Grand Designs Landscaping & Hardscaping LLC in Warsaw

We contracted Grand Designs to put in our paver patio around our pool with a retaining wall to support. I was surprised when the workers who showed up to do the work, they were very young.... We had a few issues through the installation process, like obvious repeating patterns showing in the brick work and had them correct it. Within a month of the patio being completed, the pavers had collapsed in one corner of the patio and it was all starting to sink and settle badly. Water was pooling.. not good. Called them and they came back and pulled bricks up to "correct" the sunken corner. Sadly, less than one year later the pavers have sunken in again and are coming loose along the edge. I'm extremely disappointed, as this was an expensive investment and it is already falling apart.

My builder hired them for a new lawn installation in 2021.The yard had stones and additional grading was needed. They did a good job in grading and stone removal.however the amount of time invested in grading and stone removal lead to adjustment of seeding. Completely under seeded the yard as a result after two years I had to personally do 3 to 4 rounds of seeding. Till now there are bare spots at the back of the yard. They are hardworking and friendly but overall job is not upto the mark. Lot of investment and effort needed for a decent looking lawn. I would say 2.5 starts out of 5.

We used Grand Designs for our patio. They did excellent work and were professional throughout the build. I would highly recommend them. The patio turned out beautiful and my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you are considering landscaping or patio work, definitely give them a call.

Ricardo and crew are very hard workers, did a great job. PROS: good service, good price, quick completion. Verbal price quote, and they were good to their word. CONS: no paperwork, no written itemized estimates, no final paper invoice. I will continue to use them this year.

Not a good experience,we thought since they were landscapers we could outline our wants and they could recommend some options. That didn’t happen! It took them three weeks to show up and then they worked only after hours (3:pm to 8:pm. Every thing done was at the bare minimum. Had to request a written quote and even that did not break down material & labor . Very friendly but definitely would not recommend this company to anyone!

Nothing but good things to say about this company! Excellent, experienced, friendly, & good prices. No need to look any further.
