Prior to calling KMG I called two moving companies who never returned my phone call. I needed to have a washer moved from one house to another and brought into my basement. KMG not only fit me in same day but after making the move they stayed and hooked the washer up for me. They were very polite, nice and efficient. Would definitely recommend KMG and use them again in the future.

I called them as I was desperate for help moving heavy items. The lady in the office was super helpful and I could not believe it when she said that the crew would be at my home later that same day. Literally an hour later they showed up! Two very professional men. I did not have a ton to spend and they were very reasonable with pricing! They got the job done! I recently used this company for moving and let me just say we started at 7 am and they finished by 10 they packed my truck so we ll and professionally wrapped my furniture I was all moved into my new place by 12! Leaving me the whole day to unpack they were super nice friendly and efficient also very affordable for all that they get done in the time frame booked would definitely use them again highly recommend

We met the KMG team 2 years ago when we had a challenging driveway that could not be plowed. Leo came to the rescue with a snow blower, shovel and salt! Since then we have benefited from their many services from driveway care, landscaping, junk removal, furniture repositioning (heavy lifting), and a few moves. Every time we reach out Grace manages to fit us in. Leo and the team have always exceeded our expectations. When it comes to trusting your belongings for another to move, Leo and Grace treat them like their own. They moved one daughters furniture out of storage to her new home. They moved out youngest daughter to Boston, her best friend to NYC and recently our own special items (that we normally would never have let a mover handle) to our new home. We are not sure how we could manage without Leo and Grace. They are exceptionally customer centric, trustworthy and they treat us like family. We could not give them a stronger recommendation!

The crew was on time, very straightforward about pricing, and courteous! I had even asked if they could remove a stuck coax cable (which they really didnt need to do) with no hesitation. They also finished the total move AND junk removal within 3 hours which we did not expect. Graces communication was also very timely which we appreciated. We used them for moving and junk removal and had a great experience. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly. From start to finish there was clear communication with fast response times. They offered a move date just a few days after I called and there was no surprises with pricing. I m happy we found them as they were the only company able to move us out as soon as they did.

Horrible company! Think twice before doing business with them. Their employees cleaned my new car off and scratched the paint on 2/3 of my car. I did not notice the damage immediately because the car is dirty. They were contacted today. The owner, Grace, simply asked her employees about it. They are denying even cleaning my car my car off at all. I never asked them to clean the car off either. By time I went to go outside to do it they had already done it on their own. All of last winter, they cleaned my car off during every snowstorm Without me asking. Someone could at least admit that they made a mistake, but to deny even touching a car that they know full. Well they touched, and for the owner not to standby their company is disgraceful. I asked to meet with those employees in front of the owner, and I was told no. Without a video, I m out of luck it s not even the money. It s the dishonesty. No veracity. No moral compass whatsoever. Buyer beware! Edit: to reply to the owners response- as we discussed your reply over the phone, your workers are lying about cleaning off my car in the first place. As they did each time, they came to do snow removal all of last winter as well. Now they claim they didn t touch the car at all. When I asked you to have a meeting with your workers, myself, and you, your answer was no. It seems far-fetched that I would be claiming your workers would continue to clean my car off not to mention I never asked them to touch it. I was putting my shoes and my coat on to go outside to clean my car as they were leaving and saw they had already cleaned my car off. I don t think a masked man came in and cleaned my car off from the time they made it out to the road and I walked down my stairs. But more importantly, as a business owner, I can see your level of concern for your customers and their property. Zero. In the days before ring doorbells, and phone cameras, what would you have told someone? Where is your integrity? If someone filed an insurance claim, would you have been able to tell them to provide the video proof? Of course not. As for the few days that have gone by, I noticed that you breezed by what we discussed over the phone but you are well aware of what we discussed. How convenient that you got amnesia. As I specifically mentioned over the phone, my biggest issue is the lying. Somebody damaged my car, and it probably was a mistake. I ll get my car fixed. But you will still have a liars working for you. This review is sheer principle. Hopefully it s a learning experience for you And Hopefully I can save another person the hassle of dealing with you and your company because you clearly don t care about your customers, their personal property or the caliber of people you have representing your company name. Thank you.

Great crew. I am super impressed with Leo and his way he helped my wife relax during this stressful time. They did everything possible to make the move as smooth as possible. KMG reached out to me after I posted on Facebook that I was looking for a mover to take some heavy items from Bethel CT to New Milford CT. They were able to accommodate me very quickly at a budget friendly price. They were responsive, kept me apprised of a traffic delay, and with 2 very strong workers got the items out and in swiftly. Very satisfied with the service.

KMG Moving and More certainly put an emphasis on the more when I inquired about helping move a heavy treadmill from my garage to my basement. Response was quick and they moved it no problem same day. Although heavy for me it was no match for KMG! They moved it quickly and with much care. I d definitely look to use them again in the future for sure.

What excellent movers and people!! I have moved a decent amount of times in my life and my experience with KMG movers has been hands down the best experience I ve ever had. They were punctual, courteous, professional, and extremely considerate. I ve used plenty of movers before who just do the bare minimum and don t pay attention to details and that was the complete opposite of my experience with KMG. They not only put our beds together, helped us roll out large rugs before putting furniture down, and made extra trips to make sure we got everything, but we had some heavier awkward pieces that were a challenge both to remove from our old home and to bring into the new one and they never once complained. They took extra care to make sure every box went into the right rooms and right areas and handled each piece very carefully. They were a joy to be around and I feel so lucky to have hired them and spent the day with them. These movers are without a doubt the best value for the best price. In my opinion they were worth even more than what we paid them. Please please please do yourself a favor and hire KMG movers for your next move, I promise it will be the best thing about your moving process!

I could not be more enthusiastic about recommending KMG Movers or more satisfied with our experience with using them! Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. They made what is usually a stressful event such a breeze and a delight. It was amazing to watch how easily they were able to move even the heaviest of our furniture and did so with a smile on their face and the greatest of care with our items. You just don t get this kind of service with the bigger less personal companies. I wish I could have used them for every time I ve moved in the past. You never really know what you re going to get with movers and we were truly blown away by the professionalism with KMG Movers. They were not only prompt in the actual move itself but they took extra care to communicate with us before during and after to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were satisfied with our care. I can say with complete honesty we ve never had such a good experience with a moving company both with the service and the price. If you don t hire them for your next move you re doing yourself a disservice!

I bought a heavy leather recliner from some people who were downsizing. With KMG I didnt even have to be there because I simply gave them the address, they texted me all the way, told me when they got there, told me they had the chair and they were on the way here. Texted me again, and easily got the chair up to my apartment. They wouldnt let me do anything--they did it all for me and they were very polite. Reasonable cost too.

I contacted KMG movers as I needed help wrapping several large items including dressers and large cabinets and putting them in my PODS. They came the next day, on time and were professional, and careful with my items. I thought the price was reasonable. They did a great Job and I am very satisfied with their work.

Today two very nice and professional gentlemen came to assemble my new treadmill . It was too heavy for us to place it in the basement, and I didn t want to assemble it incorrectly. Great service starting from their very prompt proactive and professional customer service to their moving people who handled with extra care all my furniture to the new apartment. Even with the very heavy rain and very heavy boxes ,the workers had a smile on their faces and very attentive of what they were told to do. They even helped me put back together my bed and the dining table! What a relief!The moving experience with KMG Trucking/Moving was excellent and gave that piece of mind and care free feel to me and my family. I highly recommend them to everyone!
