Abner and his team did a great job on short notice. They trimmed up five mature trees with some very substantial limbs some of which had broken and others which were blocking the sun to our beautiful Japanese maple. The work was professional, quick, and included thorough cleanup. Very satisfied with the results and the price.

Abner was fantastic! He came over without charging any initial fee for just a consultation (a lot of tree services try to hook you with that) and he gave me great advice for which trees to trim to get more light for my solar panels and garden. He came back only 3 days later and did a beautiful job - carefully guiding big branches down with ropes and fully cleaning up afterwards. He is fully insured - which is extremely important or else the homeowner could have liability (something a lot of people seeking tree service dont realize.) Also the cost was extremely reasonable considering the effort and expertise involved. He will be doing all my future tree work!

Norfolk was incredibly professional and efficient in removing some large, dead trees from my backyard and grinding down the stumps. I received a quote from another company who said it was impossible to remove the trees without their equipment damaging my stone walkway. Norfolk was able to complete the job with no damage to the walkway at all! In addition, they kept calm and collected even when faced with unnecessary interference from a distant neighbor. The area looked barely touched after they left, and the level of care they took to carefully clean up was incredible. I can t thank them enough for their hard work and impeccable attention to detail.

We hired the team to take down a very large maple on our property. 5 days before the job we had a change of heart and decided not remove the tree but instead cut it back and throuroughly prune it as well as 4 other trees on our property. When I spoke with Abner he was annoyed with our change of plans and told me we created a big hassel for him because he had to cancel the bucket truck (which he originally told us he was NOT using) he also told us we could find someone else to do the work basically it wasnt worth it to come out and trim/prune 4 trees he wanted our money for the take down of the maple. I was annoyed and disappointed. We have the right to change our mind AND we still wanted his services! AND his business is about 2 miles from us! Very unprofessional in my opinion

Norfolk Property Management just took down 3 trees in my yard. They did an excellent job! They are prompt and work hard. Their price is excellent. And they clean up well. Abner is a very nice man. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent company! Came out within an hour of me calling for the estimate and gave me a very good price on having a very large maple tree removed. Was back early the next day to remove it. Worked very hard and was very professional and courteous. Left everything beautifully clean!

These guys are great, I highly recommend for tree work, they helped us out after some storm damage a year ago and were really responsive and fast to get the issue fixed! And they just took a large tree out and ground the stump right next to our house in a very timely, efficient, affordable and tidy manner!!

Great experience with Norfolk Property Tree Services. Removed an 80 foot pine with fencing or a garage within 15 feet on 3 sides with no problems. Very affordable and very professional in taking the tree down, grinding the stump and cleaning everything up afterwards. Highly recommend.

I called Norfolk Property Tree Service yesterday to get a quote for removing two enormous dead trees, and he was able to provide me a very fair estimate in a matter of hours. This morning, Abner and his crew arrived on time and took down both trees with incredible skill and care. Id been dreading seeing the maple go (I was very attached to it), but they made the experience easy, and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I cannot say enough good about this company. Originally came out to remove a tree that had fallen. They did such a good job I hired them to take down another tree. They were there exactly the time they said the would be. They were all respectful of our property, did an amazing job, cleaned up like you never would have known they were there. When it finally came time to remove my 100 ft tall 100 year old Sugar Maple, Abner Castro was my first choice. I had used him in the past. He and his crews climbing abilities without using a giant crane are unmatched. They all function as a very disciplined team, very meticulous, focused, courteous, and truly a joy to work with. I left Abner at Norfolk Property Tree Service a voice mail on a Saturday morning around 7:30 am. When he called me back in less than three hours and came out to our property in Lincoln, MA that afternoon, I knew I had found the right company and arborist. Abner hires, trains and employes great people! Norfolk brings a team of fellers that breed confidence, experience, reliability, safety and professionalism team work to any job site! Norfolk removed about 10 trees on our property ranging in height from 40 to over 100 feet high. Several 75-foot trees were leaning over the house and was clearly a potential safety hazard with storms and winter on the horizon. Norfolk Property came to our property and provided 2 distinct services: (1) they cutdown and removed a birch tree that was too close to our house and causing damage to the roof and (2) cut down a tree that had partially fallen (perhaps due to a lightning strike) but was in the woods behind our yard on our property (per my instructions they left the cut up tree in the woods). They showed up on time, carefully did the work and were done in just a few hours. The best part: the price was very competitive. Working with Abner Castro has been a pleasure. There was a complex number of tasks to be done, from taking down a tree to cleaning out a large weedy swath close to the house, to planting several rhododendrons and a specialty tree from the Arboretum.
