A & R Lawn Care & Snow Plow in Waterbury

I have been with A&R landscaping for 15 years … I live in CT AVON … when ever I need a snow plow or grass cut A&R is the way to go. When it’s summer time expect a clean and professional job done. They have the best equipment out there. They really are professional on what there doing all year. Around … I won’t go with no one else. For headaches … nice hard working people.

There are a lot of snow plowers out there. there is no reason to use A&R. I have a large house in fairfield where many contractors tend to take advantage in quoting and services thinking it can be afforded. A&R added extra services without consent or history. Likewise, these services like two salting on the same day appear never to have happened. Think they thought no one would notice.. or bc previous year was a bad snow season, they were trying to get extra money. When questioned, they said not to pay for it, but then next snow storm they came two days late, and did a noticeably terrible job. Never did it occur to me they were vindictive, but they plowed to a 8 ft total width instead of the whole driveway. I called and they said "it was a heavy snow" but literally the UPS trucks had to drop packages on street bc they couldnt go squeeze through the hole A&R created. Next snowstorm they didnt show up at all. When called, he said "Im Done with you.. find someone else" via text. We didn't do anything wrong. I said to them I would write this review.. and they couldn't care less. All we did was question an invoice that was double what was contracted and didn't appear to be done. And the invoice was paid for incidentally. A&R apparently has enough business they don't need me or you.. Wonder what their Lawn care is like... Geesh
