My backyard was overgrone and needed to be mowed and lawn love helped me out. There was a probable miss communication and the mowers cut my neighbors yard. When I contacted james about the mistake he was extremely helpful. Lawn love immediatly contacted the crew . I simply contacted Pablo who was I guess the crew lead. He came back in less then an hour to mow my yard. Pablo was fantastic. Very friendly and personable. I am extremely happy with this company. Great people.

Dont go with company! Find another! The worst lawn services ever! Someone showed up and did absolutely nothing! My lawn looks like its never been cut! He turned on his mower for sound effects only, no cutting involved! Only offered a $15 credit when I shouldve gotten a full refund! Dont do it!

UPDATE: If you love yourself or your property, stay far away from Lawn Love. After my initial review, LL reached out to me, offering to make this service free due to the multiple cancelations and being a week and a half late (at the time) providing service. I told them if everything went to plan, I would happily change my rating and update the review. Someone did show up, take pictures of my property, and provide a quote, which I approved. They never showed up again or communicated. I was forced to hire another company. And I remain firm in my initial review. At best its a scam, at worst its a poorly run, unscrupulous business. Youre better off hiring a landscaper off of TaskRabbit. Original Review: Refused to schedule without giving your complete CC (cvv code included) over the phone when I couldve independently added it through the app which was provided after scheduling. Even better, no one ever showed up. Id recommend this service only to someone I disliked.

Really pleased with the service and quality of the crew that cuts the lawn. in the past it was hard to get someone consistently to cut my mothers lawn. Lawn Love is perfect and always does a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend you dont waste your time with this useless third party service. They have a list of lawn service providers and operate as a middleman between you and the actual service provider. I called on a Friday and was told we could get service by Monday-Tuesday. On a gorgeous Tuesday morning, I got a message in-app (the only way you can directly communicate with your assigned provider) that they were rescheduling for Thursday due to inclement weather. Thursday afternoon came around and I both messaged the provider and called the dispatch. Never heard back from the provider and the dispatch assured me they would be there and had until 7 to complete the work. Nobody showed. Nobody contacted me. Friday morning, the in-app convo with the provider was closed. With the amount of stress this has incurred for me and my husband (we have an inspection upcoming) and wasted time (waiting a whole week when I could have been looking elsewhere), I feel like Lawn Love owes ME money. The customer service/dispatch operators also contradicted each other in the information they told me they had access to. The one flat out lied to me. I didnt even get the chance to waste my money so definitely dont waste your time.

I wish I read the reviews before scheduling service. They keep rescheduling! Customer Service sucks. Reviewing my credit card for charges now! This is the type of place that should not have your credit card number. Will cancel service.

We scheduled lawn care with this provider to get the front and back yard done. After not showing up or contacting us we got rescheduled for a week later. That appointment got pushed back another week. By this time our grass was too high to really use the yard. After finally getting in contact with the contractor they eventually came and only mowed the front. The front didnt look too good with the edging higher than the rest. It took over two hour of calling and texting the headquarters and the contractor to get told we would have to wait another week to get it mowed. We decided to get another contractor since the last contractor wouldnt respond to any communication. A week later we were finally going to get our yard mowed, but no one showed up. No one seemed to know why they didnt show. So we got rescheduled again. The grass is now up to our waist in most parts. We had to cancel a cook out due to the yard being embarrassingly unkept. Apparently there is a fee for having tall grass and no one offered to wave even though they cancelled three times. Week four we finally decided to cancel our services although we should have sooner.

My regular lawn guybecame irregular so I had no choice but to find a new service. Searched for services and Lawn Love came up, so I decided to give them a try, also love the name. So far so good!!! Only my second service and the guys they sent are super super great! Because of my great turf maintenance (patting myself on the back) my grass grows thick and fast so I know hopefully I will have regular cutting with no fear of irregularities.

I get my lawn mowing and maintenance from lawn Love, from Brandon and his crew. Highly recommend Brandon - very communicative, i always get a message about upcoming scheduling so I know when they are coming. If inclement weather adds delays, rescheduling is done very quickly. The service is top notch. 10/10 experience. I will continue to solicit Brandon and Lawn Love for my lawn needs and more - great work!!!

I had two services with this company, one on 14 July and the other on 28 July. The 14th I was charged for long grass (which is fair enough, it was long), but the 28th I was charged again for long grass. Lawn Love customer service tried to convince me that grass can grow 6+in in two weeks with 2.5-3 inches of rain (Im not sure what kind of frankengrass theyre experienced with but mine isnt). It wasnt until I called back the third time that someone understood that normal grass grow that long and I was told the photos that were uploaded werent verifiable to my property or the time/ date the provider was supposedly at my property. The third customer service rep is the only reason Im going to try Lawn Love again.

Lawn Love is the absolute worst. I did a trial run to see if they were reliable but they are the complete opposite. Here are my reasons you should stay away from lawn love services: 1: The customer service doesn t exist. I ve reached out to customer support numerous times they will completely ignore you and never respond. 2: The lawn services they hire are rude. I ve reached out to the lawn service directly to give them the courtesy of letting them know I didn t need services for the week. He gave me an attitude and sarcastically explained to me how his services wasn t like Amazon where it s next day services. And even if my grass was cut, they would miss spots. 3. There is a huge issue with the lack of communication. They literally discontinued my services without my permission and they never gave me a warning. Reached out to customer service and miraculously they responded. They said that because I skipped a few scheduled cuts, they discontinued my services. Save yourself from the stress of Lawn Love. I guarantee you there is a better service out there. Hire a direct service and cut the middleman out. LAWN LOVE IS AWFUL.

