Tim Willumsen and his team consistently provide excellent grounds maintenance service to our community. Their attention to detail and pride in their work is clearly evident each week when theyve completed their lawn cutting, edging and trimming. Thanks Tim and team!!

The project was handled very professionally. Result is fantastic. The crew including Kent, Cole and Graeme were excellent - friendly and informative. They did a terrific job and would have them back any time.

This company sucks. They are blowing leaves and cutting grass just after 7:30AM. like why are you running those loud machines so early? One person literally left a mower running next to a unit with their window open and walked away. They cut the grass in my condo and never pick up the grass. Leading to my dog tracking in twice more grass and dirt because these guys dont care. My partner works nights and gets home at 7am TO SLEEP. Wth... What is this.

The female crew lead working at 80 Marksam road on Thursday afternoon, blocked all 4 lanes on speedvale and Marksam with her pick up truck/leaf vac and trailer as she was trying to turn left onto Speedvale. If the gap isn t there don t try to merge, it was an incredibly dangerous and unnecessary move. She then started screaming/swearing out of her window at a car who was waiting to make a left turn onto Marksam. Gelderman trucks are extremely visible on the roads, it wasn t a good look. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she almost made a lot of peoples days worse with her actions.

Gelderman Landscaping Services, has been supporting our new L3 Harris (Wescam) location in Waterdown for the past 3 years. We have developed a strong working relationship in maintaining this property. We had previously partnered with the Highway of Heroes tree campaign, to create a living tree memorial on the property. Geldermans team of Jason, Darren, Kurt, Seth and Cory just completed the finishing touches by installing concrete pads with benches that were donated by our employees to enjoy for years to come. May 23, 2024 - We had a piping failure in a rock water feature and the piping had to be replace. A quick response from Gelderman and a creative and innovative solution to fix the problem. Thanks to Phil, Greg and Cole who did a great job! May 6, 2024 - Another successful Gelderman job. Planting 3 new Blue Spruce Trees, 5 new dogwoods and repairing some interlocking. This past summer we had both our front and back yards redesigned and landscaped. From the design to the build, the Gelderman crew was professional, punctual, flexible and polite. Chris was great during the design process by listening to our needs and adapting to changes we made. Justin and his crew were amazing. They showed up daily, worked hard and always left the site tidy. I just wanted to quickly write a review and thank you. I am not currently a Gelderman customer, but I will be when I require your services. The purpose of my review is to THANK YOU for sharing the road with cyclists. Last night, I was passed by not 1, not 2, but 3 of your trucks. Each of them moved over, gave plenty of room and shared the road. The last truck even waited until they made it to the top of the hill before passing so that they could see if there was any oncoming cars. This is uncommon for landscaping companies. I have experienced many close calls - specifically with landscaping companies in the area. Thank you Gelderman - Super impressed. - I even caught all 3 passes on my front and read cycling cameras.

Gelderman does it again! After our massive backyard renovations last year we had a couple of plants that did not love their locations due to sun and heat exposure. Gelderman came right in, assessed and without hesitation our project manager Dave said, We got you. The work was completed today and were thrilled to be able to watch our gardens grow again this year. Tristan, Kay and Calan came in and knocked it out. They were courteous, educational, efficient and most impressively clean for such a dirty job. Always protecting the hardscape, after they left youd swear no one was in the yard let alone planting 30+ new trees, shrubs and perennials. If youre thinking of giving Gelderman a call, DO IT! You will not regret it!

From the start, we began with winter operations and we were pleased with the professional approach to managing the site. The Gelderman Team listened carefully as we detailed the site expectations for the pending winter and their Team made every effort to insure safe and timely snow clearing was completed and documented with digital images, timelines and descriptions of all work performed and recommendations on snow removal.

I live in the 141 woodside buildings and the landscapers came and did an amazing job, there was a young man named hudson who was a great help, he weeded in-between my patio stones which was awesome because I was tired of looking at the weeds and it only took him seconds! So I had to come out and thank him for putting effort into the small details :)

Gelderman provided excellent service with stripping, installing topsoil and laying down sod in our backyard. Chris and Milena answered all our questions and provided a quote back in October 2022. We booked the job for mid-May 2023. Phil took care of all the details and even worked directly with another company that installed our deck. If I could rate less than one star, I would. This company used to be known for their quality standards, and my interaction with them started off with high hopes, and ended with utter disbelief and disappointment. The company changed hands sometime ago and since fired all of their valuable and equipped employees to drop the wage and essentially cut costs, and it shows in their work as well as their employees. Huge disappointment would not recommend and highly unprofessional as far as how they run their business. They might make more money now, but at what cost ? quality is above quantity for me. Find a business who actually cares about you as a client

