Grandscapes always does an amazing job. The crew is very detail oriented and always leave my yard looking amazing. I m always shocked when I see the difference after they ve visited. I get so many compliments on my front yard! Andy is very communicative and they are very fast to respond and do their best to get you on the schedule asap!

The workmanship and customer service is wonderful. Offered lots of options to fit my budget. Very professional and cleaned up my yard after the project was complete.

Mark did a fine job creating our rain garden. He really knows how to shape the ground with the excavator!

We own and operate a small business in Charlestown. We used GrandScapes this season to help w/ many of our landscaping needs. Andy was very helpful and detailed. He understood our need to have the landscaping and lawncare done at specific times of the week/day to avoid customers being on site. They staff were all very professional and helpful. The portal for billing was also wonderful when you are busy working and just need a quick and efficient way to pay your invoice. GrandScapes is wonderful and I highly recommend them.

We live in Westerly and hired Grandscapes to demo a secondary drive, build stonewalls, design garden beds and install granite steps- quite a large project! They exceeded all my expectations. From initial estimate and design expertise , to masonry to excavation and to final cleanup they were extremely professional and the attention to detail was second to none. Aaron, Davis, Mack ,Liz, Peter Grandin ( I know I m forgetting so many others..) were absolutely wonderful. We look forward to having them help us transform our yard with future projects.

I just visited Grandin Farms on Tuckertown Rd. Its amazing what theyre done with the Nursery. I made several purchases and discussed some design Build work with Peter. Its a great experience. I hired Grandscapes to build my back terrace and front walkway. The multi-layer terrace / patio is an oasis. It completely changed my backyard. The new front walkway is the talk of the neighborhood. The paver with brick inlay design is beautiful. The entire process was seamless. Pete Grandin is clearly a leader in the landscaping field. His knowledge and approach are exceptional. I ve been working with Grandscapes for years. They did our beautiful front walkway and our impressive 3 tiered terrace out back. They do incredible work and were so caring of our property. I recently visited their nursery and it was beautiful . The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I came away with a beautiful wreath for my front door. Many neighbors have commented on how beautiful it is and asked where I got it. I was happy to say I got it from Grandin Farms nursery . Please stop by and check them out. You won t be disappointed .

I held off on the big landscaping projects here because I just didnt feel I knew what would look good. I met Peter Grandin and immediately felt I could trust him to tell me what would work best - without feeling like he was overselling to me. Investment was well worth it, and I continue to receive compliments on the changes!

Do not get any fence work done by this company. Poor workmanship and quality. Fence fell done after a storm and they refused to make good after only second season. Had to call them several times prior to fence collapse stating the wooden posts and panels were not secure. Never fixed it right!!! Awful company to deal with. Paid them close to $30 k and that completely disregarding our problem once they got paid in full. DO NOT TRUSST THEM!!!

Overall, ok services and the nursery is a great place to get new plants, bushes, and trees. The yard landscaping service was good they came in with heavy machinery and removed all the top soil, graded, added new top soil and added grass seed. Overall would recommend for any landscaping needed. The pruning and spring cleaning services, however, was over priced for the amount of work completed. They basically spend 8 hours pruning 3 bushes and thats it. For the price, it left me a bit disappointed in the amount of work completed and I will not be inquiring for this service from them again.

Grandscapes did a great job on our driveway. We have a praver driveway put in December and it withstood the winter well.

My husband and I have been very satisfied clients of Peter Grandin and Grandscapes since April of 2000 - 18 years of steady additions and improvements to our lot, building on previous installations year by year in both landscape and hardscape features. Their crews do our basic lawn maintenance every summer, and they have, over the years, planted (I think Ive lost count how many!) trees for us along our fence lines, including screening evergreens and specimen trees both evergreen and deciduous. In addition they have put in over a 2 dozen smaller shrubs and bushy plants including rhodys, azaleas, viburnums, forsythia, and many whose names I no longer remember. When we had some major remodeling done about 10 years ago, they installed an underground drainage system on our sloping lot to carry rainwater away from the house and distribute it along an underground route, as well as a a privet hedge along our street front that is admired throughout our small town. When we meet new folks and are telling them which is our house it is common for them to say back to us, Oh, youre the ones with that beautiful privet hedge! In addition, Grandscapes has supplied bluestone for our fireplace hearth and mantel, a small patio which they installed below a boulder wall (also their installation) bordering a sloping bed and rock garden, and some recent changes to our back deck to add stone footings for a chimenea and a large trellised climbing vine. They concealed our new septic system behind a lovely wall of shrubbery above a boulder retaining wall, and most recently installed a driveway of interlocking, porous pavers which is both beautiful and functional. We have been clients of Pete Grandins across many years in which both his business and his own knowledge and crew of skilled workers have grown steadily. Their work is impeccable, beautiful, and if not perfect the first time around (a rarity), Pete will always make it right. We recommend them with enthusiasm to anyone seeking well-planned and well-executed lanscaping, hardscaping, and maintenance!

