David Cross Shared publicly - 18:27 I have just come across the review by Clive Richardson and quite simply cannot believe this is in any way true. Having known Lawncare Garden Machinery and their staff for many, many years I would go so far as to say it is full of almost everything but the truth. Lets take the £2k issue. Yes mowers cost money! It never worked properly. You can be sure that if it had not worked properly then the problem would have been resolved by highly skilled staff without question. Please note the word never was used so surly the person making this comment would have contacted the company and not tried to use the machine until it was fixed. He would have explained what problem existed and requested that it was resolved. As delivery requires the mower to be built and tested under very strict requirements before it is taken to the customer then what exactly was not working properly? Goes on they would never exchange it for us As he clearly indicates that repairs were made then why was he expecting it to be exchanged? and then had the cheek to charge for repairs What repairs were done? Why has he not indicated what was done that required payment? L G M would without hesitation ensured any works or parts covered by warranty would have been done without charge subject to manufacturers approval. Any work done that was to be a customer expense would not be done without customers approval first. I will leave you to read the last paragraph as to my way of reading it seems that costs involved were fully refunded. Please do not trust the review as if was true then why would so many regular customers return again and again. I am one of those customers and I would not make such crude comments that hold little clear facts other than to say that (in my words) Any repairs done on the ride on mower were done at no charge to the customer. To conclude. (THE TRUTH) Mowers cost money! The mower was repaired at no cost to customer! Quality - Well that is best judged by yourself so go along and be welcomed with a smile. The rest will leave you happy that you went to Lawncare Garden Machinery and did not believe anything other than the truth. It never worked properly, they woud never exchange it for us and then had the cheek to charge us repairs. In the end we contacted the manufacturer of the ride-on and they gave us a full refund.