Gelderman Landscape Services are our Landscape providers and Winter and Summer maintenance providers. We are a 93 unit townhouse complex in south Burlington and we are currently over hauling all of our landscaping, to deliver a sustainable, drought tolerant and pollinater environment . This season, Gelderman did additional landscaping at our complex including planting of additional plants, trees and installing new pathways, steps and creating soil retention barriers with anchor stone. All of the work was done quickly, professionally and in a tidy manner. The crew lead by John B. was Darren, Scott, Kent and Dan. We recently had our front, side and backyard landscaped by Gelderman including driveway, patios, soft scape, sod and irrigation. Throughout the process Gelderman staff were extremely professional, competent, and customer focused. The process started with a team led by Meaghan who record detailed measurements of the house and property and took grade elevations in advance of the design. Soon after we were presented with a beautiful detailed design done by Chris which balanced thoughtful plant selection and subtle delineation of separate seating/living areas with different paving stone sizes and patterns. Chris then met with us to finalize the plant selection according to our preferences and provided an updated design and proposal broken down into areas and elements in case we wanted to proceed in phases. Following the design and proposal, I obtained quotes from a number of other landscape contractors but chose to go with Gelderman because we felt that they could best implement the design. Dave acted as the foreman for the project and was a pleasure to deal with. He kept us informed throughout the work stages and was very responsive to any questions that we raised. Our hard scape crew with Sean, Jay and Justin handled the stripping of sod and topsoil, pouring reinforced concrete bases for our shed and raised staircase, and prepping and laying paving stones in four different areas. We were impressed with their diverse skill sets and craftsmanship. Over the three weeks that they worked on site, they never left the without cleaning up and securing the site. The soft scape crew with Tristan, Kay and Armenio prepped the garden beds, planted the trees, shrubs and flowers and gave us great advice on how to maintain it in the future. We also dealt with Milena who was always pleasant and very responsive to our calls. Overall, we found Gelderman s process from start to finish to be stress free as they were very communicative and accommodating. We love the finished product and are receiving many compliments from people that drive or walk by. We are very pleased that we selected Gelderman and would highly recommend them.

Impossible to get hold of their office

This is our second project with Gelderman Landscape services. Our project involved the demolition and restructuring our front entrance way. Jon, Rene and Darren were on hand each day to complete the job and available to answer any questions we might have. Clean up was done at the end of each day which was appreciated as we did not want to negatively impact our neighbours. What I appreciated most about these gentlemen was their ability to work as a team with great communication and what appeared to be genuine friendships. Well done guys.

This project was our third project with GLS and again, we couldn t be happier with their professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Our project included removal of the existing steps/pavers/landings from our front driveway to the secondary steps/landings (which remain in place) that lead up to our front door; complete re-excavation of the area; installation of a solid concrete base; and installation of new pavers and risers. After initial consultations and scheduling with Chris about the work to be done, GLS professional crew (Jon, Rene and Darrin) not only started the project on time, but also completed the job earlier than expected. You could easily tell the team worked well together, they took great pride in their work, and were very friendly and courteous. In addition, team members were quite open and adaptive to accommodating modifications as the project unfolded. There was minimal disruption for us and our neighbours, and the crew cleaned up at the end of each day. We are very happy with the end product, including the quality and selection of stone materials to complement the existing stonework leading up to the front door. Visitors have been highly complementary and impressed with the overall appearance of our new front entranceway. (And a shout out to both Milena and Phil for their management, back office and communication support for the on-site team.) Our condo condominium corporation is in the third year of a five-year contract with Gelderman. At budget time it is comforting to know that we dont need to look for contractors. We know that we are in for another year of excellent service at the right price. I can honestly say that our summer and winter services contract with GLS is probably the best investment we have made during my 20 years on our Board. Performance is first class and their management and work crews are knowledgeable, very capable, friendly and accommodating. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaping contractor.

