The whole experience from sales and design thru removal and installation, was an awesome experience, the team working diligently every step of the way to assure I was completely satisfied with the end result and very patient accommodating my last minute modifications. It was clear NKy Lawn Pros works toward customer satisfaction at a time when that is very hard to come by. I would highly recommend NKy Lawn Pros and an very happy I selected them for my landscaping redesign.

I started using them for fall aerating. As I was becoming unhappy with the company that was handling my fertilizing, I asked for a quote. I explained why I was unhappy currently and Dave explained his philosophy. I liked the approach taken by NKY Lawn as well as the cost and committed to them. I have no regrets. My lawn has never looked better. They let me know when the lawn will be treated. I can make changes if the timing doesn t work for me. I added grub control as I always seem to have moles. When they did my fall aeration they also did spot over seeding. So pleased with their service I even had them do leaf removal. Communication is generally good. Service more than meets my needs and expectations. I couldn t be happier or mor satisfied. Highly recommend

These gentleman have a huge amount of respect for others. They were cutting grass at Truist Bank in Florence off hwy 18 at the time my dad s funeral procession came by. They stopped mowing the grass, got off their lawnmower and put their hats on their hearts. It meant so much to me and my family that they stopped to pay respect for someone they didn t even know. From the bottom of our heart, we thank you.

Overall and okay service. Hedges were not cut correctly and trimmings were not removed from the bushes which really showed up several weeks later.

Contacted this company to get a bid/quote for a fallen tree removal and clean up. An employee called me within an hour of my first office contact and said they would be by the next day to look at the project. They would not give me an estimated time window. The next day came and gone with a no show. Contacted the office the following day. The office employee said they will contact the dispatcher and they will call me back, which did not happen. Here we are a week later with no contact from the company. Needless to say, the communication and business acumen is lacking. Very unprofessional delivery. Do not recommend.

They have provided lawn care for me for many years. They are very professional. Very very good communication, you dont wait weeks for a call back. They come and take care of everything. I would never consider another company. Good people good prices

Jason and his team are exceptional. They have cared for my landscaping for over 6 years now, and I could not be happier. We have plans to upgrade my backyard and he has wonderful ideas. Also keeps my lawn manicured and snow plowed when needed. Very reliable.

I am a commercial facility manager, and have been using Jason, Matt, and crew for a couple years now at my KY facility and my only disappointment is that I dont have them providing service to all my sites, only due to the rest are much farther north. NKY provides service for both grass and snow and any other job that may need done. They do what they say they will do without inflation and their communication is great. He is my only landscape contractor that is very proactive and I dont need to follow up on which gives me great piece of mind, and makes my job much easier. Thanks Jason!
