Multiple issues after installation. Called multiple times to try and get it fixed but no follow up.

We purchased a home with over 50 sprinkler heads with an older system. Originally we had Jim who was awesome with the service. He was very attentive to the needs of the lawn and sprinkler system. He was always on time and very responsive. This season we had Alex who also is amazing. Although we had some issues with our system, he did not just give up and say we need a new system. He took his time and made sure we could get all the sprinklers running. After 3 visits or so....everything was up and running due to having to order parts that were not really available since the system was old. But they did not give up. I am a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a team of people who are not only knowledgeable but very patient and understanding. I completely trust this company and that is saying a lot bc I am always skeptical about soliciting service because believe it or not, some people only care about the money and customer service takes the back burner. Don't worry, you're in good hands with this company. They are reasonable and will reach back out to you for updates. Ask for Jim or Alex and and them I sent you. 🤗🤗🤗♥️

The greatest irrigation company in the business. Professional, reasonable pricing and they do a terrific job. They have servicing my lawn for a very long time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
