Raul and team were great, thorough, and efficient. I had the city evaluate my system and sent the findings to H2oRx. H2oRx gave me a quote based on those findings. When they came to the house, they did their own test and evaluation to reconfirm the original findings. They quickly worked to fix all the issues then walked me through all the updates, while also providing me info on my system and a water schedule for different seasons and warranty. I had a lot of work done to my sprinkler system at the end of last year and I was very happy with the results. This year I wanted to make sure that my lawn was getting the proper amount of water coverage so, I called h2oRx and made an appointment. As usual they were responsive to my concerns. It would have been nice if the technician had marked the springer that was leaking. He has showed it to me, but by the time the lawn guy had showed up, I have forgotten the spot. I will only use this company for my sprinkler system repair. I have a large yard with an old sprinkler system that seems to have new issues every spring. H20RX works with me to locate and repair all issues at a reasonable price. They are very professional and communicative through the whole process.

Used them several times for updating and repairing our old cobbler together over the years sprinkler system. Techs are knowledgeable and very good at minimizing damage to lawn with moving or installing new heads. Also great with giving estimates for whole system, but letting you pick and choose which parts to implement with no pressure sales tactics. Highly highly recommend. May not be the cheapest, but you get the quality you pay for. I found them to be slightly less costly than some other bigger firms in the area.

The service was great. Very thorough and professional. The only negative I have is the appointment. A 9:00 appointment means 9:00, not 9:15 or 9:20. I was late for work because I needed to speak to the crew before going in. Since we were the first appointment of the day, there should have been no excuse for being late.

Waited more than a month for them to come out and evaluate, repair, replace and adjust my sprinklers. This summer has been brutally hot, and as a result I have grass dying (like everyone else) from lack of water sprinkler coverage. I paid them nearly $700.00. But still have many hot spots not being reached after their adjustment.

I have trusted H2O Irrigation for my lawns irrigation needs for 8 years. The appearance of our yard is important to us, as is the ever increasing cost of water - its crazy how much 1 broken sprinkler head from a lawn mower can increase the monthly water bill. Kyle and his team always seem to have the correct irrigation supplies in their trucks to repair our irrigation issues. There has been some turnover of technicians in the past few years, but the training program seems so thorough I have never noticed a lapse in expertise. Kayla, who manages the scheduling and billing always follows up in a timely manner and works very hard to ensure each customer has a positive experience. I cant say enough good things about H20, but I can say that you wont be disappointed to partner with them for the irrigation care for your lawn.

Ive been getting help from various sprinkler companies for several properties for over 20 years. None even begin to come close to the level of knowledge of Kyle and his team. They transformed my poor performing 20 year old irrigation system into something Im now very happy with. A large, complicated project that is now a joy to watch. And with professionalism, reliability and integrity. 6 stars if Google would let me.

They are very good at what they do, helpful in educating their customer and the staff is very friendly. The only part i found slightly difficult (but does not affect my positive feedback on their work) is that they are so in demand, sometimes they may not be able to get you on schedule same or next day - especially during peak season - but again that does somewhat show they are in demand with customers.

Hired to repair our broken sprinkler system in 2020, I thought they repaired all issues but learned from FtW water department we ve had irrigation leak for 2 years now. Costing at least an extra $2500 over that time in usage. Then this co. recently recommended American Leak Detection who came out and billed us $350 telling us couldn t find any leaks when standing water on the side of the house.

Was knowledgeable in analyzing my issues and completed the repairs in a timely fashion.

A team from h2oRx converted my front beds to drip irrigation. Im very pleased with their work and I love having a water efficient system. Within a few days of installation, my plumber and lawn service both managed to cause some slight damage, but Kyle was able to get here quickly and fix it. I have been very impressed with the work that Kyle and his team have done on my sprinkler system. Since I purchased my home last summer, he has made necessary repairs, put in drainage on one side of the house, added flow control so leaks will be found quickly, installed a new online controller so that both Kyle and I can check and operate the system from a cell phone, added a new zone for a new tree and an elevated raised bed garden, and adjusted the sprinkler heads to make sure that new sod received the right amount of water. I continue to be a very happy customer!

Beware of this company. Both times we had them come out to work on our system, they have left without fixing the problem, only to have to call them back to do more repairs at more money. The first time the owner himself told me that the guy that did the initial repair lied and didn t really check all the zones before he left. The second time the guy that did the repair was rude to my daughter saying that everything was working fine. When I got home, the same zone I originally called about still wasn t working. I called the company back and the same crew came back out and one of the workers admitted they checked all of them, but the zone I called about never worked. They did the repair and charged us another several hundred dollars. Two months later now, the same area isn t working. We call another sprinkler repair company to come out and they say there was a temporary fix done the first time. We called and left a message with H2oRx and the owner called back. He not only refused to come back out to check what the other company was talking about, but actually accused us of being difficult to work with. I didn t know expecting someone to tell the truth and be honest was difficult.