We had Gelderman replace our rear deck - the old one was starting to lean and some of the boards were beginning to rot. Gelderman designed and build the replacement. Have to say we were very impressed with the entire process - that included their design proposal, demolition of the old deck, and construction of the replacement. Probably worth noting that there was also a large dead tree in the yard that they removed. We were pleasantly surprised when they managed to remove the tree and demolish the rear deck and load all that into a dumpster in one day. And construction of the new deck (and replacement of one section of fencing) didnt take very long either. Gelderman also widened our driveway - its composes of paving slabs so they added another row on one side - that had to be done because the old driveway was too narrow to park two cars. While I was impressed with the entire crew I do want to make special mention of Dave Blankestjin (the site supervisor), Tristan (sp?) who was involved in the demolition, wiring the lights, and replacing sod where necessary, and Jamie the carpenter (who not only did an excellent job on the deck but did so in a surprisingly short time. And Id be remiss if I didnt comment on their office staff. The billing function went smoothly - have to compliment Milena for keeping on top of that.

They are awful. When first brought on they were amazing the workers were awesome and now the employees they have are just plain awful.

We are a private school in Oakville and it is important to have all snow removed and areas salted before students start arriving. Gelderman has been amazing. Better than any landscaping co. we have used in the past. They also send reports on weather and what they have done along with pictures. Very professional.

This company clears the snow at our condo complex. Well, they are supposed to do so. They pile the snow in the corner parking spaces instead of clearing it, so residents who own the corner spots are unable to use them and have to park further away in visitor spots. When residents complain the company makes excuses. There was a lot of snow. Terrible company. Terrible service. Update: Bad service and then making excuses for it. Wow. 6 inches in 12 hours. What about all the other times?!? There is plenty of space to pile the snow without impeding parking spots.

Our team of Kevin, Alex, Steve, Chris & Jacob did an awesome job this morning on our spring cleanup! Our property is all trimmed up, edged and tidied and looks great.

We hired Gelderman Landscape for an extensive backyard project in 2019. Our main contact was with Chris Mace, the VP of Landscape Construction and Design. It was the way Chris had treated us as potential clients, that sold us on working with Geldermans. As this was our first landscaping project, Chris walked us through each step of the way and helped us to prioritize our wants so that we could stay within our budget. That was not an easy task, as we had many wants. We were also putting in a pool, and Chris was instrumental in working with the pool company (Pool Doctors, Burlington) so that there was absolute coordination and the project was completed without any issues or hiccups. Chris and his team created a beautiful design and we could not be happier with the result. The project involved installing pavers, composite deck, pool coping and wall, granite countertop, partial fence, gas line, electrical, sod, gardens and trees. The landscaping crew were professional, respectful of both our property and that of our neighbours, and completed the work with artistry and craftsmanship. Over the past few years, whenever we had a question about a tree, the pavers, or maintenance of our property, Chris was quick to respond and provided outstanding after-project service. I am a firm believer in passing on congratulations and praise when deserved. Therefore, I am sending you my comments today. I have lived in Beechwood Villas for 8.5 years and have been a Board Member for our Condo responsible for Landscaping and Snow Removal for the past 6 or so years. We have used Gelderman for both our landscaping and snow removal needs. Today we had two of your team members (Chris and Chris) visit our site to provide mulch around many of the trees surrounding our property on the perimeter of the complex as well as the interior ring-road on the outside areas of the pool and tennis court. I was informed by Greg Cranford that the mulch would be arriving on Monday May 16 and would be spread that day as well. Just before 7am on Monday I received a text from Greg requesting that because of the rain that day, Gelderman would like to have the mulch dropped off in one of the empty parking spaces on our property and that weather permitting it would be spread the next day (Tuesday). I indicated I was fine with this. Both Chriss showed up promptly this morning with the task of wheelbarrowing the mulch across our extensive property. Apparently there were supposed to be three members to do the job that day, however, one wasnt available. These 2 team members worked very hard distributing the mulch and the work they did spreading it around the trees was AMAZING! I could certainly tell that they both enjoyed what they were doing and took a lot of pride in doing their work. We have ordered mulch for several years at our property and our tree beds have never looked so great before. I noticed later in the day when I was returning to my unit shortly after 4pm that the guys had done a wonderful job cleaning up the area that the mulch was dropped off in our parking lot. I also noticed that with the leftover mulch they were able to add 2 more tree beds with mulch that enhanced the look of our property even more. They took the extra time and made the extra effort to sculpt out these two beds (which were a natural extension of the other trees with mulch on the property) without even being asked to do so. Now that is truly Exceeding the Customers Expectations. Kudos to Chris and Chris for their hard work, extra effort, and professionalism while on the Beechwood Villas property. The crew that services our condo grounds is very polite and professional. I am on the condo board and had an issue that needed to be taken care of a few weeks ago regarding these fallen tree bean pods that were scattered all around our property. I approached Nate the lead hand for the crew and showed him my concerns regarding the pods. He was incredibly polite and assured me that he would personally look after things. Within an hour the pods were all gathered up and disposed of. It is so nice to deal with individuals that still believe that customer service is a big part of operations in 2022. Great job Nate!