Peter is very dedicated to his customers and the community. He stops by my house on the weekends to take an extra look. His team texts me on a regular basis to check up.

Materials and workmanship were as agreed or better and the warranty is more than reasonable. These days, it is very difficult to complete a project on time and within budget. The folks at Grandscapes checked all the boxes and we would highly recommend them.

Peter and his crew did an amazing job on the landscape design, for or newly built beach home in Matunuk, Peter listened carefully to all our design ideas, worked with us on a plan encorporating his vision and ours, culminating in a spectacular outcome, we have gotten numerous compliments on the landscaping, people drive buy slowly on a daily basis pointing and comment if we are outside on how beautiful and natural the design looks. They installed our fence, circular shell drive, 30 ft. Stone wall, an outdoor shower, a wall of evergreens, river rock and the most gorgeous array of planting s designed and layed out by Peters himself. The Grandscape crew could not have been nicer or more professional during the 2 months that it took to complete our extensive project! Working with Peter Grandin has been a great experience. We planned what were were going to do, he always arrived on time and brought beautiful plant material. His workers were excellent and the job was finished right on schedule. I would recommend him highly.

I hired Grandscapes last spring to do quite a bit of work in my yard. At first, they were great, coming to the house to discuss the plans, plants, shrubs, etc. The planting went well until we neared the end of the job, then everything fell apart. There were 12 small plants that were not delivered, 8 small plants and shrubs that were dying, a Hinoki Cypress that was dying, and the focal point plant in front of the house never arrived. I called Grandscapes once a week for 3 or 4 weeks and never got through to the owner nor did he return my call. Finally a woman from Grandscapes (I got the impression that she was part of the office staff) and a young helper showed up with some of the missing plants and planted them in no particular order. I called her attention to the other plants and shrubs that were dying and she said she would tell the owner. I began calling again, once a week for a few weeks, and was put through to Chris who clearly had little idea of what to say to me. He told me that due to the drought last spring (I watered the plants faithfully every day or every other day) and the gypsy moth caterpillars, some plants were likely to die. I told Chris that the caterpillars eat the leaves but do not harm the roots of the plants, but Chris was sticking to his story. He said he would come out to prune the Hinoki Cypress (to try to save it) but Grandscapes work is guaranteed for only 3 months. I did eventually receive reimbursement for 1 plant that was beyond dead. Someone came to the house (I wasnt home) with the focal point plant and planted it. It was a plant of which I already have 3 in the yard, am not particularly fond of, and will grow to be a large shrub, thereby blocking the front window. The Cypress was not trimmed, and only one of the shrubs that had died was replaced. After calling Grandscapes numerous times -- again -- I was put through to Chris who again only reiterated his practiced explanation for the dying plants but offered to have the owner get back to me. I knew this wasnt going to happen and told Chris, thanks, but no thanks. Im not sure where the business owner/customer relationship broke down, but it certainly did. Im very disappointed in Grandscapes and would NOT recommend them.

Over the years our experience with Grandscapes has been terrific. The masonry work, landscaping, plantings and lawn maintenance was all first rate, very professional and done on time.

Superb design and service are Grandscapes hallmarks. A complex driveway design involving hundreds of hours of careful Belgian block placement and mortaring was executed flawlessly, and on time and within budget. Would happily recommend their services to anyone.

Recently I had Grandscapes install a gravel driveway at our home in Warren. I was having a hard time finding someone who would do the job the way I wanted. About this time my neighbor was having some landscaping done around here house. I asked her what she thought of the company. She said they were great. I contacted them (Grandscapes), they came out gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and within a couple of weeks they finished the driveway. They do great work, they are fast, professional, and friendly. If you are looking for an excellent landscaper,I would gladly recommend them.

Ive dealt with numerous landscapers in the past and Grandscapes by far has consistently provided the most satisfaction and professional services at very reasonable costs.

The tree that was delivered and planted appears to fit the description as ordered. My only dissatisfaction is that I received no advance notice of the time of the delivery, so that I was not at hone to direct the planting location.