On Mar 15 2021 we knew our Backflow needed to be replaced. We got several bids to replace our Backflow. We knew a person that worked on sprinkler system, he couldn t replace ours Backflow, because you have to be license. Our water meter is attached to the Backflow, and he didn t hold a license. On our Backflow the handles to turn the water off had rusted and broken off. He told us what to look out for when we was ready to hire someone to replace our Backflow. First thing he stated, if the person said they could just replace those handles tell them thanks you will think about it. He gave us other tips to lookout for, plus do the person want to fix the job or keep the problem going so they could keep coming out. When I spoke with h2oRx Sprinkler Repair they came out to give my sprinkler System an evaluation, this is when I showed him our Backflow which only had one shut off valves left, yes he told me the whole unit needed to be replaced. He told me when I was ready to give them a call. h2oRx Sprinkle System was called out and on March 15, 2021 our Backflow was replaced, the unit was raised up so it didn t sit in water. They did a fantastic job. I will always called them if we have a problem with our sprinkler system. There s another job I will have them do when we are ready, is to install a rain sensor. I have contracted h2oRx for several years now for maintaining and servicing a very old sprinkler system that was inherited with our property. Kyles company has always been honest and professional. They recently came out to check on a zone that would not come on, and discovered that wires had likely brittled and finally broken underground. Kyle Jensen oversees this program and I have been very pleased with his service. He checks out each spray head, makes sure the angle and coverage are appropriate, and assures the correct amount of watering for the time of year. I have also consulted him by phone a couple of times and he is super professional and helpful. I highly recommend this business.

I received great information about how my lawn should be watered and the schedule I could follow. I was also informed about how my builder s choice of sprinkler heads could be improved. I also revived a bid for doing that work. This estimation and advice was all done free of charge courtesy of their relationship with the City of Fort Worth.

We were concerned about our high water bill and h2oRx was recommended. They adjusted height, spray pattern of sprinklers in all eight zone and programmed the sprinkler controller. Our lawn looks incredible now and our water bill was reduced significantly. We highly recommend these folks. They are knowledgeable and very professional.

An amazing review and analysis of my irrigation system. The specialist identified a bunch of ineffective and inefficient heads and produced a detailed summary pf the survey with the recommended fixes. He also reconfigured my irrigation schedules more more effective and cost efficient watering.

Our city offers a free consult from this company to see if ones sprinkler system is functioning properly. The consultant was so very helpful! He checked out each sprinkler head and how much of the ground they covered and gave us information about changing some and about how they needed to overlap a lot more than they are doing. No wonder we have spots in our yard that dont get watered properly. This information is invaluable! My husband can service our own system and he was told exactly how to do it and even where to get some of the things he needs. His assistant took good notes and we could not have asked for kinder nor more helpful people. We have had questions for years about some things and it was wonderful to be patiently told about them. We even had a report sent by email. If my husband cannot fix something then we will most probably contact this company and hire them to do it. Especially if you can get a free analysis then this do it! You will be amazed at how much you do not know and how helpful they are. Thank you so much!

The service was great! I found this company from a free water inspection through the City of Mansfield. They were very thorough, and up front about what the costs would be. I needed several sprinklers adjusted, and even some replaced. I was really impressed with how quickly yet efficiently they got the job done. I will definitely use this company when we are ready to do our backyard sprinklers as well.

Worst experience EVER! I paid nearly $1,000 for a seasonal tune-up, and the promises of more efficient watering, no dry spots, etc. were NOT met. Just a disaster. I know you can ask them to come out again, but when your first experience is SO bad, whats the point? If the company replies, We value you as a customer, then I would ask them why they didnt value me while they were doing the work.

Kyle came out to give our watering system a tuneup. Great job again especially for the price, with the time it took and the parts that were replaced. We actually saw our water bill reduce substantially following the tuneup, as Kyle said we would see some savings there. That savings paid for what we spent on the tuneup more than once over by now. He is our go-to guy and should be yours too. As a repeat customer, we highly recommend Kyle.

RXH2O did an evaluation of my system and really brought an old system up to covering more of the spots that had to be hand watered. The work was done promptly and with explanation of the workings. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is I thought them a bit on the pricey side but had them do the work because I felt confident the work would be done properly and guaranteed ! I will certainly use them again.