Steve, Stuart, Stephen, Adam, and Mark did an excellent job trimming the tree branches and all weeds and overhang plant material inside the perimeter of our tennis court. They applied weed control along the inside perimeter of the Tennis Court to discourage future regrowth, clean swept the tennis court and removed and disposed of all debris. Very good customer service.

Its been a little over 5yrs since the team at Gelderman concluded construction on our dream backyard. We still love it every bit as much as the day it was completed. Jason Felker was an amazing Site Supervisor and kept the project running smoothly and efficiently throughout. Furthermore, when the project was completed, Chris Mace and Gelderman stood by their warranty on any items that needed attention. Truly a 5-Star contractor and experience. Highly recommended.

Harry Gelderman is a man of his word. He and his company have proven that they truly do stand behind the quality of their work forever. Over the past years, we have hired Gelderman Landscape Services to lay various bordered stone pathways across the front and down the side of our house, down the sides of our driveway and recently we asked this company to lay sloped but flush pathways around and between our 4 huge garden bins in the backyard. I can now do my gardening in those huge bins while standing up and walking around each bin on that sloped stone pathway, without my feet getting wet since the slope allows run-off of rain/water onto the lawn. This has been great! Very impressive. It is so wonderful to no longer be walking on wet swampy ground while I do my gardening. It is also great that the sloped pathways are flush and hence there are no trip hazards! Fabulous job! Recently, I noticed that, on the original pathways around this house that were done quite a while ago, some of the grout between the stones on the pathways around the house was coming up and had become unattached. Therefore, as the chunks of grout got dislodged and detached itself from its intended location between the stones, the trip hazards created by the holes left between the pathways stones was becoming a concern. I emailed Harry Gelderman and asked him if he could send someone to remove the moss that had grown in some of the gravel-cement between the stones and I asked him if his guys could fill (re-grout) in the places where grout had lifted and become unattached in clumps. Promptly, Harry did send his workers to fix, clean out, refill and repair the sections between the stones that had become a concern. Harry confirmed for me that his company does still stand behind their work forever as he had said they would, and he confirmed that he still would honour his word and that there would NOT be a charge for this repair work. Great! Wow. Harrys stellar company really does stand behind their work! That was very impressive and appreciated! Tristan and Louis, his workers, came to do the repair work. Everything that needed attention was done well and those workers were great in answering and addressing any questions and/or concerns that I had along the way. Tristan and Louis were amazing! Talk about Service-Oriented. Wow! They were very professional, willing to address my questions and requests, and diligent in making sure that all was done extremely well. I think their standards were even higher than mine, and that was exemplary and appreciated! I no longer have trip hazards nor any missing grout between any of the stones on all of our pathways and stairs. Thank you, Harry, for keeping your word and rectifying this strange occurrence of the grout lifting over time, which was strange for sure, and hence thanks again for not charging me for this repair work. Also, thank you for hiring and sending such professional, skilled, detail-oriented workers to do this job. Our place is much nicer (and safer) again. You are a man of your word, and I appreciate it. The team did a very professional job of leaf clean up in the complex. Esther ensured that all the yards were clear of leaves. We hired Gelderman Landscape to transform our front yard, including a flagstone porch with new railings, an interlock tiered pathway, and a retaining wall. Gelderman also installed a new asphalt driveway with flagstone borders and beautifully shaped garden beds with armour stone decorative features and lights. Chris guided us in finalizing design decisions and materials, and once the project started, Phil was our main contact. Phil kept us well informed throughout construction and the crew on track, and really was a pleasure to interact with. Driving erratically while on the phone. Not very safe

Gelderman installed a bubbling rock for us. They did a very professional job and we love it. The patio stones around the rock settled and after 5 years they returned to raise and re-level the stone. You can count on these guys to do a professional job and stand behind it.

No doubt its a Gelderman trait, but Bruce pays careful and courteous attention to both the wishes and the whims of management and residents here (Hearthstone by the Lake in Burlington). My own obsession for precise edging around flower beds, walkways and along the street sidewalks is always more than adequately met throughout the season. Come check us out before the snow flies!

