4-Seasons Yard Care, LLC. in Washington

This company is responsible for the loss of 23 of my trees with no offer to compensate. A loss of over $7,000.

My experience with this company was frustrating from all aspects. They provide a contract to do services they do not meet and when they finally respond to multiple complaints the promises to resolve said problems are not satisfied. Both their contract and their promises to perform are worthless. His response to my comment is entirely false.

This company killed 5 of my trees just being irresponsible. They have my lawn a fungus. They sprayed roundup on everything and killed at least 20 of my plants. When I mentioned they killed my large palm tree with roundup. They denied and said it was my fault for having the tree —- because it wasn’t a good kind. I hired them specifically to help with keeping my palms healthy. I was very disappointed ☹️. So much wasted money.

We have been using 4-Seasons for 3 years. We have found the foreman of each crew is knowledgeable about plants and grass, and willing to share. Our yard has never looked better (maybe not as good as when I could take care of it myself, ha ha) but those days are behind me. The office staff and Ryan are responsive to our needs and problems. I do wish that we could keep the same crew from year to year in order just to develop a good understanding of what we want and what they can provide with that information. We do realize the weather and client load play a big part in developing the crew's schedule, but it would be nice to know when to expect them each week. In total, we love 4-Seasons Yard Care and cannot foresee ever changing companies!

4 Seasons Maintenance Service has been an excellent addition to my life. My yard looks beautiful, well trimmed and neat. My sprinklers are always working topnotch and Ryan, the owner, listens and responds quickly. The weekly yard crew is dependable and efficient and always friendly. You can call the office with any questions and receive assistance in any way. I really believe this company cares about their customers.

There is nothing I like about this company. They are very expensive, they don't do the work they said they would in the contract. There are times they don't show up and if they do show up they have spent less than 10 minutes at my residence. I do not recommend them. 2/27/2020 An update of there service. I contacted 4 Seasons and advised them that I would be terminating there service. I had paid through the month of February so I had one more week of service. They arrived on 2/24/2020 and finally trimmed the bushes they said would be done in January. After they were done I went to make sure the gate was closed, they've left it open before. I noticed they had fertilized the grass and failed to tell me. I have two dogs and don't know if the fertilizer is pet friendly. I called the main office and they said they would have to check with the guys in the field. On 2/27/2020 I called back and the lady said they still had not returned her call but she believed it was pet friendly fertilizer. I have had to keep my dogs inside and supervise them when they go outside to make sure they don't make contact with the grass. Very unprofessional business.

This is the third company I have had over to repair my sprinkler system and it finally works - everything is thriving again! They scheduled me in quickly and provided quality work at a fair price. I'm so happy to finally have someone I can count on.

I got an estimate for 6 cypress trees to be planted in our backyard for privacy. When the final bill arrived it was twice the amount. I questioned this, but was told a “Master Gardener” did the work, hence the extra cost. A year later the trees started dying and now only two have survived (not thrived). The soil was never properly prepared to plant these trees. They obviously didn’t care about the longevity of their work, just what was quick and easy.
