job, very reasonably price . Will definitely use their services again.

I have been using Chris lawn service for years. He does a fantastic job. If he notices something wrong in my yard, hes quick to say things like, That area of your grass is dying. You might want to water it more or put down some fertilizer. If he sees weeds popping through, he always gives me a heads up so I can treat the problem before it gets out of hand. Hes prompt, reliable and fairly priced. He also works around YOUR schedule. If you want weekly cuts or bi-weekly, hell happily oblige. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a yard service.

They come out every year and do our fall cleanups and do an amazing job. We also have them occasionally plow for us in the winter during/after big storms

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was the best experience Ive ever had with a service company. From the time I placed the initial call to the time my drive was plowed, everything was perfect. I havent been able to park in my driveway due to the amount of snow and ice so I finally broke down and called someone to plow it. My driveway was a mess. I didnt think anyone would do it and if they would it would cost me 200+. No one wanted to touch my driveway, but the nice guys at Baypointe Lawn and Snowplowing came out and within 20 mins I was able to pull into my driveway without the fear of getting stuck. I cant even begin to tell you how happy I am with the job he did. And the price was VERY VERY reasonable. I will be using this company to do my lawn (if we ever get a spring) and my snow plowing next year. With them, I will never have to worry about getting stuck again. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I am so grateful for you coming out today.

Called these guys up to come do a clean up at my house and they did a great job! Chris was extremely nice and explaining of everything that they were going to do and I got exactly what he said I would and my yard looks great because of it. Ive also signed up to have them cut my grass for the rest of the year and do a fall clean up for me. Much better than any other random company that shows up at my door.

Chris at Baypoint did a horrible job on my lawn. My tractor died and I called Chris at first he appeared to be very responsible and reliable. However I told him that my lawn was about 7 inches and he didnt use a mulching mower which left many piles of dead grass on my lawn and he missed many parts of my lawn. Worst experience in the world when it comes to a lawn service. DONT USE THIS SERVICE
