Great service and friendly office staff. There is rarely an issue but when there has been, they fix it right away. The mowers are always friendly and happy to take occasional special requests.

The young men who took care of the mowing did a great job. They were hampered somewhat by excessive rain & extremely high grass but overall very good quality work..it was a very pleasant experience while I was down after back surgery & unable to mow on my own. The value for the work done was also very good.

Excellent and polite staff. They do a great job and leave my lawn looking pristine every time. The seasonal lawn treatments fold in with the mowing schedule nicely, so I dont have to even think about it.

The two fellows who cleaned and mulched my yard were exceptional. They weeded and put down a thick layer of mulch. They even trimmed the trees that over hang my fence into the neighbors. Such attention to detail is rare and they were exceedingly friendly

We recently had Steve and the team perform another upgrade to our landscape, extending two beds and preparing them for spring planting. This was the 4th time theyve done this for us, and each time, I continued to be impressed with the professionalism of the team and results. Weve lived in Texas, Colorado and Virginia and have had work done by a variety of firms ranging from small, family-owned businesses to the larger corporate entities. The Reliable team is the best weve had EVER. I highly recommend them.

I ve had the same team at my house twice to lay new sod and also clean up my beds for spring. They are FANTASTIC. Always communicative, willing to explain everything and everything to me, and just overall great to work with.

Reliable is great! Ive had them 2 years in a row. I thought last years team was excellent butvthis years was even better...the team led was Man....I cannot spell his name, but if I could give him 20 stars I would. Another plus they showed up at 8 am sharp and worked until the job was completely finished, only short break on a hot day.

I had a brown spot in my yard that was only growing larger. I contacted reliable Lawn care and their treatment helped my grass to grow and fast. I just started service May 2023 it is now Aug 2023 and I can definitely see the difference. The brown spot is noticeably greener and healthier.

I would recommend going with anyone else for your lawn care! Had them break my mailbox (on camera), the foreman saying that happens, calling management to rectify the situation for them to place a plastic guard around the base and not fixing the actual structure. The credit we received was for $25 dollars for the inconvenience. This is on top of the poor lawn care maintenance they provide. Planted grass seed, didn t grow, never addressed. Mowing and edging, subpar at best. With there being such a large number of competitors, you would think a local business would stand by their word much more than they do. Just use anyone else!

When our home was built, the contractor laid sod over a mostly clay yard. In our first few years of trying to keep the yard up ourselves, it was a major battle; there were areas where it was too dry / hard, other areas that were swampy, and then a few spots where grass was okay. A neighbor hired Reliable Lawn Care, and they quickly had the best yard in the neighborhood. Within a couple of years about 8 of the 11 houses on our street were using Reliable Lawn Care, and weve all been extremely happy with the results. Lush, health, even (consistent) grass from corner to corner. We also use their spring and fall clean-up services, and weve been extremely happy with the results.

Ive recommended your company to several neighbors - each of them asked how I got my lawn looking so good. RLC has shown up on time, as scheduled, every time the last two years (unless weather was an issue, in which case they notified me ahead of time of schedule change). Our backyard was 60% dirt (from the prior owner s dogs tearing it up) - we had to wait until fall when grass grows best, but once RLC put down manure and seed the backyard looked amazing within a month. We are very happy with the service we have received (which is consistent with what our neighbor told us when we moved in about his experience with the company, and why we chose them). Every interaction I ve had with their staff has been above average, especially how friendly and polite everyone is. That stands out in a world where many employees don t care about their work or the customers. Thank you RLC for doing a great job! We have been spreading the word.

I use RLC for my lawn service and I recently had them plant my flower beds. The flowers they chose to plant are beautiful and will be for years to come. Their name says it all Reliable they have been nothing but reliable and professional. I highly recommend them. They care about their customers satisfaction and it shows.

You guys had my yard near perfect this past Spring. I had surgery in July and was unable to water for several weeks and the front yard died. That would be no surprise in the Virginia summer. I need help getting it back the way you had it before. Part of the problem, I think, is that I have a ton of rocks very close to the surface and the soil just doesnt hold moisture.

I like the fact this company doesnt use one of those big mowers that leave grooves in the lawn. They use a hand mower and they do a very good job. I, also, like the fact they always have someone there to answer the phone or call you back unlike several other companies I used in the past. That was the main reason I stopped using anyone else. I would highly recommend Reliable Lawn Care to anyone looking for home lawn care.

They translated what we told the representative during his first visit last week into reality. I have now used Reliable for my fertilization services for the last 3-4 years and they continue to step up their game every year. The response time is amazing. Stephen (although I know is very busy) ALWAYS responds the same day and has great input in answering any questions I may have in regards to my lawn or service. My lawn is one of the thickest, greenest lawns in the neighborhood year round and complimented by passers by frequently. Finding a great, truly reliable company that you can trust now-a-days is very hard to come by and Reliable has absolutely named their company appropriately. If you choose to use their services, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Stephen and his folks are top notch when it comes to lawn care and maintenance, and they take great care and pride in their work. Even better, they do landscaping and hardscaping and really go above and beyond in adding the sort of touches that make good into great. We had them redo our backyard, and the difference from beginning to end is nothing short of amazing. When we started looking to redo the haphazard, scattered, and randomly placed backyard elements we had several different types of masonry, uneven rocks, inconsistent mulch and gravel, and weed infested beds, and assorted other junk from the previous owner. It s taken, even with weather delays, Stephen and his team a few short weeks to completely transform this mess into an wonderful backyard area we are proud to entertain in, and generally just happy to look at and enjoy. The important point though, is how thorough Stephen has been in consulting with us on several occasions before even beginning the work to make sure that we would be happy with the final result. More so, it s the passion that he has for this work and seeing the final results that at least matches our own, and that s what makes the difference.

Very impressed with this team. They know their stuff, produce results and are very professional. We are very happy after only 2 months of service. They converted some poorly looking sod to a lush vibrant lawn after a few weeks! You won t be disappointed.

Reliable Lawn Care cut our underground fence line and refuse to pay for the damages. They did not provide flags prior to the aeration and their preservice email stated nothing about marking an underground fence, only sprinklers. Even more upsetting is they were aerating a portion of the lawn where they never should have been in the first place. They have been unresponsive and frankly smug in their attitude towards the situation. I have told two of my neighbors who were in need of lawn services NOT to use them and will continue to relay my experience to all on the neighborhood Facebook page looking for recommendations. I will also relay my experience to our HOA.
