I’m head of our 22 home HOA. We contracted with Total Lawn Care to do brush clearing and cleanup work along our 4,500 foot long roadway. They arrived in time and worked diligently and safely for two and a half days. The work was performed professionally using modern, powerful and well maintained equipment. Workers used full PPE at all times during the work. The work crew was polite and responsive at all times. Importantly, the work was reasonably priced and a real value. We will definitely use them for future work.
Justin and Marc were terrific at Total Lawn Care and Construction. They installed proper drainage for water flow, cobblestone edging, a bluestone, patio and retaining wall. Additionally, they graded and seeded the lawn. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond. The bonus was they were a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!
Can’t say enough about Total Lawn Care and Construction. They just deliver two cords to me and the wood was top notch. The wood was very clean and split perfectly. Communication with Justin via text was easy and he responds quickly, Ed the drivers was personable and pleasure to talk with as well.
Justin and Marc, their attention to detail, from the design and layout, to the actual construction was superb. They make sure everything is done right. We now have a front entry that’s not only beautiful but also a front entry that will hold up to what ever weather conditions get thrown at us. We were looking for a landscaper to help with some flooding issues so we called Total Lawn Care based on their reviews. Marc answered the call and within a hour he and Justin were at our house looking at the proposed project. Our first impression was that they were very personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. We knew right away they were the right guys for the job. Within couple of days we had a detailed, and very fair, written estimate. We decided to go with the project and they kept us in the loop every step of the way as to a potential start. Once they started work we were amazed with how quickly and efficiently they were able to complete each phase. Both Marc and Justin are incredible knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping and were able to answer all of our questions (which were lots!). Justin took us to a project they had previously completed to give us ideas and then went to the nursery with us to help us pick out new plants. This was great for us as he knew how large they would get, which were for shade and sun, what seasons they would flower, and how many we needed. They also did some extra work while they were here and pushed back the overgrown jungle next to my yard. They were even able to get us a large load of wood chips to cover this more “rustic” area ! We can’t say enough great things about Marc and Justin as landscape pros and as people. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of landscaping services. They transformed our yard from blah to amazing and we couldn’t be happier.
We hired Justin to remove 3 trees from our yard that had come down over the previous 2 years. What an eyesore! He and his crew arrived promptly and had the job done in no time. Plus they were super nice! We would definitely hire them again. Great work, thank you!
I am so happy to write this review for Marc and Justin of Total Lawn Care. They've done a variety of work for me over the last several years, including cleaning up and shaping my driveway, delivering wood, installing snow fencing on the beach and providing support for my walkway. It is always a pleasure to work and interact with them! They are professional, talented, proactive and friendly. In short, Marc and Justin are the very best!
Justin and Marc met with us in June and went through our ideas for landscaping our front garden and defining our driveway. Justin immediately had a vision for the project and he and Marc have executed that plan to beyond our expectations! We called Total Lawn Care for a 1/2 cord of wood to get us through the end of winter. They were on time, polite and professional. Marc and Justin came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. While they were at my house, I had them look at a fallen tree that had landed in a tricky situation that was a bit over our heads to remove ourselves. It included propping up the tree while removing it to prevent any damage to our rhododendrons it had fallen on top of. Marc and Justin showed up on time with a small crew, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the yard looking better than before. They even went the extra mile and filled in the holes that the limbs had gauged out in our yard, and put our fencing back up that the tree had knocked over. Top notch company with attention to detail! I will definitely be using their services again in the future, and you should, too!
Downright amazing firewood with extremely reasonable pricing. Ive bought cordwood from so many people and NEVER have I ever received such a great product with such amazing service. EVERY SINGLE TIME Their cut to length firewood is delivered on time every time, arrives in pristine condition and, without fail, burns perfectly. And its always a true cord of firewood. 4x4x8 I never worry about the quality and reliability of the cordwood we get from them which is such a comforting feeling for a family that relies on good hardwood to heat their home. They also offer a stacking service and are meticulous in their work which is such a great convenience.
Justin and Marc have provided our business, South County Barbeque, with cords of wood since inception. They are always delivered in a timely manner and have the best quality of hard woods to power our cooks. Total Lawn Care has the highest level of customer service and is a pillar in our community to lean on for dependable service.

I recently purchased a cord of wood from TLC. Not only was it a true cord (4x4x8), but the 16 length and piece sizes were perfect for my small wood stove and outdoor chimenea. Since then I had the TLC team remove several pine trees, transplant another tree and install a cobble stone border / edging around my entire house. BTW, the cobblestone work was superb. I found owners Marc and Justin Zurcher and their crew members to be reliable, fast and efficient on the job, meticulous in their clean up and very courteous and friendly to work with. They are now my go to guys for wood and landscaping needs. And yes, I would and have already recommended them to friends.

Total Lawn Care removed some very big trees that came down after last storm 4 guys worked very hard to remove them and did a great job.