We hired Gelderman for our backyard project that included installation of a stone patio, window well, pool, shed and new lawn\plants. They were able to refer us to a pool builder they work with for the pool installation and despite the delays and challenges everyone was dealing with due to the pandemic, our project was completed in 5 months! Weve had two separate crews in over the last couple of days the first crew did some repair on our interlocking brick and some small landscaping work the second crew today was a masonry company they had come in and did some repair on our flagstone in our backyard. It was seriously one of the best experiences weve had with workers coming in and working on our property the crew people were friendly and just the nicest guys to have around both days, and the work was absolutely outstanding we would recommend them 150%, we definitely will have them back again.

Gelderman Landscape Services has been maintaining the gardens at our Condominium for just over a year now. I am fortunate to have a unit on ground floor facing a big beautiful garden. Our gardens look better than ever. Their crews are friendly and doing a great job. They are working hard when here. They know what they are doing. Other people have commented on how nice it all looks. I will give them a thumbs up.

Had Gelderman build a outdoor kitchen for us. Everything went smooth until we started to have an issue with the countertop. The countertop was made from stone. The countertop started to flake and get uneven to the point where you couldn t put a glass down because it would just fall over. We had them seal it so it wouldn t stain, but even after we had it sealed it would still stain. I ended up calling Nathan he came and looked at it and determined a new stone was needed. We were given 3 samples of stone to choose from. After choosing the stone he sent Louie and 2 other workers to remove the old countertop and replace it with the new one. Louie and the boys were very professional and very polite to my my and I. After the job was completed they cleaned everything up to the point where you didn t even know any work had been done. Once again thanks to Nathen, Louie and the boys for a job well done.

Gelderman Landscaping designed and installed a project for my penthouse condo this Spring.Condo buildings have strict rules for trades that work in the building.This year another layer of expectations was added due to Covid.This company provided stellar work from initial planning and designing to the final installation phase,at the same time being aware and respectful of the rules of my building.The crew of Shane,Phil,Scott and Tyler ,who did the heavy lifting and planting ,were punctual,efficient,knowledgeable ,respectful and friendly.It was a pleasure to work with this company who realized my dream for a beautiful terrace!

Gelderman completed a landscaping project for me in 2017 that included grading, french drain system and re-sodding the lawn, an armour stone retaining wall, building a deck with a retractable shade around a hot tub as well as some heavy duty gates. They did a great job and they do stand by their work by addressing any issues that come up well after the job is finished. Highly recommended.

Who ever they had plowing old huron road at 6:20am today was revving there engine and drifting the company truck. This is very dangerous as there are kids that live here. This was very unprofessional and almost called 911 for drinking and driving. I think who ever the owner is needs to have a talk with there employees. Not cool!

Wow!!! Super Fantastic Service on a very gray, (cold) drizzling rainy day in late November, Gelderman Landscaping arrived early with a full crew, who worked fantastically together as a team, all day clearing our 141 unit complex, (with 200+ trees) of all leaves, branches and debris. The complex has never looked cleaner. Four days later, we had a large overnight snowfall which continued into the next day. Again Gelderman had Snowplows for the main roads, bobcats for the driveways, and I witnessed the manual shoveling crew clearing our front steps and walkways at least twice that day. Everything was cleared professionally, salt put down, all by the end of the day. I have used Gelderman Landscaping twice in the past five years and have been extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. Chris Mace was in constant contact and any question or concern was dealt with immediately. The crews on both jobs were great...always courteous and conscientious. I live in a Burlington condo complex that has 3 buildings and a fairly large property with lots of trees and gardens. This is the first year Gelderman has provided landscaping. While I do agree with some of the comments of the staff seeming to take long breaks, if they do a good job I can live with long breaks. They did something for our property that went above and beyond. We have several crabapple trees - some plastic bags were caught in the branches - theyve been there all winter. The staff from Gelderman tried to remove the bags with a long tool, but it was too short. So they overturned one of the plastic garbage cans they collect clippings in and stood on it. It was still quite a stretch to get all the pieces of the bags, but the guy working on it kept at it till all the pieces were removed. Thanks VERY much!!!

Expanded driveway and did landscaping. Everything was good until driveway sunk in one spot 6 months later. I called Gelderman for warranty but since I sold house in meantime, answer I got is that warranty is not transferable. What a joke.... All this was 2 years ago and now I need new job to be done but dont think ill do same mistake again.

