My porch has a big No Soliciting sign because my dog has epilepsy and its overwhelming for him when strangers come to the door. Today, this company ignored my sign and came to drop off this paper waste anyways. If they cant respect my yard, they probably arent going to do a good job with yours, either. Edit: I read the reply, which doesnt admit that ignoring my no soliciting sign was wrong. Im not removing this review because I dont need to sacrifice my peace and privacy for your American dream. I hope you learn from this and be more respectful of my me and my neighbors in the future.

First, the most awesome group of people to work with from the front office staff to the teams who perform the work. They are a very customer service orientated company whos work is excellent. The absolute best landscaping company in Wake Co.

I reached out to this company to help me address an issue with my lawn. I had to call and email multiple times to get a response so I could get on their schedule. They told me not to wait too long so we could be in a good time window to plant seed. I waited to hear for awhile when they could get out here and finally was given a maybe date, then two days prior to them possible coming, they email me and tell me they wont be coming for another 3 weeks, which will be not ideal for planting grass seed. Their communication is terrible, and they are not reliable.

I worked with them on a recent yard renovation and they were extremely professional, communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. Knowing that I now have a company whose guidance and reliability I can trust, I feel much better knowing my lawn is taken care of moving forward. It s also a big plus that they are a family owned business! If you are looking for a landscaping company that cares, FortSmith Landscaping is your company.

Ive been using Fortsmith for fall cleanup and mulch refill. And the owners Harrison and Cody came out to put in a flagstone walk and some rip rap rock to help with a flooding issue. They do a great job, they and their crew are personable and hard workers. Prices are competitive. If its not done to your satisfaction they will come back and fix it!

This is truly a scenario in which I wish more than five stars existed so I could rate them higher. The professionalism and attention to detail by the team are ever-present in each aspect of their work. They were on time, friendly, and attentive to my exact needs. They worked with me and explained which type of grass would be best for my property and expectations. We had just bought a new house and were very overwhelmed with the amount of work there was to be done, but FortSmith really helped us out! Will definitely be calling on them again.

I love their work, i have them cut my 7 acres every other week and they have recently installed a new deck around my house. Needless to say they overbuilt it and its going to last forever. I am planning on having them redo the mulch around the house in the spring and i hope to have them finish the fire pit soon. Cant say enough about them, theyre honest and priced well. Will be doing most of my work thats for sure.