Since my first meeting with Total Lawn Care, they have been upfront and flexible in scheduling and designing our patio. The work is being done very professionally and conscientiously with an eye for detail. I will engage them on other projects going forward as I know what I can expect and what they will deliver. I never write reviews online unless the service or product is excellent or horrible. In this case, Justin and Marc were EXCELLENT! To begin, their level of professionalism is the best Ive worked with. They showed up when they said they would, were fair with their pricing, personable with myself and my family and did an unbelievable job. Total Lawn Care was the only landscaping company that responded and actually showed up after we called 5 other companies to trim some, wildly overgrown arborvitae. We also had them install a new lawn after we downsized some garden beds. It grew in amazing! Highly recommend!
The crew was great during this last storm. Came by when I was clearing trees and asked if we needed help getting rid of the brush. We agreed on a price and they came by the next morning. They were running around like crazy helping everyone in the area. Referred them to a family member as well and they are going to take care of his property as well.

Writing this review is a pleasure! Marc, Justin and crew were TERRIFIC! My job included removing large tree stumps and trunks, planting and staking ten 10 foot Arborvitaes, spreading three truckloads of loam, seeding and spreading mulch. The workmanship was TOP NOTCH and the outcome is beautiful! Being professional, on-time, and having high standards of work ethics were all evident. This was my first landscaping project with Total Lawn and I certainly will contact them again with future projects. I recommend them HIGHLY!
Professional group that did a great job for a fair price. Cleanup was spotless, the group of men were courteous, and finished in a timely manner. Will certainly use them again as more projects arise and plan on recommending them to our friends and neighbors for their home projects. Very pleased with their work.

After much research and many interviews with multiple landscape companies, it was without question that Total Lawn & Construction would be our best choice. And it absolutely was! Their written estimates were detailed and broken down into different phases of the work needing to be done; cobblestone edging, paver walkway and landscaping. Their work was superior and was everything that we wanted. They were timely, showing up early and staying late when necessary until the project was completed. The owners of the company are professional, polite and thorough. They worked with a small crew to assure the project was done to their and our complete satisfaction. I ordered wood from Justin at Total Lawn Care and the quality and service was beyond what I would have expected. I called and the wood was delivered that same day. He delivered the wood with his brother Mark. They were both professional and a pleasure to talk to. I am having them come back to due some lawn work for me this summer and in the fall. From the pre-job walk down to the completion of the work Total Lawn Care was professional and did a great job. We agreed on the scope of work and price with basically a handshake. A few days later when we got home half of the two day job was completed. We were impressed with the amount of work they were able to do in a single day and the quality of the work. I was looking for some help with preparing an area in my yard to store firewood that would be level, safe and conveniently located. My yard is mostly rock and roots. Total Lawn Care made what would have been a long arduous back breaking job for me seem effortless with their landscaping and excavation skills. They got the job done fast and went the extra mile to make the area look aesthetically pleasing as it is along the front walkway to my house. I am very impressed that they were able to go beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them and will be seeking their services again for Fall cleanup.
We got Justins name from a friend for firewood . We ve used him now a few yrs. We re happy with such a quick turnaround on our txt to order wood . The wood is good quality . Nice full cords . We got through about 4 or 5 cords . Already ordered for dec . Give him all call for wood and or all your landscape needs . You won t be disappointed .

After another local landscaper did a shoddy job installing our new lawn, we met with multiple landscape companies last Fall and decided to go with Total Lawn Care. Marc and Justin came in and spread 80 yards of loam, power raked the whole lawn, hand raked the whole lawn, spread seed and fertilized all in 1 day. Best part they took pride in their work and told us they would come back in the spring to patch any areas that did not come in properly. Last Saturday Marc and Justin and their team showed up again and did exactly what they said they would do. We appreciate the fact that they lived up to their word. They aerated the lawn, top seeded the lawn, fertilized and limed the lawn. We are very impressed that they lived up to their commitment and the lawn already looks 100x better than when first placed by a large well known local company. Thank you Marc and Justin again!

I had a tree fall on my house during this crazy hurricane . Justin & Marc were great! They re response time during the height of the storm was amazing. Justin came out to access the situation immediately and they removed the tree the very next morning and did an extremely thorough job. I would highly recommended them!

Since we started with Total Lawn Care, all of our mowing, landscaping, snow plowing and shoveling has been taken care of. Total Lawn Care has become more then a company, Marc and Justin have become friends. They are two of the most honest, diligent and respectful individuals you can ever meet. Yesterday we had 18 yards of crushed stone delivered for a building pad. My husband intended to spread the pile by hand, but the job was obviously too big. He called Total Lawn Care. The brothers responded right away, doing excellent work at a fair price. They had the perfect equipment for spreading and compacting the gravel. Impeccable! My husband was so happy he took me out to dinner to celebrate. Thanks, guys!
Marc & Justin are very professional in their people skills. They took on a neighborhood private road in Charlestown and had to deal with several different neighbors during the work time. They took their time with each and everyone of them. I also found them to be very knowledgeable and courteous. The work spoke for itself since several neighbors that didnt want to contribute to the road work maintenance project in the beginning; ended up contributing because they were so happy with the outcome. I cant think of a better compliment!!