I cant believe how poorly this company has performed at 105 Bard Blvd. They rarely show up when they should and when they do, they dont do their job. There are weeds taller than some residents and I have lots of pictures to show. I even had to encourage one guy to come back to my yard and cut the mammoth weed he walked right by. He weed wacked it but left the huge root in the ground. He did try to pull it by hand but failed and left. I did chase home down to ask him to come back and finish pulling the weed. He said he didnt have the tool and he would come back. I believe he doesnt have the tool because they dont really weed anywhere on our properties despite being paid for it. Fraudulent behavior! I guess bad reviews dont get the option to post photos.

Very happy with Gelderman company and crew. A couple of years ago they replaced stone retaining walls and fencing in our parkette area and installed a new paver walkway between buildings. This year they continued the retaining walls and fencing behind our house despite the difficult access. The crew was professional and knew exactly what to do to get the job done. Many thanks to everyone I dealt with before and after the work. I would use Gelderman again for our Landscaping work.

Couldn t be happier with the project that Gelderman did. We have a small front yard, and the result was brilliant. 2 1/2 days from start to finish. Workers were professional, friendly and seemed to genuinely love what they do. We have done several major landscape projects in the past, and I will call Harry the next time we have a project.

Professional services and a high quality business!

They havent got a clue. Ive watched them spot spray for weeds, now theres bare patches all over. They trimmed the lilacs in the spring, hasnt flowered in two years now. I am now watching them cut the grass in the pouring rain and trying to use the blowers, what a joke. And now a year later, theyve destroyed the gardens by cutting down all the hostas and lily. Totally incompetent.

Mark and his colleague provided exceptional service to us. Our lawn was struggling after winter and they stepped in put new sod on our lawn in the area that was damaged and offered tips and help to keep our lawn healthy. Friendly, and exceptionally professional.....thanks Mark and Josh!

This might seems a bit strange to some people. I am not a client of Gelderman Landscape Services. However I live next to some empty properties that you service in Port Credit. My reason for writing this is because of the excellent job the crew does next door. You see after years of having to put up will the lousy job the previous contractors did like starting the job only when I call to complain usually in June, about the overgrown grass and blowing dandelion seeds coming into my yard, and not to mention the bugs and rodents that prevent us from enjoying our own back yard on evenings. Its now a joy again since your crew has taken over. They are very professional, they make sure even the the side walk is clean, no short cuts here. I so appreciate the job they do every time. Last year, we contracted Gelderman Landscape Services to do a complete renovation of our front yard landscaping. They presented a plan, provided a quotation and promised that we would be happy with the results. They did not disappoint. I could not be more pleased with the landscaping and snow removal job Gelderman has done for our complex. A few weeks my wife was carrying our son in his car seat out to the car. The branch manager mike was on site and he made the effort to come over and ask how happy she s been with the ice for her walk to car. The crews have been very efficient and always prompt. This is so important with the elderly and pregnant women during this icy season. From the thoughtfulness of the branch manger to the crews out working hard before we get up for work, I really appreciate all the work this company does for our complex.

Gelderman has been our contractor for many years. They are very professional, consistent in providing great service, reliable and focused on customer satisfaction. They offer the whole package for property maintenance. 2 thumbs up!

I m not a fan of lazy contractors. The crew that s been doing the irrigation on my property have shown that they are slow moving and lazy. It has taken them over a month to install the system with no end in sight of completion. The company talks a good game but their employees seem more interested in talking on their phones or waddling around trying to look busy.

Please see the picture i added. Im not suggesting that the company does a poor job as a whole, i understand that some crews within a company may be horrible with no sense of pride in what they do. However that being said, its those crews doing the jobs that represent said company. I hope that this stops. We will be adding a gate in order to keep this company out of our yard. This has to be the worst service for snow clearing I have ever seen. Not only have they forgotten in the past numerous time to clear the snow in front of our business. On renewing the contract for 2018-2019 They tried gouging us with a crazy increase for salt. On calling the office I spoke to Andrew and asked could we just get snow removal and we would do our own salting due to it is a small area. He said its not worth his while to come out and just do snow removal with no salting. Class Gelderman.... real class. Oakville Businesses stay away.

Properties and work is amazing

This company does the snow removal in the condos I live in. They are very slow to react . My parking space has been empty for 7 days with 2 big snow falls during that time. The last snow fall was 3 days ago and they have not touched it. I had complained to our property management and was told several other units called in also. They said they would be out next day .....they cleaned every space but mine!

We have been very happy with Gelderman Landscaping. Its the little things they do that make a big difference.
