Everything started out well with Joey, but he accused us of not paying for his services 3 times when he had been paid - once with a check under the doormat and twice with Venmo before he even cut the grass. This last time, I got a text with do you want me to continue. (!) He apologized all three times for his mistakes but there just wasnt a good rapport after that. He didnt trust us and frankly, it was pretty insulting. I asked him to finish cutting the grass this month and we would part ways, but he just quit three days before his second cut of the month and left us with an overgrown yard. People must stand him up on payment all the time. His low level of professionalism isnt what I need. I wont be surprised if he responds, hes always a bit on the defensive.
