This is our 4th year using Lawn Doctor of Orange County NY and we could not be more satisfied. We are constantly commenting in our home on how thick our lawn comes in now. Our neighbors are always asking why we do not have weeds or dandelions, and we tell them it is simply because of the care that Lawn Doctor provides. They are also great about calling or emailing in advance of coming so we can make sure that are dogs are not out wandering the yard when they arrive. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor of Orange County NY.
I used Lawn Doctor for years, and was satisfied with their service and the results on my lawn. Then a National Lawn service offered me the same service, with a much lower cost. I decided to switch. I don't know what they did, but I know what they didn't do. My lawn went from a neighborhood show place to one of the worst lawns in the neighborhood. I called them and they came out to get rid of the weeds, but the weeds only got worse. My father always told me "All's not gold that glitters". I should have listened to that advice. I'm back with Lawn Doctor this year, and I can already see a huge improvement. My lawn now is back to it's former glory. Thank You Lawn Doctor.

I've used a few different providers for my property with little to no results. Once switching to Lawn Doctor, I saw a change in the health of my lawn within weeks. I also like the fact that it's the same technician that comes for service. He's able to monitor what's going on with my lawn through the season and make changes accordingly. I tried managing my lawn on my own but it continued to deteriorate. I decided a third party would be my best bet since I was not having any success. I originally used a local competitor to lawn doctor and things did not go well to say the least. At which point I was considering ripping the lawn up and simply sodding. To the point I was getting quotes. Then I saw lawn doctor at a neighbor's house and decided to give them a shot. In one season my lawn looks amazing. No exaggeration. It looks full, dark, no weeds and the bare spots have filled in. Every day I pull up to my house amazed at the transformation. I can't recommend this company enough.
Due to more than one issue we experienced with another lawn service company we used for a few years, we switched to Lawn Doctor and it was a good decision. Our lawn looks good and we haven’t experienced any issues with Lawn Doctor, we’ve been able to contact/communicate with them easily when necessary.
Excellent service. I do the aeration and thatching every fall..and lime/fertilizing and grub packages in the spring and throughout the summer. My grass greens up earlier than most and stays green longer. I heard complaints from neighbors about ticks. So i got the yard Armour package this year. I haven't seen any so I believe that its working. The workers are polite and answer any questions you may have . I am a satisfied customer of 2 years. (Not the best pictures but you get the idea)
Jason and his team do a great job. Jason is very honest and fair with his initial assessment of your lawn. It will take a few treatments, but your lawn will be beautiful. I also highly recommend the flea and tick treatment. I have not had one flea or tick on my dog. My children play in the yard all the time and I have not found one tick on them since starting the service for flea and tick control. I recently had a severe disease issue with my lawn and it died. Jason came out and assessed it. He recommended power seeding it in early September and it came back beautiful. I couldn't be happier. -Matt Brogan

Lawn Doctor did an excellent job on my lawn. I had some kind of clover vine growing in the grass that a previous lawn company couldnt contain. Lawn Doctor did their thing and took care of the issue. I highly recommend them.
after taking a year off from their services my lawn was in pretty rough shape. They came back and worked miracles. All be it being a wet year they power seeded my lawn and it looks amazing.

I have been using Lawn Doctor for the last few years, they are very professional and show up when they are suppose to. When you call them they are always polite and willing to help. I will continue to use them.
The best thing that I can say is that my neighbors and friends visiting have made comments on how nice my lawn appears. I have been asked what I do and tell them Lawn Doctor. With what it costs me it is no more expensive than if I purchased all the application products myself and then of course there is the issue of my personal time saving. I can honestly recommend them.

I dont know how many years I have been having Lawn Doctor of Orange County service my lawn , it has been many, I have never had one complaint about them. They inform you when they are coming and they come on time. If I have to reschedule they accommodate ever time. I get many complements on my lawn and my neighbors have started using their service because of my lawn.
Ive been a customer for many years. When they tell you they will do something and when they will do it you can believe it. All the staff easy to talk to. Last year i had an issue with my lawn and asked to speak with someone about it. To show you how important you are as their customer the Owner called and made an appointment to come to my home and review the issue with me. You cant go wrong with this company!

We have been using Lawn Doctor of Orange County for many years. Last year I was laid off so I decided to save a little money do it myself. Big mistake!! Within months my lawn was out of cotrol with weeds. One call to Lawn Doctor and am now back on track.

Lawn Doctor does a great job with mosquito/tick control. They always give at least 24 hours heads up theyre coming and they always come when they say they will. I only wish they would watch the weather a little more closely. When they spray on a rainy day, it isnt as effective. Otherwise, its a great service!

Two years in a row i ve given this company an opportunity to give me a price quote on fetilization services. Last year I got the laziest most incoherent email with no pricing. This year I got no response at all. I don t see how you can trust a company to do a service when they can t even give you a price.

They are not a good service.I looked up lawn doctor to spray my lawn because of the tick epidemic in my neighborhood.The accepted my request and gave me a contract for 3 services of 37 dollars to spray my lawn.The 1st and only time they show up,they come unannounced and leave a sign not on my lawn but in the public grass in front of my house.I had no idea what they did and if they did it.I expressed that they should announce in advance when they are coming so I would be home.They never came again its almost a month later no service or call of an upcoming service.Utterly ridiculous how this business is ran
The team is great to work with. We had issues with scheduling, and they came up with a good solution. They were also willing to put up an extra lawn sign for us. Little extras that make a big difference.