I suppose to got my grass cut on friday then they come on saturday at 2 no call no email no text saying i am on my way or nothing then get here and say he can t do the job cause he has 20 other jobs and and then say he completed the job he never did i never ask to cut my front i ask to cut the back so still not following direction do not ever use there services they have some lazy workers that s unprofessional and that lie saying they did the job when they didn t do not use them at all

At first they were excellent. Then they became a RIP OFF. THEY STARTED RESCHEDULING 3 OR 4 TIMES EACH TIME THEY WERE SCHEDULE TO CUT THE GRASS. THEN WANT TO CHARGE YOU DOUBLE. ONE TIME THEY CHARGED ME $140 FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT PERFORM. TOOK A NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS BEFORE I GOT A SUPERVISOR TO CORRECT THE OVER CHARGE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL GET AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU QUESTION THEM .

Kevin from Lawn Love was super friendly, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. He did both back and front yard in no time at all, and even took care of a part that he didn t have to do. Super impressed with the service!

Lawn Love sigh. My wife and I had our first child about 2.5-3 months before reaching out to Lawn Love to help us with our yard. Last spring, we had sodded the entire back yard due to it being a dirt lot and wanted to ensure that the time and effort we expended would not go to waste. Plus, we just needed/wanted to take some of the weight off of our shoulders and have the yard: 1) Aerated 2) Seeded 3) Weeds pulled from the mulched areas in the front and on the side of the house 4) Spray the entire property with weed prevention The 1st time (yes, first time) Lawn Love arrived at our house they aerated the yard, but left a 3-4 foot perimeter around both the front and back yards untouched. They did seed the yard. They did not however weed nor spray. We contacted Lawn Love and questioned their work and requested that they come back and finish the work we requested. We also contacted our credit card company to request that the payment be held until the work had been completed. The 2nd time Lawn Love came to our place, they cut the front and back yard, which we did not ask for. Normally, I d be elated that someone had cut the yard, however I had cut the yard the night before Lawn Love had previously seeded. Per the instructions sent to my wife and I concerning aftercare for the newly seeded yard, Keep your lawn mower away from your new grass until it s around 5 tall, and don t cut it to less than 3 , to help protect the tender stems. Lawn Love cut the back yard grass down to what I assume is the lowest mower setting which was significantly lower than 3 and did not bother to bag the clippings. To put things into perspective, I filled 2 kitchen garbage bags with grass clippings left in the back yard alone. Needless to say, my backyard is now largely dead between the mowing, killing of the original seeding, and the amount of clippings left everywhere. Also: No weeding. No spray. Once again, we reached out to Lawn Love and requested that they return to our place to complete the work we d paid for. To prepare for this appointment, we discussed with Lawn Love the proposed work via text message presuming that by virtue of the instructions being provided in writing this time that this would finish the project off. The 3rd time Lawn Love came over, they once again cut the lawn (still haven t asked for the lawn to be cut), but weirdly only the front yard this time. They did weed, but only the front half of the house. We d been texting with Lawn Love and specifically said to weed the front yard and the side of the house. We live in a townhouse with only one side yard; they never even walked around the side of the house. Once again, no spray. Again, we reach out to Lawn Love immediately. Lawn Love agreed to come back that same evening and finish the job. That evening, the 4th time Lawn Love came to our place, they did weed the side yard only half of it. They walked past a 5 x15 weed-y bed and didn t touch it. They also indicated that they would not be spraying as they did not have the spray. In short: Lawn Love took four appointments to complete the originally requested work Performed services we did not ask for Scalped our existing grass Destroyed the newly planted grass seed that they themselves had just laid down Sold us services they don t even offer and still failed to complete 4 pretty straightforward tasks which resulted in my wife, less than 4 months post-partum and in between breast-feeding sessions, pulling the remainder of the weeds out of pure frustration.

Apparently this is a hit or miss service. After they rescheduled our FIRST service due to being shorthanded in our area across two weeks (more than five reschedules total), they finally send an email at 8PM on a rescheduled service day and say they have to cancel because they are unable to find lawn professionals. Isnt that what the company does, though? Find lawn professionals? It seems like a faulty business model if the one thing youre advertising is the one thing youre struggling to provide. Take your chances with this one. Or avoid the headache altogether and pay a little more with companies like LawnStarter and ensure professionalism.

Very inconsistent service in the PG County area. We were rescheduled multiple times due to not having enough lawn servicers in the area. Why just NOT offer to this area code if you dont have the resources. And the first job was HORRIBLE!!! Although they ended up not charging us, the yard was a mess so much so that we had to have another servicer come out the same week to fix it. They never text to say they are on the way or the at the service has been completed.

First time using Lawn Love, and Deonte did a great job; best the lawns looked since we moved in. Id recommend Deonte and Lawn Love to anyone, no complaints and plenty of praise for their hard work. Thank you so much!

Rescheduled several, horrible service. They did a terrible job cutting my grass, chopped down plants and didnt remove the grass after I explicitly asked. On top of that, the lawn professional ask me if I were going to pay him. I told him that I paid Lawn Love and he said he hadnt been paid yet. Will never use them again and this service appears to be a scam. Do yourself a favor and use someone different.

Rescheduled on me several times despite clear communication that I needed the work done by a certain date. The quality of the work was pretty low. Basically weed wacked everything instead of pulling obvious weeds.
