I was time crunched and needed a paving project done. Steve and his team at True Roots came through and did exactly what they said they would do - Great response, excellent work, I would use this team again anytime!

I appreciate the quick response to our call and engagement to review the job and quote. Prices were reasonable and they started work right away. The team did an excellent job, ensuring our asks were met while consulting on decisions we needed to make and care taken to ensure proper installation of our pavers and decorative asks were met. In a tight budget, but not loving the unfinished backyard and the mess that it was bringing. Steve and his crew helped guide us into the right direction! They showed up ready to work when they said they would, I never had to call or text to check the status, they were fast and professional! Meeting them was perfect timing because now we are loving the beautiful yard and fire pit, have much needed space for the kids and dogs to play with out the added mess and all before it got to hot! I love the extra living space first fire and movie night was a success and have lit up the Grill multiple times with more to come!!!

This Place was great during the process. Great communication. Great landscaping skills. They told us the bushes were guaranteed for a year. And landscape would come out and fix anything that was not to our liking. Great guy, great company. Until the end, once we paid the bill we never heard from them again. Leaky sprinkler valve, multiple plants died, sliced through the drip system in several places when installing landscape lighting. Called several times. They said they would be out. And they never came. We had to do it all ourselves. They shouldn t promise service they can t keep. Over promised; under delivered!

First of all, these guys hit it out of the park! The entire crew were some of the hardest working, on-time and pleasant people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They did an entire landscape on our property in a little less than three days. It like watching an episode on Extreme House Makeover. Steve, had his crew on time and meticulously following our landscape plan. The results are AMAZING! By the way, I didnt know Steve before he bid our project and had not seen any of his previous work. True Roots could not have been better. They completed the work and made sure it was done right. Their pricing was incredible and they did not vary from my original bid. We used them based on a recommendation and could not be happier that we did. The best way to show how great they were is this, after completing my yard they returned to finish one line they had been waiting to complete due to a parts shortage . We live in a windy area and a bunch of tumbleweeds had blown in our yard during this time. It was not their responsibility, but they went the extra mile and cleaned up the yard again. I have been continually impressed and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Could not seem to level the ground before digging footings then footings didnt fit the gazebo, poured new footings and only part of each post was on the footings. Built the yardistry gazebo off the footings, cracked a support beam moving it into place. Put on gutters from yardistry that I withheld payment as they are not installed correctly and not sealed at seams properly and they leak. Missing the piece that keeps leaves out of downspout. Seam on artificial turf does not have the tacky seam tape so seam is prominent.

We had a great experience with True Roots! They on time, worked hard, and got the job done They did our entire backyard landscaping - curbing, sod, rocks, plants, fire pit, walls, etc. I really appreciate how far out of his way Steve went to find us this really cool material called a porcelain pavers which looks great for the fire pit!

Steve and his team were wonderful to work with. We started our pool project and had some ideas in mind. We started gathering bids from several landscapers and none seemed to grasp what we wanted. Many of them wanted to come in and do standard, routine planting and water features. Steve really listened to us and made our vision come alive. We had our first backyard party this past weekend to celebrate our son-law s birthday and had a total blast! Steve we love our South Beach!

True roots definitely provided five star service. They came early in the morning and worked late, everything they did they did very well and they took their time doing the work. They laid artificial grass for us and pavers to extend the patio and the walkway and replaced a tree, and extended the irrigation system from the front to the rear yard. They also built a wonderful walled in planting area along the whole back of the yard. It looks awesome. I highly recommend them.

True Roots did an amazing job at landscaping our backyard. I started by calling random landscapers on Google, Steve was super quick at calling me back and we scheduled a consultation. Steve showed up on time, and might have been a little early. I was pleasantly surprised when I recognized Steve from 10+ plus years ago when he was my neighbor. He was a trustworthy guy then so I had no problems trusting him this time. I had other landscapers come and give me their bids, but all had a reason as to why they couldnt deliver as I expected. I told Steve my vision along with my budget. He had great feedback and certainly delivered. He even went above and beyond my vision to create a masterpiece in my backyard. He even started the project on time as promised, which is a rarity when dealing with landscapers. He also completed the project on time as promised. I had a problem after they had completed the project and True Roots came back and fixed the small problem the next day. I definitely would use True Roots landscaping again, I have absolutely no regrets. Steve with True Roots was great and I highly would recommend them.

They laid porcelain tiles around our new pool, replanted the entire back and front yards, added backyard lighting, and were sure to put in drainage systems so that water wouldn t drain into the pool. They exceeded our expectation, we couldnt be happier with how our landscaping turn out. The crew was polite, accommodating and hard working. They even cleaned everything up after they were done, right down to the last dirt clod in the driveway. The owner Steve stayed in good communication with us and is easy to work with.

100% 5 star rating deserved for Steve Crossett and his hard working team. Two services for my home. They designed and built an attractive and very enjoyable putting green. I play golf 3 days a week and my putting green is the same as a professional green. Also moved and reset my 6 foot copper self filling fountain that has to be hooked up to power and water. All done in only 2 days because many workers in his team.

Steve and his team went above and beyond in completely replacing the valves on my drip system. They replaced several trees and added shrubs in areas that were sparsely planted. They arrived when they said they would and worked very quickly but thoroughly. Very professional and service oriented.
