NaturaLawn of America in Wall Township

This Company has gone downhill. When we first started our annual contract with them a couple years ago, our weeds were gone and our grass grew in beautifully (after seeding). Now this summer our yard is covered in nutsedge, crab grass, clover and other weeds. When they come, they sprinkle some stuff around for 5 mins, leave our bill in the mailbox and are gone. The last service we had a couple weeks ago, the employee didn’t even spread the chemicals with the ride-on. He walked around with a bucket using his hands. With the money we pay, I expect no weeds and full grass, and our lawn does not reflect that.

Ryan is my Naturalawn guru. He is professional, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient … and my two golden retrievers love him ( and won’t let him leave without belly rubs while he updates me on what he’s done and answers questions I may have). What an excellent reflection on your company. What a great guy!

The lawn and ornamentals on our property were going downhill in an alarming way. I finally gave up on my old service and tried a company in Marlboro. They seemed to be trying to help, but they charged a lot and delivered little. A good friend recommended NaturaLawn in Wall NJ as a company to help us out. So, I gave them a call and instantly I knew I was talking to the right people. This is a wonderful company to work with from the office staff to the technicians. When you call the office, someone will answer the phone (no prompts!) and immediately you know you are speaking with a responsible and friendly person. I understand that it's possible to be sent to voicemail but that has never happened to me. I don't know all the names of the people I have interacted with, but they have all been great. In particular Keri has kept me informed via email mostly and I've had very helpful conversations with Michelle and Beth also. Bill has been nursing our ornamentals back to health and Mike has renovated the lawn as much as anyone could hope for in a single year. Highly recommended!

I love the work that NaturaLawn of America does! My lawn looks amazing. I love that they send the same technician so if something changes between visits he can address it. My technician, Mark, is friendly and very professional. It is clear he is a dedicated worker. He's awesome!

I used Natural Lawn of American for two years. I switched to them because their name "Natural," and my lawn was perfect at that time. Unfortunately, after two years, my lawn was filled with all kinds of weeds. So, I called in to cancel the service at the end of last season and they also called me back to ask the reason. However, at the beginning of this season, I received a surprise call from the service: they were confirming with me that they will come this week. I clearly told them I already cancelled the service and asked them not to come. However, I saw a guy from Natural Lawn drive in and try to work on my lawn today. I usually don't write low reviews, but they really irritated me. Fortunately, I am home most of time and face my lawn while working, so it’s not easy to be fooled.

Our experience with Natural Lawn has been stellar. We have used their service for four years and have a beautiful lawn because of them. We own two small dogs who are prone to digging and eating whatever they might find, including grass and dirt!. This made it difficult to apply certain products to discourage crab grass. NLA frequently checks our back yard where our dogs hang out. When necessary they apply whatever product they feel is needed. Both our front and back lawns are green, thick and gorgeous. Great job!!!

We have had Natural Lawn of America for several years now. Our lawn looks beautiful, even when other neighbors' lawns are looking bad! We have had people stop and ask what we do for our grass to make it so lush and green. The NLA staff is very friendly and professional, and I highly recommend them if you want a nice looking lawn.
